Wishing and hoping accomplishes nothing, You can't fix Somalia from the top down you've to enable the people to solve their own issues and for the regions (states) to develop organically not by decree.

Both sides love to post articles when bad things happen to the other side, though I find the gloating more prevalent on the Somalilander side ( As they consider themselves more civilized and peaceful than the rest of Somalia).

Waste of money, Somalilanders just got Abramoffed. Looking at their history they might be of help after 2016 since they have a close relationship with Hillary Clinton if she wins.
