Cambarra....Iam all for working flexible conditions, but asking employers to count maternity leaves as continous service (service to who exactly since the employers aren't benefitting from this arrangement), and considering absentee employees for possible promotion is just bit much.

We have not intentionally planned to attack Dr. Ulosow’s house,” he said. At least 8 people were wounded after heavy gun battle took place at home of Dr. Mohamoud Mohammed Ulosow, the political of leader of sub-clan on Tuesday afternoon. Members of the clan leaders were soon to blame president Yusuf for the attacks. Ugas Abdi Dahir, a traditional elder said Mr. Yusuf planned the attacks on the sub-clan. are u implying Somaliland to seperate and become it is own nation. Well hun that will never come to exist. Somaliland has not been recognized for the past 16 yrs.What makes u think it will be any different in the future? Aaliyah...If Somalis can't agree on peacefully share this land and its resources, then I think the next logical step for them is peacefully dissolve the "union", and let all consenting clans form their own nation. If there are better ideas, pls do share. But do keep this in mind, no clan is going to support a goverment headed by a man from opposing clan.

Camabarra..There is no solution. This is zero sum game. Sadly, no one even with foriegn assistance has the means to subdue all Somalis. So we are left with this cycle of perpetual violence where one group momentarilly gains the upper hand while lay in waiting for their time to shine. And the cycle repeats itself. I say Balkanize the dam country, and make some sort of loose federation.

Cambarro....There is an implicit threat of violence for those who don't cower in the presence of the TFG and its Ethio backers. This is far from genuine reconcialation. It is just one side setting the parameters of this process, and imposing what's an already foregone decision.
