  1. Asalamu Alaikum Shabbele hoose will be dealt with in due course one task at a time
  2. The TFG is ever getting cornered, all their bad tactics have come to haunt them. The contact group is awareof the powers of the ICU they know that if they oppose the courts then they have opposed the masses and that would be a very bad thing for their long term stratigical relations with Somalia. Two major benefits i see from these articles for the ICU. First: The TFG's only option is to negotiate its a do or die situation. This will mean they have to make major concessions. Second: The International organisations are recognising the reality of the ICU and that their demands have to be satisfied. If this stand still continues it is the TFG that suffers. They will starve to death, more law makers and forces will abandon them (It is already the case) The courts will keep going on with their work, opening hospitals, ports, economical advancement in the regions captured etc. They will also invite humanitarian organisations to help with the conditions of the poor who have suffered over the last 16 yeats
  3. Somalia: Defense Minister Blames IGAD for Unnecessary Military Intervention Planning Shabelle Media Network (Mogadishu) August 29, 2006 Posted to the web August 29, 2006 Aweys Osman Yusuf Mogadishu Is Somalia really in need of foreign military intervention after 11 years? This is the question senior Somali federal government officials are debating about. Abdulahi yusuf, somalia's president, is believed to have the desperate desire of securing his Ethiopian backed government with only military intervention (African troops, who are financially incapable of having the mission done). But what if president Yusuf's defense minister opposes any foreign intervention? In an interview by Shabelle Radio in Mogadishu, Somalia's defense minister Barre Hirale said that he had no faith in the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD) over what he described its mediator imitation in the Somali affairs. "I don't believe IGAD has the proper solution for the tense situation in Somalia, except an African military solution that it intends to enforce at this inappropriate time. And as a defense minister, I don't believe Somalia needs foreign forces right now", said Barre Hirale, who is also in control of Lower Jubba regional town of Kismayu in southern Somalia. Prelude African troops in Somalia Barre Hirale, a member of the newly appointed ministers, stated that training and financing the Somali national forces would be better than 2000 African forces sent to Somalia. He blamed Uganda and Ethiopia, member states of IGAD, for already posting number of their military forces in parts of Somalia. Negotiations expected on Wednesday. Mr. Hirale indicted he was pretty much optimistic about the reconciliation conference in Sudan between the Somali interim shaky government, which is hardly in control of Somalia and the more powerful Islamists who are in control of most parts of the country including the capital city Mogadishu. The Khartoum meeting is anticipated to occur on Wednesday August 30th. The Somali parliament speaker Sharif Hassan Sheik Adam leading government delegation and Islamists' executive council leader Sheik Sharif Ahmed accompanied by Islamist delegation have already made themselves present at the negotiating table in the Sudanese capital Khartoum.
  4. NN is this how low and desperate you have become mate. next time I advice you to bring the whole unbiased information before you ridicule yourself like this on this site.
  5. Here is some more beautiful recitation of the Quraan i hope you enjoy it. the recitor is Sheikh Mishary Rashed Alafasy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TrfBk0al1AA&mode=related&search= http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HhAKPBtQARg&mode=related&search= http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qgNdLZosJwg&mode=related&search= http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fl4eby2aNM&mode=related&search=
  6. Let me , for the sake of arguement, agree with you that the UIC is fighting to implement an ideology (One I think ideologies should be accepted and two, islam is religion, a faith rather than political idealogy for me), what is the Ideology that they are opposing. No religion but Islam has existed in the Somali peninsula for centuries. Such an ideological war was already, and the UIC is a couple centuries late. Again your use of words are wrong the courts have clearly stated and it is clear to all who do not have an agenda that all regions that they have entered was based on invitation. On the second point Islam is NOT A RELIGION IT IS A WAY OF LIFE, it is not a ism which you practice on sunday or the sabbath, Islam constitutes all aspect of life including POLITICS. You are right Islam has existed in Somalia for centuries but in modern history ( say modern history because i do not know by which law Somalia was governed by before the colonial period) name me a perod even a day in which Somalia was governed by the Quran and Sunnah which is a idealogy and a way of life. Forget about (not that nobility comes to mind when I think of awes, indho iyo salaat)the rest of the Somali people, atleast are not the rest of these wadaads clan noble? Because, unlike what you say, they come from the Same Sub-sub-sub clan. How odd that the medicine you suggest for a sick nation from a virus called qabyalet is one sub-sub-sub clan to despense law,of whatevery kind. How sad that just when you think you have solved your problems and start make some progress, primitive turban wearing mullahs come to ditract people under the cloak of religion to what is in their interest. Friends, islam, perhaps before it even took root in Arabia, whats brought to Somalia and other Kushitic nations, islam ban wadna wax dadka 2006 lagu cawarikaro mahe, wax kale keena. Again you do not seem to comprehend what i am telling you get out of this clan issue I have clearly stated that IUC idealogy yes started from a sub sub sub clan as you put it. it is a fact of life that every individual on the face of earth comes from a clan of some sort. the idealogy is global mate just because sub sub sub sub sub sub clan ignites it does not make it the sole leader of it. On the issue regarding whether Islam should be accepted rather than forced, yes you are right, is that not what the IUC has been calling for since it started, did it not state that all Somali intellectuals should take part in the decision making process. My friend if you believe that those who want to rule by the rules of their creator are primative and made then your quarrel is with a higher deity than the courts.
  7. Again the same old rubbish by G duke and NN and their likes to demonise a popular movement. You cannot resurrect this corrupt but fragile TFG by disrespecting the very people who cleared the capital for them. the TFG ship is sinking lads either you jump of on to the life boats or drown with it. whether you like it or not Somali political status is changing rapidly and it is the Islamic Idealogy that is prevailing. Now you have the option of accepting what is already prevailant or stay in the west and complain in SOL. the fact of the matter is that you are crying wolf and the IUC are opening ports, Airports, Hospitals, building security, banning the illegal trade of wildlife. and that is the true colours of the IUC
  8. NN you sure sure analyse things from a clanist point of view. It is true that nations start of springing from one set of people but it is the idealogy which makes it great just look through history from the mongols, the ottomans and most famously Querish. Almost all Somalis (as muslims) support the Islamic Idealogy and jurisprudence of the IUC I am sure no muslim Somali in his right mind would prefer man made laws as opposed to ruling by the divine law of (Allah subxana wa tala) it is the method of implementation that is causing a rift. some people do not like the fact that it springs from one clan, the fact is it has to start from somewhere. The power sharing will be a temporary solution until the current TFG sees out its term. Then hopefully we reengineer the whole political system in Somalia. As you can see there are courts springing from all regions in Somalia which are run by noble people in comparison to the former stewards in the regions. when the interim governments term runs out then then courts from all regions will form a new government which governs by Islam in its totality (inshallah). The power sharing will ease the handover to the real people of muslim Somalia, the masses who want to be governed by just, uncorrupt, and God fearing rulers. Inshallah each region will bring forward their most pious sons who are known by their justice and kindness and Taqwa.
  9. Rampant Corruption in the Prime Minister's Office By Ahmed Yusuf Ahmed PM Ali Mohamed Gedi "There is no authority of any kind to audit the books of this government" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- George Bernard Shaw once said "Power does not corrupt men. Fools, however, if they get into a position of power, corrupt power". In this short article we are dealing with the worst of all fools; those who siphon, steal and loot public funds destined for the weak, the sick, the orphans, and those stricken with famine and dying of malnutrition - money and food aid that was donated to the government to help alleviate the hardships that befell on the Somali people. Corruption and misappropriation of public funds is rampant and a major problem in the office of the Ethiopian hand picked Prime minister of Somalia, Ali Mohamed Gedi. Reliable sources close to the TFG state funds donated to TFG for nation building, infrastructure restoration and to help the poor and displaced are siphoned for personal gains without proper permission or paper trail. The sources point the finger directly at the prime minister and his close ally (Juriile) for misappropriating public funds donated to Somalia from international donors, forsaking public interest. The problem of corruption with Mr. Gedi is exacerbated by the lack of accountability and scrutiny within the TFG and in particular the Prime minister’s office. There is no authority of any kind in Somalia to audit the books of government institutions or officials. This systemic corruption and total absence of any regulatory framework and lack of effective and independent monitoring and auditing authorities have left a vacuum for a corrupt prime minister and his cronies to continue raiding the public treasury with total immunity from prosecution. This allows Mr. Gedi and others to transfer large sums of scarce funds from international donors for rebuilding a functioning, united government in Somalia. The money is being diverted to several different overseas bank accounts. It is widely circulated that one of the main reasons that Meles Zenawi strongly supports Mr. Gedi is that he is being used to funnel money out of Somalia and into fictitious projects and corporations abroad. The tyrant and illusive prime minister of Ethiopia is said to be conspiring with Gedi in stealing and transferring millions of donated dollars to Ethiopia and other foreign countries. Meles Zenawi feels save so long as he can convince the U.S. that he is fighting their fight against Islamic terrorists in southern Somalia. These corruptions and wasteful misuse of public funds is a social malaise that will permeate and cripple any chance of legitimacy and integrity for the TFG in the public eyes. Inimical as it is though, Gedi seems to have no fear of answering to any authority. After all, the moment he senses a danger within his own administration or even the president, he can always call on his close friend and partner in crime Meles Zenawi who would dutifully dispatch a strong military re-enforcement or his mouth piece and foreign minister Seyom Mesfin who would remind any "would be spoilers" who the real master really is. The international community must not finance a corrupted and an unaccountable regime which is not interest in good governance and lack basic checks and balances; a corrupted administration that misappropriates donor aid as soon as it receives, to a mysterious black-hole accounts (and fictitious projects) that never gets filled. Since its inception, the TFG has done nothing to justify the disbursements of large sums of funds. Members of the parliament and the cabinet of the prime minister are not regularly or fairly paid. No government institution or ministry is fully functioning. The government does not even have a website or an agenda after two and half years. Nothing has been accomplished. No public works, such building or repairing roads, or other infrastructure is being started. So where did the prime minister spend all these money that cannot be accounted for? Unfortunately, no one knows or will ever know as there is no paper trail of any sort other than what his close associates who are disillusioned with his agenda share with the public. Unfortunately, Somalia and Somalis are suffering at the expense of Gedi and that of his handler and crime partner, Meles Zenawi. This is what the TFG got when they relinquished authority and, entrusted national interest to agents of Somalia’s arch-enemy. President Abdullahi Yusuf Ahmed "Has no vision beyond whatever the current problem is for that day" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ironically, many have said Abdullahi Yusuf does not steal or loot public funds but his behavior is what creates people to steal in the first place, for example, it is common knowledge that Abdullahi might not take or siphon money but he will give away and authorize others to do just that to silence any criticism against his regime. Sources close to the TFG report that Abdullahi Yusuf has recently authorized the transfer of government owned parcels/buildings in Galkaio and other Puntland cities to supporters of his election campaign. This behavior created the most corrupted administration the planet has ever seen. Abdullahi Yusuf misappropriates his part on both foes and friends to secure support and silence dissent and criticism. The secret of getting rich quick in Somalia today is to be a member of or a critic to Abdullahi Yusuf administration. He is a renegade former deserter who is in perpetual self-destruction. A good example of this is his recent support for the breaking up of Puntland into two different and autonomous regions; this in an effort to weaken the Islamic courts. Doesn’t he realize that the more Somalia is fragmented the harder it would be to bring it back together? Does he want to be a president of a united Somalia or is he only interested to be the president of the "Republic of Baidoa." The problem with Abdullahi Yusuf is he has no vision beyond whatever the current problem is for that day. He takes the path of least resistance which is mostly the path of destruction, division and perpetual conflict. He does not care about a nation building, good governance, compromise, unity, peace and stability or anything else of good for that matter. His only aim in life is to be called "The President". If he gets that, he doesn’t care who else does what? He is delusional psychopath, depressed, stubborn, adamant dictator who does not have a plan beyond today - not for himself, not for the nation. Abdullahi Yusuf thinks he is immortal with a new lease in life because of the liver (albeit young one) transplant in London years ago. Little does he know, his so called "Ethiopian" friends are laughing the laugh of a hyena knowing a victim is about to die. They are waiting for his death so their trained little dog (Ali M. Gedi) who happens to have learned a lot from Meles Zenawi would take full control of Somalia. Interestingly enough, the only other entity that is more corrupted than the Somali government is the U.N., especially branches that operate from Kenya, Ethiopia, and Somalia. No wonder the United States insists on overhauling the whole U.N. People with insight to how the U.N. operates in Somalia acknowledge that every hundred dollars spent on humanitarian activities, another three hundred dollars goes to corrupted U.N. officials. This is one of the reasons why the U.N. does not hire qualified Somalis to do work in Somalia. Instead they hire Ethiopians, Kenyans and others who have no interest in insuring help gets to where it is needed the most. What can be done to stop the stealing of public funds? 1- Recognize the existence of corruption in the current government: It is clear that the current administration is not admitting any wrong doings; there must be an independent legal entity and a capable parliament that can tackle the problem. There must be an entity that has the will and means to punish the illegal raids in the public treasury. Corrupted officials are not going to stop doing what they are doing until there is such a system that will make them fear the consequences of their acts. 2 - Every government official must go through a process of accounting for what personal properties, bank accounts, and businesses that he or she holds. They must not be able to increase their asset during their term in the public office. After their term has ended they must go through the same system of checks and balances to make sure they have not violated any laws. Anyone, who violates the law must be punished accordingly. The punishment must result two outcomes: first to deter any public official to try to steal from the public for fear of long prison terms or their hands being cut off. Second, the punishment must make sure they return the properties they have stolen. 3 - There must be an accounting or auditing office that comes under an independent court that is outside of the control and manipulation of government branches. 4 - There must be a limit to the term an official serves in an elected or appointed government office. A good term limit might be a maximum of 6 years. 5 - There must be well organized, well paid and well equipped institution that can stand for the collection and accounting of the taxes, the "zakaatul Maal" and all other collection of government fees such as the customs and banking. Finally, we must have a democratic government that has been elected in fair and free elections where all power is derived from the people and those entrusted with it could be disposed of when public trust, confidence and support is lost The government needs to set clear benchmarks for progress on democratization, human rights, and fiscal transparency. The TFG government should disclose all revenues received from donors and submit to independent audits all payments and receipts. The public must have access to all non-classified government documents. We must also create different branches of governments (executive, legislative and judicial) and delegate all non federal authorities to state and local governments so that neither the federal nor the local governments would have all the power. With the implementation of the above, hopefully we would minimize the staggering problems that face both the government and the people of Somalia. We must all realize that we cannot run a government for long with an iron fist, especially when that iron fist is from a foreign dictator who is a sworn enemy of our beloved nation of Somalia. WHERE DID THE AID MONEY FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS GO?
  10. 1. Without failing to appreciate the ICU’s mission which seems to have marched through few local snares, do you think the TFG, despite its lack of a legitimate base of support, still has the opportunity to unite the Somalis under some sort of a real government banner without a bloodshed? This very hard to say although there is always room for peacefull negotiations if the conditions are in place. and the condition is very simple cut foreign influence in Somali affairs, so that unconditional negotiations can take place. When this has taken place the power sharing suggestion is the best policy forward. If the TFG does this then they will have the upper hand if the courts refuse then the masses will look at them differently. However I do understand that within the TFG leadership there is a growing fear that if the TFG abandons it support for Addis Ababa then they will be defence less, this is something to negotiate (if they state that for their safety and the time it will take for tangible trust to be sealed they require few hundreds, thousands foreign troops preferably muslims to protect them, then this is a reasonable request). 2. Is the ICU, which at the moment has less clan diversity than the TFG, the only option we have for a government? I believe that there are two options on the table A) Power sharing between the Islamic courts and the TFG ( a very good option but its upto the TFG) B) Islamic courts take full control of all regions in Somalia with the establishment of local based courts governed using Shariah (this option will be the hard and long option but there will be one supreme entity in Somalia)
  11. Ibn al-Qayyim said, in regards to the description of the Paradise and the delights that it contains: "And if you ask about its ground and its soil, then it is of musk and saffron. And if you ask about its roof, then it is the Throne of the Most Merciful. And if you ask about its rocks, then they are pearls and jewels. And if you ask about its buildings, then they are made of bricks of gold and silver. And if you ask about its trees, then it does not contain a single tree except that its trunk is made of gold and silver. And if you ask about its fruits, then they are softer than butter and sweeter than honey. And if you ask about its leaves, then they are softer than the softest cloth. And if you ask about its rivers, then there are rivers of milk who's taste does not change, and rivers of wine that is delicious to those who drink it, and rivers of honey that is pure, and rivers of water that is fresh. And if you ask about their food, then it is fruits from whatever they will choose, and the meat of whatever birds they desire. And if you ask about their drink, then it is Tasneem, ginger, and Kaafoor. And if you ask about their drinking cups, then they are crystal-clear and made of gold and silver. And if you ask about its shade, then a fast rider would ride in the shade of one of its trees for a hundred years and not escape it. And if you ask about its vastness, then the lowest of its people would have within his kingdom and walls and palaces and gardens the distance that would be travelled in a thousand years. And if you ask about its tents and encampments, then one tent is like a concealed pearl that is sixty miles long. And if you ask about its towers, then they are rooms above rooms in buildings that have rivers running underneath them. And if you ask about how far it reaches into the sky, then look at the shining star that is visible, as well as those that are far in the heavens that the eyesight cannot possibly reach. And if you ask about the clothing of its inhabitants, then they are of silk and gold. And if you ask about its beds, then its blankets are of the finest silk laid out in the highest of its levels. And if you ask about the faces of its inhabitants and their beauty, then they are like the image of the Moon. And if you ask about their age, then they are young ones of 33 years in the image of Adam, the father of humanity. And if you ask about what they will be hearing, then it is the singing of their wives from among the Hoor al-'Ayn, and better than that are the voices of the Angels and the Prophets, and better than that is the Speech of the Lord of the Worlds. And if you ask about their servants, then they are young boys of everlasting youth who resemble scattered pearls. And if you ask about their brides and wives, then they are young and full-breasted and have had the liquid of youth flow through their limbs; the Sun runs along the beauty of her face if she shows it, light shines from between her teeth if she smiles; if you meet her love, then say whatever you want regarding the joining of two lights; he sees his face in the roundness of her cheek as if he is looking into a polished mirror, and he sees the brightness from behind her muscles and bones; if she were to be unleashed upon the World, she would fill what is between the Heavens and the Earth with a beautiful wind, and the mouths of the creation would glorifiy, praise, and exclaim greatness, and everything between the East and the West would be adorned for her, and every eye would be shut from everthing but her, and the light of the Sun would be outshone just as the light of the Sun outshines the light of the stars, and everyone on the face of the Earth would believe in the Ever-Living, the One who Sustains and Protects all the exists. And the covering on her head is better than the World and all that is in it, and she does not increase with age except in beauty; free from an umbilical cord, childbirth and menses, and pure of mucous, saliva, urine and other filthy things; her youth never fades, her clothing is never worn out, no garment can be created that matches her beauty, and no one who is with her can ever become bored; her attention is restricted to her husband, so she desires none but him, just as his attention is restricted to her so she is the sole object of his desire, and he is with her in utmost safety and security, as none has touched her before of either humans or Jinn. And if you ask about the Day of Increase (in reward) and the visit of the all-Mighty, all-Wise, and the sight of His Face - free from any resemblance or likeness to anything - as you see the Sun in the middle of the day and the full Moon on a cloudless night, then listen on the day that the caller will call: 'O People of Paradise! Your Lord - Blessed and Exalted - requests you to visit Him, so come to visit Him!' So they will say: 'We hear and obey!' Until, when they finally reach the wide valley where they will all meet - and none of them will turn down the request of the caller - the Lord - Blessed and Exalted - will order His Chair to be brought there. Then, pulpits of light will emerge, as well as pulpits of pearls, gemstone, gold, and silver. The lowest of them in rank will sit on sheets of musk, and will not see what those who are on the chairs above them are given. When they are comfortable where they are sitting and are secure in their places, and the caller calls: 'O People of Paradise! You have an appointment with Allaah in which He wishes to reward you!' So they will say: 'And what is that reward? Has He not already made our faces bright, made our scales heavy, entered us into Paradise, and pushed us away from the Fire?' And when they are like that, all of a sudden a light shines that encompasses all of Paradise. So, they raise their heads, and, behold: the Compeller - Exalted is He, and Holy are His Names - has come to them from above them and majestified them and said: 'O People of Paradise! Peace be upon you!' So, this greeting will not be responded to with anything better than: 'O Allaah! You are Peace, and from You is Peace! Blessed are You, O possessor of Majesty and Honor!' So the Lord - Blessed and Exalted - will laugh to them and say: 'O People of Paradise! Where are those who used to obey Me without having ever seen Me? This is the Day of Increase!' So, they will all give the same response: 'We are pleased, so be pleased with us!' So, He will say: 'O People of Paradise! If I were not pleased with you, I would not have made you inhabitants of My Paradise! So, ask of Me!' So, they will all give the same response: 'Show us your Face so that we may look at it!' So, the Lord - Mighty and Majestic - will remove his covering and will majestify them and will cover them with His Light, which, if Allaah - the Exalted - had not Willed not to burn them, would have burned them. And there will not remain a single person in this gathering except that his Lord - the Exalted - will speak to him and say: 'Do you remember the day that you did this and that?' and He will remind him of some of his bad deeds in the Worldy life, so he will say: 'O Lord! Will you not forgive me?' So, He will say: 'Of course! You have not reached this position of yours (in Paradise) except by my forgiveness.' So, how sweet is this speech to the ears, and how cooled are the righteous eyes by the glance at His Noble Face in the Afterlife... {Some faces that Day will be shining and radiant, looking at their Lord...} (al-Qiyaamah:22-3) [from the book Haadi al-Arwaah ilaa Bilaad il-Afraah by Ibn al-Qayyim, pg. 193

  14. I read this article yesterday when my copy of economist was delivered what a pathetic and an immoral article. population growth must be taken into consideration kulaha. Somalia is twice the size of the UK yet its population is smaller than Londons. Infact population growth is very important if Somalia wants real economic growth. and I should think that Somalia has a more fertile soil then charing cross road which he/she abides in
  15. All praise is due to Allah A great article The benefits of Islam and all the messages from Allah (subxana wa tala) are clear and timeless. as science develops the benefits of the Islamic rulings become more apparent. I read this article last year in which a famous scientist from canada stated that " 80% of the scientifical aspects of Islam is compatible with current scientifical facts" they then asked him about the remining 20%, in which he replied "human understanding of science has not reached that level yet therefore he could not comment"
  16. Northener I will tell you what there isnt alot of news going on in the UAE the fact that the big headline is a women who abducted a baby 8 months ago tells me its a very safe place to be. mind you I felt the same when i was there last year. the big headline of the month was a cornershop fire in sharjah. here in london rape, stabbing, gun shots, child abuse, anti terror raids and Galloway the man are a weekly event.
  17. Nobody is attacking the government sunshine, this a reasonable request that the courts made long ago when they stabilized Mogadisho. If the TFG wants to negotiate then there would be no need for Ethiopian presence. All they have to do is tell them to cross back to their side of the border. I am sure the Courts will come back to Khartoum faster than fighter jet with no conditions. . Ps Naxar you seem to be using the word terrorist almost every time u speak of the courts. Here is an Oxford dictionary meaning of the word and you tell me who it applies to Terrorism: the killing of ordinary people for political purpose Terrorize: to make somebody feel frightened by using or threatening to use violence against him/her I am sure you are a man of understanding but to me these definitions refer to the men who where chased out of Mogadisho and are now distinguished guest of the TFG (but that’s just one mans opinion)
  18. Naden that’s an hypothetical question. But to give you an answer We go back to the beautiful Hadeeth of the Prophet SAW when he said Deen is naseeha (advice) So advice the leader and don’t loose patience, keep advising him and maybe he will take your advice.
  19. congratulation mobb deep wish you a long happy marriage mate. In that case i better make a post for another sol member who got hitched two weeks ago
  20. "Bangladeshi workers banned from Malaysia because local women find them too attractive are apparently now being smuggled in as students. The workers enter the country on student visas under the pretence of learning English, a news report and an official said on Monday. The New Straits Times quoted Radzi Sheikh Ahmad, the home affairs minister as saying on Sunday that the Bangladeshis come as students, only to work in low-paid menial jobs in the country. Rising economic prosperity has provided many Malaysians with white-collar jobs and low-paid positions are hard to fill. Saiful Islam, a spokesman for Radzi, said Bangladeshi workers were banned from Malaysia two years ago, mainly because they were creating "social problems" by entering into romantic liaisons with local women. He told The Associated Press that they were found to have harassed young women and eloped with married women, who apparently succumbed to their good looks and charms. Movie star looks Bangladeshi men are said to look like Indian movie stars (above) On Sunday, Radzi said Bangladeshi men look like Indian movie stars. Most of the men, aged between 25 and 30, were recorded as studying English, he said. "This is really fishy. The age bracket is suitable for employment. Bangladesh is an English-speaking country and it makes little sense for them to study English here. "The abuse is glaring because Bangladeshis are not allowed to work here, but we can see hundreds working in construction sites and restaurants." Radzi said most were brought by agents who made deals with colleges to bring in the workers as students, then place them for employment. He said his ministry was taking the necessary action to curb the practice. Intolerance He said: "I can assure you there are thousands of them. Of course, Malaysia is striving to be an education hub but abuse of provisions is something that cannot he tolerated." The newspaper quoted Radzi as saying that at least two private colleges had enrolled more than 300 Bangladeshi nationals each, comprising more than half their international student body. Malaysia allows foreign workers from only a few countries, including Indonesia, India, the Philippines and Sri Lanka." If Bollywood seized to exist then I am sure issues like this would not exist. There are other cases where Malaysian women have abandoned ISLAM because they believed in the mirage that Indian movies provide (after all Amitabh bachan is irresistible). Allah T’ala states “And do not come near Zina; indeed, it is an abomination and an evil way†(17:32) The Ulema have come to the agreement that anything that leads to Zina should be avoided.
  21. G Duke reminds me of the Iraqi information minister. How is it possible that several news outlets not only in Somalia but around the world got it wrong? It seems that you are disillusioned my friend. What still puzzles me is that Ethiopia and the TFG believe that Somalis will remain idle and the IUC will only be a fringe minority who will disperse. If you want to see how the end occurs for a sovereign state which believes it has a hegemonic power of a region then stay tuned future historians.
  22. Saxiib if you think I was against the TFG solely because of hate then you are wrong my friend, in fact I had great optimism and hoped the warlords would get consciousness when given a ministerial title, just shows that realism is the only way to go. With regards to the allegations that the ICU harbouring foreign fighters again evidence would cast away all this accusations. Unless you have clear cut evidence (not the type of evidence the neocons used to go into Iraq) that there fighters in Mogadisho who are not meant to be there then we cant keep speculating. The say the proof is in the pudding and I don’t see any. Another thing and this is a statement from president Djibouti “If there are a couple of foreign fighters in Somalia is this good enough reason to attack a city of 2 million peopleâ€. Now if the Premier of a nation who neither benefits nor losses anything from Somalias conflicts understands the common sense that you do not sacrifice the wellbeing of a nations because of a fringe minority then why cant the Leadership of the TFG who are meant to represent Somalia understand it.
