Xidigo,

Awdal has never been better. During the Barre regime or any time before than today.

Offcourse there are many problems to overcome, and that is responsibility waiting for you. Don't wait for Rayaale.

Viva president Riyaale !!

If Somaliland will ever be a recognized soverign State, it'll happen under Riyaale's leadership.

4 more years !! ( or was it 3? )

Anybody who got any valid criticism against President Daahir Riyaale Kaahin has to do with me,be s/he Lander with pretentious dander or Gander from Growe.

If you're a Lander with pretentious dander bring all you render under my sander, the man is holding it together from Lawyade to Dukerak so ditto.

If you're a Gander From Growe you better get goofier as you can not gauge the man's glorious deeds against Adde's money-making michines.

Exactly....

SL is still very poor. Other SL cities don't count on the gov for support, they build themselves from the ground up..

I see where this is going. Awdelites are completely self-sufficient. Look no further than Amoud University. We just want to keep what we have and not have it moved to the "capital".

You have no idea where the funds for Amoud University comes from lol. I doubt you're even from Awdal..you're just pushing something.

^^^^ And you do? Won't you tell us where the funds for Amoud University come from?

And to someone whose loved ones where killed by the SNM, they're murderous. You should know, your whole case for secession is based on the murderous Afweyne regime.

loool...soomaal,

Saaxib you very well know that Awdal hasn't been any better. Anyone can critize somaliland and Dahir Rayaale but let us make sure we dish out fair critism based on facts. Otherwise it's just cheap chaps at somaliland.

Castro,

Abti SNM did commit crimes against civilians, but at minimum rate compare to the other movements who have gone onto a rampage after Barre regime was ousted. Rer Awdal worked closely with Siyad Barre and wrecked hovac in areas like Hargeysa, Gabiley. They didnt spare anyone, so let us keep the croc tears to ourselves.

Somaliland people had decided in 1991 in the Burco conference to forgive one another. Without forgiveness SL wouldn't have been in this position.

Xidigo,

Iska wax uqabso is what feuls somalilanders today. Rayaale and his government havent done much. DUH!

If you think he has built Hargeysa, Burco, then think again hun.

Reer Awdal "worked closely" with Afweyne? lol. What proof do you have of this?

Is that also why the SNM rewarded an Afweyne ex-employee with the Somaliland presidency?

You need a life jacket to be swimming at this depth, atheer.

Castro,

You think you are informed about these things. But you are not. You have absulately no idea.

Siyaad Barre introduced the idea of pitting clans against another so in return he could stay in power longer. Aside from Soldiers from the South, and the qaxooti turned soldiers from Ocadenia, Awdalites and Sool, E. Sanaagians made the majority of the Barre forces.

The sool and E. Sanagians were pitted against their neighbors in Ceerigabo, CeelAfwayne, those in Sool were pitted against Caynabo clans, Burco.

The Awdalites on the other hand were armed to the teeth by the Barre regime and took part in the annihialtion of X clan. Those groups operated in areas like Gabiley, Hargeysa and Ooga regions. They took part in killing lots and lots of people.

Again, there is no importance in mentioning these things today knowing full well that in ay dadku ay heshiiyeen and there is zero cuqdad between somalilanders today. Thank God for that.

viva the Jamhuriyada Somaliland and its people.

SOO MAAL

Sh Ceyrow,

Accoding to your logic, then today is no different the SL admin is using the clan of Hargeisa, Barbara, & Burco against the clans of Awdal, Sool, & Sanaag, since those from Hargeisa, Barbara, & Burco make the majority of SL militia

Not everyone from Awdal, sool, & sanaag was supporting the actions of the government

All Riyaale, Siilaanyo, waraabe,& cirro were part of the Siyad government

Interesting how some quickly say: what happened yesterday must be left at that. Yet the snm cowards are applauded every year. Truthfully, the rest of the so-called somaliland would not have been able to stand the idea of having cowards who murdered their family members receive high recognitions. Oh, but its all in the past now for the citizens of Borama.

Also, if facts are what matters, then let it be known that few of the “rest” of somaliland did help or gave funds to Amoud University. However, without diasporas members from Awdal and its own citizens, the University wouldn’t be what it is today.

Last, when it comes to holding a presidential position, some type of responsibility must come with it. If we all agree on that, the least this joke of a man could have done is to acknowledge the tragedy that occurred in the death of the young men and women. But it’s obvious he won’t, and it’s clear that once more Borama, or all of Awdal for that matter, will not wait for his help and this illusion of brotherhood that some throw left and right while honouring the same cowards that murdered children.
