I am still trying to confirm if this is genuine...marka koowaad inay codkiisii tahay, tan labaad inaysan ahayn audio la isku kab-kabay. Haddiise arrintaani ay dhacday oo xaqiiq tahay, runtii wasiirka dhulka ayaa lala galay and waana ku fiican tahay in sidaan loo ceebeeyo laaluush qaateyaasha oo dhan, weliba xeelado kalena la isticmaalo.

Check Out The Minister’s Phone Call And His Need For Cash Bribes Through Dahabshiil Money Transfer

March 12, 2012

Muqdisho:-(RT)The president of TFG has formally welcomed Khaatumo State to join the TFG, However, Lately, there is an increased chatter about the Khaatumo recognition letter that was issued from the office of the Prime Minister of the Transitional Federal Government (TFG). A larger number of Khaatumo folks are upset about appearance of what seemed to be another letter negating the contents of the previous letter that communicated to the world about the emergence of the newest province to join the TFG. to make matters even more interesting, a third letter has just surfaced again apologizing to the President of Somalia and dispelling the contents of the second letter while finally acknowledging that the first letter is binding.

Additionally, the saga continued this morning when a reporter _ impersonating as a “pro Somalilander and appearing to be undermining the Recognition letters_ made a phone call to the office of the PM and the TFG’s Minister of livestock and Farming, Mr. Mohamed Mohamud Haji Ibrahim _the signator of all these letters. In order to continuereversing his positions as a bargaining tool, this Minister asked for bribes and $3000 cash to be wired to him through the Dahabshiil Money Transfer Company.

The above inconsistency and lack of professionalism among civil servant clerks at the office of the PM clearly has caused a great deal of anxiety and lack of clarity among many Khaatumo State residents. How much did the Prime Minister know about this fiasco? What should be the consequences of his Deputy who was in charge during his absence? Did the Prime Minister directly issue the orders knowing full well that this actions not only contravened the Presidents’s previous blessing for the formal recognition of Khaatumo as a legitimate State within the TFG, but also, could cause to abandon his Ministerial duty to follow his Government’s responsibilities to welcome Democratic wishes of Somali States.

“i must say a correction notice to some Somalilanders who claim that Sool Sanaag and Cayn regions are part of the Somaliland administration in Hargaisa” Said Jama Abdi, a Khaatumo Historian. “quite the contrary, over 99.9 percent of SSC folks voted in Taleh and democratically formed a pro Union Khaatumo State. Infact SSC has always been part and parcel of a SOMALI federation to which it is believed that the Dawishes (present day Khaatumo folks) were instrumental in its formation. Just the mere fact that SSC neighbours some Somaliland regions does not make one a believer in secessionism (the very anti-thesis and a concept so foreign to Khaatumo natives who are traditionally Unionists” continued Mr. Jama.

Regarding the current PM’s silence on clarifying his office’s position on the now infamous Kh-State Recognition letter, this is a clear betrayal of his duties and responibility to address the matter and come clear on his constituents who put him in power… “you cannot appear to contradict your own president and be allowed to keep silent; undermining Unionist who came to you bearing the Blue Flag expecting you would defend its values and mission, “You cannot choose to wear this flag as you were wrapped around it by those who welcomed you back into Mogadishu yesterday and yet be SILENT on those who are dying for it in Buhodle”. stated Mr. Jama.
