  1. LOOOOOOL@terrorist towel boy, Mooge is by far the most entertaining SOLer which is why he is SOL Nomad of 2012.
  2. ... and everything to blame on Siilaanyo. UCID Chairman and next president of Somaliland region of Somalia said the following: Somalia's recognition a threat Recognition is unwarranted on the part of the US Less communication with the international community Less communication with regional countries Dual-track policy is now finished Hogaamiyaha xisbiga mucaaradka UCID ee Somaliland ayaa go'aanka dowladda Mareykanka ku aqoonsatay dowladda Soomaaliya ku sheegay mid jug weyn ku ah Somaliland. AUDIO LINK http://www.bbc.co.uk/somali/war/2013/01/130119_somaliland.shtml Given all of this, I wonder why the secessionists are trying to exploit hostilities in the rest of our nation, does the unity and support for the new president hurt them so much? No more changing focus, time to look closer to home.
  3. The word pathetic is not strong enough for the secessionists and their obsession with Puntland. It makes them itch with pain that Puntlanders support the president of the Republic.

  7. Oba says 'if you have documents, it's ok, everything is going to be ok.' Nur also said some people in Mogadishu's Abdalla Shideye market are profiting from counterfeit land ownership documents, adding that police will detain individuals involved in the practice and bring them to court. No.
  8. Well done, I support it 100%. This is just like the education scholarships. A clan can't take national institutions for its own athletes and send them to training in the name of Somalia.
  9. WASHINGTON (AFP) - US President Barack Obama met Somalia's new President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud on Thursday, as Washington recognized the African nation's government for the first time since 1991. Obama dropped by a meeting between Mohamud and US Deputy National Security Adviser Denis McDonough at the White House, before the Somali leader headed across town to see Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, a White House statement said. "The president congratulated (Mohamud) on his election last September and the establishment of the first permanent, representative government in Somalia in two decades," the statement said. "The president noted the impressive security and political gains over the past year in Somalia. "He acknowledged the many challenges facing Somalia but expressed optimism about Somalia's future," said the statement, accompanied by a photograph of the leaders meeting in the Roosevelt Room of the White House. Somalia has not had an effective central government since 1991. But a new administration took office last year, ending eight years of transitional rule by a corruption-riddled government. The US move turned the page on a dark chapter that in 1993 saw Americans anguished by scenes of US soldiers being dragged through the streets of Mogadishu by a mob after Somali militants shot down two Black Hawk helicopters. Eighteen Americans died and 80 were wounded.

Fiqi is a title of the clan which has historical contexts to the father of this laf, so it's not a new title, it has to do with personal characteristics. Titles such as this, Islaan, Beeldaaje are mainly from the regions of Puntland. Congratulations to the new Fiqi, it is a wise choice which bring together many people and is needed very much to safeguard the midnimo of people.

No thought whatsoever about the victims they have committed grievous crime against!! Line them up! shooting should start on their private parts as they inflicted pain/harm to the girl/woman's part...let them feel it too... It's a very valid question given Somalia politics. If they are larger clans, they are likely to get away with it, while small clans can be accused and abused without consequences. People are wondering if they could have been used as a scapegoat given this carried sentence. That said, a rapist should be hung by his testicles.

  14. Jubbaland supporters protesting what the hell does that have to do with Puntland, which violation of constitution has he done against Puntland? Puntland in your dreams... obsession without borders.

  20. EDIT: Oh damn, wrong pic, my comment makes no sense then. I support this government because they are so little into their term, we can't judge them yet and he isn't taking any bad steps the president. A few fumbles he has made and corrected especially Jubbaland which he was right on but a bit hypocritical. Their success depends on AMISOM, and the international community so going on trips abroad is expected. However, what is the head of the government doing?
  21. Raamsade;908695 wrote: ^Faroole is too ugly to be on that committee. Ok
  22. I think they should be given time before criticism surely these trips make sense, it is a country run by the international community. It's the Prime Minister that worries me.
