Based on a one man one vote method we had Dahir riyale Kahin as president of the republic for 8 years. The day you can hold an election or elect some one who is not the same sub sub sub clan then get back to me. Yes cancer can you tell me why they are not a cancer I have given you my reasons? First thing, I don't live in Puntland nor I do represent the people and the place so madly in love with. So, it's political path is not for me to decide. Secondly, Somaliland (which you have appointed yourself to be its representative) owes its entire existence to tribal movement! Puntland is honest enough to say it represents a particular tribe. Somaliland represents a tribe unless years of drinking your own coolaid did serious damage. For cancer thing, that's neither here nor there

  9. This picture has nothing to do with the report. Take it down. That child was hit by shrapnel and for all we know, she's dead. I don't think the other has anything to do the report either.

  11. Haatu. I am surprised you would say about Faroole.
  12. This agreement is essentially institutionalizing federalism atleast on paper.
  13. It is the 50th anniversary of 'I have a Dream' speech. We pay tribute to MLK and countless African Americans who made it possible for immigrants of all shades to call the good old USA home! We recognize the indignities of slavery. Jim Crow and the subsequent ghettoization. We thank you. Che

  15. A human rights issue has been to reduced to "My friends and I will all be in a nightclub having a crazy time, but while they are getting guys' numbers, I hang back," Very unfortunate.

Nothing specific to a certain religion or a group of people. But it is the Muslim that is going through crises.Others have gone through their crises and dealt with it. It is time we do as well.
  17. Hobbesian. You are confusing intercourse with sex. Guzel. You need no books, classes rooms, or illustrations. In fact, they don't let others or society's view of sex creep into the discussion. A couple needs four things, respect, acceptance, open mind (not in the western sense) and realization. Respect. Must have genuine respect for each other as there is danger of denigration. Acceptance. It is natural thing hence every one has need, accept and enjoy it. Open-mind: Willing to discuss the subject without passing judgement or defining each other by what each says-this establishes the comfort zone. A bit honest is required here. Realization: Acting on your thoughts and desires and laughing at your mistakes or shortcomings later.
  18. Faith or no faith, I think we need to accept, there are elements within the Muslim world that simply has to be confronted and removed for good. It is complex issue with no simple answers but admitting the problem would be the first step.
