Why did you hand it over to Somaliland, but not Puntland, I actually want to know this? Remember, you handed it over without a fight yet you outnumbered them.

They had more technicals than Somaliland, and Puntland wasn't even in the picture. This was Khaatumo movement controlling Tukaraq and withdrawing to get the good graces of Somaliland. Why did they withdraw from a less equipped army?

What happened is simple. Khaatumo took the customs point. They then withdrew to let Somaliland take over (by choice), maybe they thought this will win them favours, then Somaliland withdrew again. Khaatumo movement just as thought work for Somaliland.

Why did Khaatumo withdraw so Somaliland could come in? Where's that cooperation? What happened here is that they got screwed over by Somaliland which shows that they indeed are stooges.
