The emirati playboys are feeling the heat.
Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar replied to Ifiye's topic in Politics
LoLing at 'playboys.' How apt. If only the corrupt Xasan Sh. Maxamuud hadn't secretly signed the lease for Berbera in order to get a few million dollars, we wouldn't have had this discussion. But this dowlad isn't like the one led by Xasan Sh., Cumar C/rashiid and their cronies. Imaaraad filinkee ciyaari jireen uma soconeyso ee kaarto kale ha keensadaan. -
Re-opening of Kuliyadda Jaalle Siyaad(Siyaad Academy)
Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar replied to maakhiri1's topic in Politics
This is the only place Siyaad Barre allowed to be named, legend says. Siyaad Barre can be faulted a lot, but he surely wasn't narcissistic kaligii taliye. Otherwise we would have had his face on Soomaali currencies; his name on airports; his statues on every major Soomaali town; his name on stadiums and schools; money poured into dictator's original town and millions stolen in Swiss accounts. Yet Moi of Kenya - many don't think a dictator when his name is mentioned - did all the above and more, forget about the crazy ones. -
Cali Mahdi Maxamed was a businessman, and he foremost cared about his business in 1990, of course. The original plan was the exiled lawyer Ismaaciil Jimcaale Cosoble to be an interim leader should Siyaad Barre leave from the political scene. Unfortunately, Ismaaciil passed away untimely just few weeks after he signed the Maanifeesto. Had Ismaaciil Jimcaale lived to see the fall of Siyaad Barre's government, Soomaaliya's history would have been different in the last 30 years. Same way many think that had C/rashiid Cali Sharmaarke not assassinated in 1969, Soomaaliya's history would have been completely different.

UAE suspends issuing visas to Somali passport holders
Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar replied to Che -Guevara's topic in Politics
They think they can bully us into submission. They can only try to bully civil-strived countries like Liibiya, Yeman and us. They certainly can't touch Suudaan, whom Qadar invested far more and has much closer relationship. We are neutral, Soomaaliya didn't take a side, but they are compelling us each day to take a side. -
UAE suspends issuing visas to Somali passport holders

Who needs miyi-mentality reer baadiyo Imaaraad. What do they ever produce? Zero. Transit hub ee yihiin ayaa beenta u sheegay. We can bring Iiraan in, una fasixi karnaa baddeena balaaran ha isku xaaraanee if they don't cease these aggresions. Soomaaliya is not in 2008. -

Saalax, can you get Abwaan Qorane telefoonkiisa ama meel lagala xiriiro. We would appreciate that. -
This reminds me back in mid 1990. My father was the second person to sign baaqa Maanifeesto, after madaxweyne Aaden Cadde. He was expecting to be detained, so when three top three CID came to our house, he was ready. He brought his prepared boorso (macawiisyo, cadey, shaalal, finaanado, tusbax iyo kitaabyo) and told them, 'Let's go.' They were surprised and kept saying something like, 'Sheekhoow, tartiibso, inaa ku kaxeyno diyaar uma nihin. Su'aalo inaa ku weydiino u nimid.' The top questions they asked were, I would hear later, who brought the Maanifeesto papers to him and who read it for him since his eyesight wasn't that good. He didn't name neither. Maxamed Abshir Muuse Mataan was the one who brought the papers, though. They didn't detain him. They told him not to worry, that the top echelon of the government specifically told them to leave him and Aaden Cadde alone. What was funny was Cali Mahdi and other younger ones immediately denied they ever signed the papers, though, claiming their signatures were forged. I guess he cared about his business and famous hoteel. And a few months later, he would claim to be a madaxweyne.

I would rather ask Saalax for her family's contact info than ask a die-hard secessionist who waxba dhaamin kuwa dulminaayo gabadhaan walaasheena ah. -

Waa runtaa. Where is Galbeedi or Saalax, please set up one if you can - an e-qaaraan or gofund. I am ready to contribute anything I can. -
Maafiyadaan Imaaraadka (Dubeey) meeshee taabtaan waa disaster la kor dhabåy. Liibiya, Yemen, Soomaaliya - all these vain efforts to disrupt and destabilize fellow poor Muslim countries. If they only spent have of these sinister efforts on Falastiin and its occupation meel ayaa laga gaari lahaa.

I was surprised to see that among a recent motorcade of madaxweynaha Soomaaliya in Muqdisho was a vehicle equipped with mobile phone jammer installed on a SUV. This is usually seen with Sacuudi king and other leaders' motorcades.

Pictures: South West gives $15000 to Alshabab defector
Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar replied to Deeq A.'s topic in Politics
Yes, $15,000 is high to be given in Soomaaliya. But I guess it is paid by one of those 'internashinal kamiyuuniti' hay'ad in Baydhabo. -
Correction: This article is by Mail and Guardian from Koonfur Afrika, not the famous Guardian published in UK. Having said that, also this same author, Simon Allison, used to write flattering articles about secessionists. So for all we know he could be another paid lobbyist paid by hardcore secessionists, same way with that Cambodian-American neocon Peter J. Pham and that guy from the-called Soomaaliya Monitoring Group.

Gaas has been been following dowladda dhexe positions in the past couple of months. I don't know if this has to do more with the political turmoil in Adisababa than anything else. Or perhaps the very warm, welcoming reception Farmaajo received in gobollada Bari iyo gobollada dhexe has to do with it. All in all, those maamul goboleed certainly have been more restraining and quiet, and far more in tune for dowladda dhexe's positions in recent past.

Xuseen Maxamuud Sheekh Xuseen is the biggest Shariif Xasan stooge. I don't think he has any chance. The other two are close Shariif Xasan allies too, so their chance isn't that high, either. There is Aaden Madoobe, though, who was very anti-Jawaari in the past few weeks and in the central figure in the opposition because he wants to get back to his seat. But he and Shariif Xasan don't see eye to eye, plus he is a former macalin dugsi from RRA leadership. From a barfasoor to a macalin dugsi (not that anything wrong with macalin dugsi), but it isn't good. There are also other intellectual men from Koonfur Galbeed, but they are not xildhibaano because Shariif Xasan made sure of that in 2016. Men such as American Fiqi, erstwhile defence minister and Farmaajo ally; Australian Fargeeti, the immediate recent ex-finance minister.

I didn't make them. It is from a website that timely compiled them since 2009. I had seen those disgraceful images years ago. However, as a Xabashi yourself, deep down you are enjoying it. Enjoy while it lasts, for Soomaaliya and Soomaalis wouldn't be in this plight for ever. Siyaad Barre didn't make Sanaawi (Zenawi) and Afwerki sit a chair like that in '80s when they were chilling in Xamar and wanted Soomaaliya's help. We were too kind.
-
Oh, if the wishes, hopes and habaar iyo inkaar of dying secessionists were only accepted. Keep up the crocodile tears, Farmaajo is here to stay. Even if he leaves tomorrow, united Soomaaliya is here to stay and gets more stronger.
