  1. Naxar...listen to the demontraters in the videos.
  2. Not sure but information seems to be getting out.
  3. ^looooooool..bal waayahe Duke, since it's dedicated to the new Issim, I will bow out. Congrats to him and may he serve his community and Somalis at large faithfully and honorably with Allah's will.
  4. ^Yes-good woman, and my cousin who's also from the cida personally knew the new Issim way back when he first came to Xamar from Gaalkacayo. Duke...You can't be related to this new Baashe...loool

  7. Let's see what come of it but calling another shir is just silly.
  8. Maybe we should define the meaning of prominent in this context? two possible meaning noticeable or celebrated? Certainly, Ayan Hirsi is one of the most noticeable Somalis while Ahmed Gurey is one of the most celebrated. Meaning and context people without accusing each other of ulterior motives.
  9. This looks like survey. Most people either hurry through without thinking or lie about surveys.

  11. ^It's good thing they are going into the Bari fog and establishing some sort of governance.
  12. Duke...I know it is the divisions within those who claim to represent this community that's the underlying problem but what institution can force out these people? Mind you, some of the tribal members will come to their defense despite these men contribute nothing to their well being. Taleexi..Good leadership is not synonymous with today's Somalis and that largely have to do with the larger public which this disfranchised.
  13. Naxar...I guess it will be a matter of who's the ultimate the guardian of this community-the Garaads or politicians who switch sides because they didn't get what they wanted. I agree with you reer Buhoodle spoke loud and clear as demonstrated by their reaction to the naked aggression of the secessionist forces. Duke...Haabsade is certainly responsible for many things including crimes but only the purpose he now serves is to sanitize the attacks by the secessionists. Fiqi...What are they protesting against?
  14. It certainly was an arduous process that required patience. It's a win that they see it through.
  15. Naxar...The question is how much influence does he actually have on the ground over his subclan and as it's our nature will those tribaly affiliated with him undermine the whole thing? Duke...He certainly didn't leave Puntland on good terms that's for sure.
  16. *To put mildly, could be a case of one man's personal ambition derailing an entire process at the expense of an entire tribe.
  17. ^Anyone having issue with this is probably not worthy engaging, in the meantime let's see if there's indeed oil in the ground, three months is not long.
