I believe Somalis can find solutions to their own problems if they are left to their own devices. What we need is men who are sincere in ending this bloodbath like our forefathers did under Qurac in times of deadly tribal wars. It is bad leadership that's problem, and as long as the mass populace don't realise that, nothing would change. Duke....Iam happy for Sland n Pland, and it is admirable what they achieved despite everything else going wrong in Somalia, but problem with these Qabiil Lands is that they don't have any plan beyond their tribal enclaves. Look at the case of Sland, for decade and half they thought avoiding Southern problems would get independence. They are not any closer to getting that today. And Pland stability would always be under threat if there is no solution in the South. I think "secure your home, I will secure mine" attitude is not helpful or practical for that matter. As the leadership of the courts, I have never condone the likes of Indhacadde, and for matter any mistreatment visited upon the Somali masses by the courts or their affiliates.

The questions you have are legitimate, and worthy of critical and thoughfull reflection. Having said all that, I think the problems in our country simply doesn't lie with Xamar, and its caretakers. Not let's focus on Xamar for sec , and asks what have other Somalis done to reconstitute the Somali state. By nature, we simply react to things, and hardly ever reflect on our own situation.

For the last time kid, there is no such thing as Somali Ethiopian, there never was, and never will be. My ancestors hail from that region, and all Somalis view the land as occupied land.

My support for the courts doesn't stem from the religious convictions. I could care less what they believe in. But their desire to over-run Somalia is what appeals to me. And for that, I supported their ousting of the notorious warlords and the constant push to increase their influence sphere.
