This is their story in their words. Episode 2 Immigration is a highly emotional issue in today's world, and opinions on the subject are often sharply divided. In some Western countries, harsher rules have made it more difficult for immigrants, and diversity is sometimes seen in a negative light. Meanwhile, in other countries like the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States - which allow or even encourage immigrants to keep their culture - that idea is frequently coming under attack. In Holland, France and Denmark, we watched as one extended family deals with the rising anti-immigrant tide in continental Europe. In this episode we see whether members of this family feel more integrated living in three multicultural societies. http://www.aljazeera.com/programmes/specialseries/2013/06/201361314412558551.html Is episode 2 up?
  2. And you wonder why Somalia has been in turmoil for the last two decades? With such degenerative and chest-thumbing attitude, nothing is coming of that God-forsaken land in the near future. Sad, indeed.

Take a breath waryaa, don't do anything irrational in your rage. Caught you, eh? So you see how simple-minded you can be. Contradicting your own stand and coming round as if you've had a different view. The old adage of 'engaging your brain cells before you speak' suits you here, sxb:) My 'tantrum' was of a deserving nature to his 'tantrum' of a reply. Haddaad wax fahmeyso.

Hehe..Is that all? See, I've advised you to stay away with your dregs as you only grasp little. Not following Somalia's issues has now become a scale to determine debates, eh? FYI I had doubts and only asked about his comparison of Kenya and Uganda's green fields to that of Somalia. YOU were on the same page and even doubted his sanity as shown below. He substantiated his claims as asked, though with loads of emotions. Haatu;960914 wrote: I think Chimera means more greener as in sq miles? But then again Uganda is all green. Chimera, what are you smoking? There you go 'teenage boy'. Simple minds.

Hehe..Lost? What debate have I lost? You hardly grasp, isn't it? No wonder you find yourself in High school at your age! Could you act as the 30 yr old you are when you're in SOL, please;)

^^Caruurnimada naga dhaaf nin odey baad tahaye! Come out of your Home Office cocoon when you're in the 'safe zones' like SOL;). I know several who've become disillusioned to the extent they carry themselves as such even when with their old acquaintances. Ps; If you've nothing constructive to add to a debate, stay away with your juvenile dregs.

  10. Lol@pharmacies every corner in Eastleigh. And trust me, most of them are quacks. I know several high school leavers who own big pharmacies and have magically become experts in pharmacology. But you should've asked for a particular broad-spectrum antibiotic as they've them in plenty. Why did the doctors see you as weird? There are competent and knowledgeable doctors in Nairobi than many of UK's GPs (out of personal experience and considering subject's contents).
  11. Nothing new here. With their restrictions and lack of innovation, I can't help but being driven out of their customer base even though I've been an ardent user of Apple products since 2008.

Worst of all was your chest-thumbing of Kenya's potential barrels of oil at the expense of Somalia, as if any of the revenues would ever reach the region you hail from. A region the size of the UK yet can only boast as much miles of paved road as the British Silverstone racetrack. Pity. Poor me for not following that derelict and God forsaken land that I've nothing but cultural affiliation with. I pity myself for that:D Don't need to be remembered. Hehe, as if there's anything to follow about those birdbrained animals other than how they blow their brains of each other. Yeah, not only five years, but hardly followed anything to do with those anthropoids to our east for the last two decades save for their blind explosions in our midst. Thus, my question regarding the location of that oil rig. I would rather be without a tarmacked road than feed on my brother's corpse! Got it? Happy you're all hyper on your grandeur delusions. A typical maniac disorder with those from your end, but enjoy it as it lasts.

Mysterious? I think not! As the most cursed and politically hopeless people in the world, indeed they're but mere warmongers. Somalia greener than Kenya and UGANDA? Could you substantiate that. Where are those pics above taken? I am doubting your pics, Chimera...like that oil refinery you posted the other day purporting to be in Somalia, but wouldn't tell me exactly where it is when I asked.
  15. The emergency services drill looks marvelous. Do they have integrated emergency services? With peace, Somalia will quickly catch up. Only if Somalis and the government had the ability to retain the little peace that's been experienced now and work on that.
  16. ^^Rest assured I know what you meant. But that's unlikely, save for my sarcastic use of some common catchphrases in SOL.
  17. ^^Of course. How else would I notice your aping? Not a bright student, yaah?
  18. ^^I've noticed lately that you've perfectly aped Ngonge's phraseology. With hadal qabsi such as 'Wax fahan', 'Badowyahow' renting your daily dosage of SOL. Not mentioning how you ardently utilize his famous one-lines. Ngonge waa without a doubt a good teacher, walle.

It's still the same game with a new energized member embracing the play, and seems to outshine the seasoned players despite their huge experience. Xasan's intentions might not be noble and his actions misplaced but that doesn't justify Kenya's meddling and undermining the Somali Government. The advocates of Jubaland are short sighted if they believe Kenya is an ally Hassan's intentions and misplaced actions, as you rightly put it, is bound to justify Kenya's involvement. Let Jubbaland folks decide their local fate just as one has accorded other regions such privilege, after all, Jubbaland will come under his government at the end of day. But based on his utterances and demeanor, he has made the derailment of Jubbaland as his number priority. Hence damaging his earlier reputation as one who can consolidate Somali unity. He doesn't carry himself as one, on whose shoulders, Somalis entrusted the restoration of their national pride and nationhood. Rather, he prides himself on menial actions such as bragging about his meeting with Zuma concerning the killing of a Somali national (of a particular tribe) in SA. Arrogantly stressing he did that despite the late Somali's tribe. Little does he understand, its his duty, and is paid for, to protect and address the plight of Somali nationals irrespective of their tribal affiliations!
  21. As much as I hate this guy and his silly utterances, I don't see anything wrong with his speech here. And his 'anaga' connotes Jubbaland 'tribes'. He's actually talking sense in this speech as opposed to his rubbish antics in parliament. Despite several AU countries in Somalia and loads of 'federal states' formed, why is Kenya and Jubbaland singled out? And why is a national leader (Hassan Sheikh) so preoccupied with one region of the country when there are other pressing issues at his table? To the extent he's tabling Jubbaland issue in every local and international meeting/conference he attends. How's Uganda's presence (and its active role in forming this gov't, not forgetting its control of Hassan's predecessor, which literally operated from Kampala) different from Kenya's which helped eradicate Alshabaab? I guess such are the questions Duale is asking here, and many, including me, wonder the same.

Kenya does NOT serve our interests (I'm not calling for a rebellion so calm yourself down). We need to take our own future in our hands by milking this new county system to the limit and somehow try and bring the control of the local police into our hands. And oh yeah, we need to dispose of the Old Guard (your Kunnows, Duq Maxamuuds & et al). What are you on? Ostrich singing, that is.
  23. Chimera;959879 wrote: Where is this? Is it a recent picture? Even though Somalia's oil potential is huge and has been detected long before the war, the situation that it finds itself bars the country to realize its potential in the near future. Real and consistent peace need to precede for such dreams to be realized. Or undertaking such a task while the country is vulnerable may jeopardize the relative peace currently caressing the shores of Somalia, and activate the inhuman side of Somalis again.

And the projections for all of these blocks are huge, especially Marsabit. http://www.businessdailyafrica.com/Kenya-to-start-oil-production-in-six-years/-/539552/1766782/-/d7snd0/-/index.html As insignificant as you may make Tullow company to be, its one of the leading companies in Africa right now. What company is undertaking the drilling in Somalia (both Putland and Somaliand)?
