  1. Who cares about Education or Languages. The most important thing for a successful relationship is "Understanding & Harmony" and they are not always related to the languages and ur level of education. How many Somali Educated guyz married to Girls from Somalia or any other place who are not educated @ all and they established a successful relationship & family. And how many educated guyz married to educated girls from the same univ or job (same level or even highter) but they failed to understand each others.
  2. OG, it seems that some ppl think if they are excellent in English they are well-educated. Now who said that English Language is a measure for your education. Now I have a puzzle for all of u: Who are more educated? Those who speak the:- A-The British English B-The American English C-The Candian English or D-THe Australian English? P.S. Me Myself I believe the Indian-English Speakers are da best, vat u can dho aboudh idh? notting at all LOL Peace
  3. Da Goti Boti, elahay ha ku naxristo wallahi, u need to wear anti-bullets jacket before u post any topic in SOL, just for ur security The guy asked a Question, just a question, He didnt drop a Nuclear Bomb in SOL. Easy married nomads and cool off. Thanx god the members cant see each others while discussing something. Otherwise, we would have seen flying shoes and DBG was dead by now. Dat_Boi_Gotti, the Net is a normal (virtual)place just like the other normal places: like Cafes, restaurants, hotels, cinemas, libraries, univz, schools, malls, parks, Gymz. Anybody can log to the net regardless of his/her marital status, gender, religion, race or whateva. If married ppl should stop logging to the Net (chatrooms,forums...) cause you think its not a proper place for them , then i believe they have to stop going to the public places I've mentioned above too. Just coz they are married doesnt mean they have to stop meeting others or socializing with them. Besides what happened to that poor somali girl (May allah forgive her and reward her the heaven)in the chat room has nothing to do with her marital status, its the same thing even if she was a single. A sin is a sin whether u are a single or a married person. I remembered an old man who used to consider the Hotels as (The Devil's Home) he hated them alot and he still sees this place full of sins and evils. But I disagree with him, coz not all the things which are done n da Hotels are bad. He thought every person who goes to the hotel is either going to drink Liquors, meet a whore or dance in the Discos. There was no chance at all to convince him that hotels are not bad places 100%. We go there for wedding parties, for Conferences, for trainings, sometimes for job interviews, we use them as accomodation when its required, we invite others for dinner or lunch....etc etc. So its not the place its all related to person's intentions. If the intention is good then everyplace is good, but if the intention is bad then dont blame any place on this earth. Apply the same on the Chatting rooms and the Forums. P.S: Let married ppl enjoy and have good times, mush 7nb2a e7na wzaman 3aleehom, they are humans after all Peace

ya ya ya attacking Mecca, well Mecca is protected by Allah and nobody can attack it just like that. OG, What really bothers me is what some Americans said after the 911 event. That Islam is a wicked religion or very evil religion. Or that Muslims should be all killed by poisnous bombs which are made only to kill them. Such racist and anti-islamic statements were said by people who are in a very High Positions in USA. Priests, politicians, consultants in the American Administration. And nobody in the Islamic World tried to face them or ask for explanation. Nobody @ all. But guess what will happen if somebody said something about lets say : The Holocaust. You are dead for sure and all the governments in the world will be against you. See the difference!! P.S: Some muslims started to believe they are terrorists for being muslims

  11. Never ever, 1st- Coz i fear Allah, and I dont wanna change how great he created me. And I know every change I'm gonna do in my body in this life will lead me to the Hell later. 2nd- I believe Cosmetic Surgeries should be only for medication, means; for those who got burned, injured or sick. Not just for beautification reasons. 3rd- Can't ppl change their lifestyles without changing their looks? 4th- ama changing Sex, this is another matter which I don't believe or like. There is a show called "The Swan" in MBC TV, Channel 2, its about ladies who wanna change their looks and bodies and go under several surgeries just to change their lifestyles, or please their husbands, or feel Important. P.S: I used to clean my eyebrows before and I discovered that even ladies who clean their eyebrows are malconeen. Its not even good for the health. Coz every single hair in the eyebrows is connected to an important nerve in the area around our eyez, so if any eyebrow is removed it will damage the eye or cause troubles later. subxan allah, nothing is forbidden in this life without a reasonable reason. Peace

  16. Well I don't have any problem with the Guyz who wear Pink, but I just can't tolerate seeing guyz who wear Very Narrow Trousers and Tight-sticky bodies and Shirts, that's make me Sick. Specially when he is a Somali Man in a Shopping Mall or a public place "Somali Scandal" and Its too funny when he builds his muscles and wear a T-Shirt for 10 yrz old skinny boy.

El Shaikh Zubair : ra2eto fema yara al na2em .... that I was walking on a long long long road, full of flowers and lovely colours, and chirby birds were singing nice melodies and then ..... the damn Alarm started to ring From the West to the East, to the South to the North, All Humans Dream, but have they asked themselves "What are the Dreams?" Some dreams are sweet that when you wake up, you feel so pleased and optimistic. This kind of dreams leaves you with good feelings and good mood. While some other dreams are horrible, scary and dark nightmares that scares you and leaves you with bad feelings and gloomy mood. There are another kind of dreams which are not clear and you can’t understand what they mean. Such dreams are not important and they remain un-explained. Now why I am talking about dreams and why I’am so concerned about them? Because the dreams world is really a great, magical and supernatural world. Nobody can ever understand it completely and nobody can find a complete scientific explanation for it. What is the dream? How it happens? How it works? Is there a special world for dreams or dreams are only images and photos we see inside our brains, just like a TV inside our brains. My Personal Belief is as follows (not necessary to be correct):- All what I know is that “Sleeping†is called “The Small Deathâ€. When humans are sleeping they are considered somehow “DEADâ€. Its true that there bodies are working, they are breathing normally, but at the same time their souls are not there. When you go to a deep sleep and you start dreaming about things/people like a friend of yours, a dead relative, your pet, your car, a place,,,, etc or your dream about places you’ve never been and meet people you’ve never seen ever in your whole life. Then you wake up and you start to remember about your dream. Haven’t you ask yourself how this dream happened?! Is it your soul that got released/freed from your body and visited different places, saw different people and had different situations OR its just that the creative part of your brain is working and doing intelligent operations and imagining things (Imagination). Some people say that there is nothing called a Dream World, dreams happen because the human’s brain :- 1-Use the Remembering tool: to remember those people you know in the real life in your dreams. 2- And the Creating (Imagination) tool : To create new and different people inside your dream and not necessary to be real people. Like the author, either he writes in his novels about real characters in the real life or he CREATES new characters which are not available in reality (He is using his imganiation) Now read the following situations carefully and concentrate on them:- 1-You meet a new person in the real life (Club, School, University, Restaurant, hospital office) and you communicate/talk with this person and you get this feeling about knowing him/her long time ago and you tell him/her: “I feel I know you since long time ago†or “You look familiar to meâ€. Kindly note that I’am not talking about the people you met them earlier somewhere but you forgot them or you can’t remember their faces/names. I’am talking about the people you’ve never ever dealt with or knew them. 2-You visit a country let’s say “Germany†and you are in a specific place in Germany at a specific time, then you say “I’ve been here before†I know this place very well, and you start describing the place as you really been there before. But nobody believes you from your friends or relatives because the TRUTH is : It’s your first time in your whole life to be in Germany. 3-Or, you get the feeling of experiencing a situation twice. The same event, on same time with same surrounding environment or people. Isn’t scary and weird?, coz it happened to me several times and still happens a lot. You know what, I tried to understand or get an explanation for Point # 3 but all what I understood that its called “Déjà vuâ€. I searched about it but nothing really satisfied me. But few years back, someone I know explained the Déjà vu to me in this way:- 1- You go to sleep and dream about something, anything (Place, People, Animals whatever) 2-You communicate with them (Talking, chatting, eating, arguing, fighting,,,etc) 3-The dream is over After some time (Hours, days, months or years later), you are encountered with an incident/event with the same description you saw earlier in your dream. Then you think that you experienced this situation before “I’ve already seen this beforeâ€. And then you start asking yourself ‘What’s going on ??†Things are happening to me again and again. Well, I guess this explanation satisfied what I was seeking an answer for it: “Déjà vu†is what your Soul saw FIRST in the Dream World, then next in the Reality World. But I said to myself its better to back off and surrender and stop thinking about What/How/When/Where the dreams are happening? Because since the Dreams are related to the Souls and the Souls are controlled by Al Mighty Allah then I am sure no body can understand and reveal the complete truth of this fantastic world. In the name of Allah the most gracious and the most merciful:- “They ask thee concerning The Spirit “Of Inspirationâ€, say: “The Spirit (cometh) By Command of my Lord: Of knowing It is only A Little that is communicated To you, (O men)†Al Isra 17:85) But maybe you read/know something about it that I don't know so my questions are :- 1- Do you have any other explanation for the Dreams and the “Déjà vuâ€? 2- Do you believe your dreams? Means, Do you think that dreams are not just images/photos but they contain deep meanings/ hidden messages and signals which needs to be explained and traced and you need to check the Dreams book for their meanings? 3- Are you affected by your dreams? Means if you saw a nice and refreshing dream then you feel optimistic and feel good about it and if you saw a bad dream or a nightmare then you get upset and pessimistic? My answers :- 1- Q1: Do you have an explanation for the Dreams and the “Déjà vuâ€? I believe that dreams have two explanations: Religious and Scientific explanations. Religious as I mentioned above :they are happening in a supernatural way that our limited brains can’t understand. But also it has a scientific part as they taught us in the Psychology book in the school years ago about the Conscious and the Sub-conscious inside everybody. We have different ways in acting and re-acting towards our fears, emotions, desires, wishes, actions that we try to hide or decorate them in Reality but the continuous hiding/decorating against these actions and emotions cause a big pressure which make us un-leash or release them in our sub-concious (Dreams). Actually I don't agree with all what Segmund Freud said and reached about Dreams, Concisous and sub-concious, but still every theory has its true parts and false parts. 2-Q2: Do your believe your dreams? I believe some and ignore some, I certainly ignore (Ad-gath Al Axlam) which is caused by the Satan (whatever) which have no meaning except terrifying or bothering us.But not all dreams are from Satan. The Noble Quran shows that clearly in Prophet Yusuf (PBUH) story, that dreams have meanings and categories. The prophet’s, saints and sheikhs dreams called “Ro’ya, it has a true and honest meaning, the rest of the people’s dreams called “Dream†and the Satanic dreams called “Ad-gatho Axlamâ€. So certainly, some dreams have meanings and require explanation. 3-Q.3 Do you get affected by your dreams Well, yeah some dreams affect me. Like when I dream for instance about Snakes, scorpions or scary animals or darkness it reminds me of the Death, the Grave and the Doom Day. Or it makes me feel that I am not doing what is required from me in prayers or worship, if I am forgetting or not caring about them, while when you dream about green place, your relative in a far place, a sign about a wish coming true, some good people dreamt about the Prophet (BPUH) or the heaven such dreams make you feel good and happy. I know it’s a long topic, and some of you may see it boring or not important but I would love to get some answers from you. Peace Nomads !!

    hmmmmmm

100 years of solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez is amazing writer, try to read for him also "Love in the Time of Cholera" Iam sure you gonna like it. Btw, there are good Latin Authors, you may like to read for them too, like Paulo Coelho &Isabel Allende. I don't have favourite book really. I read many books and it's too difficult to choose the "Best of the Best" That doesn't mean I don't like some books written by the Masters of the French Literature like Victor Hugo, Alber Camus, Jean-Paul Sartre, Gustav Flubert,Balzac, Alexandre Dumas, M.Proust or Andre Gide and.... Or by the Masters of the Russian Literature like: Fiyodore Dostoevsky, Leo Tolstoy or Gogol Or by the English Literature Masters: Jane Austin, Emily Bronte, Charlez D_ickenz, Mark Twain, Ernest Hemingway....etc Or by the Arabic Literature Masters like: Mustapha Lotfi Al Manfaloodi, Najib Mahfouz, Taha Hussain, Al Caqqad, Najib Al Kilani, Yousef Al Sebaci, Mustapha Amin,Mikhael Neceema, Jibran Khalil Jibran, Hanna Meena, Georgy Zidan, Baha Taher, Sanallah Ibrahim, AlQosaibai, Turky Al Hamad, Cabdo Khal,.... Bottomline, I don't have ONE favourite book But the only book (Islamic literature) that made me cry from the bottom of my heart and i liked it alot is "A Journey to Allah" for the Master of the Islamic Literature "Dr.Najib Al kilani" (Allah yrxmo)
  20. OG, shay mathal khaleeji a7ba, wayed a7ba madry lesh: "Made7 nfsa yebalah rafsa" LOL P.S. I like the Name Mariam, bs the way the names are pronounced in Somali make the names sounds different (Maryanay) ---->fadoomooo, cahsaaaaaaay, warya ceeesi, axmadow, sahraaaay, sainaaaabay, saliban,
  21. LOOOOL Somali also never read the last line in the Wedding Card "The House is da best place for your Children". *An average of 12 people attend per invitation. LOOL yah u know why, coz one somali family receive one card for the whole family. Means, the Parents and their kidoos, but the mother wanna bring her friends, the fatha brings his friends, the kidos bring their all friends, if they have a maid, she wanna bring her friends. LOOOL And here in UAE, al7amdulelah we stopped the Mixed Marriages. A seperate party for the boyz, and a seperate one for the girlz, except those who wanna do mix marriages its upto them. Earlier when the wedding parties were mixed, the party used to end with a big fight, and no body know what happened  And our Zorba Dancing is just great, everybody will enter the dancing circle to dance the Traditional Somali. Specially when the old people say: "ciyaaar Somali, Ciyaar Somali" Somali ppl are funny wallahi, and I do really love them Thanx Ishwaaq

    Lack of...?

Well said, Sistah All what we need is the good intention towards what we want to do, the determination to do it and things will be fine inshallah. P.S. True, Bani adamko ma dhargo abadan. Even if we got all what we are looking for, all what we lack in this world. Still, the feeling of Lacking something will be there always. No matter what we have or get. Humans are always lacking something, and the most important thing is : The Happiness on this earth. And the meaning of Happiness is different from someone 2 another. Some think its in Money, some think its in Power, or Fame, or Courage, Relationships,Intelligence,Beauty, Perfection,,,etc But a Wise man once said , Happiness is not reachable or attainable in this life. The Ultimate Happiness is somewhere but not here, somewhere High and Holly. I'am sure he meant the Heaven. May Allah reward you all the Heaven inshalla
  23. Yeah, it's too bad Il Capo, I read about that on Last Wednesday, I was shocked really. She Attacked the Prophet (SAW) and called him with bad desctriptions. And consider herself an "Ex-muslim". She made a movie called (11 Minutes)where they painted some verses from the Holy Quran(Surat Al Nisa) on a naked actress's body. This is the news in English Language from Islamonline.net:- Ayaan Hirsi Ali
  24. Well, that's remind me of my mom, she always says: All da people their names start with "N" are firey, fast, furious and fussy. For me, I don't feel that the person's name play a role in his/her personality. But somehow, all the guyz with name "Comar" are special and unique, I wonder why? ALso guyz with names "Xasan and Xussain" are good guyz. While girls with name Maha and Reem are pretty. Maybe its just a coincidence
  25. Whoever wanna record their moments of pain and tears with their husbands, gotta start from the begining, from da first night of their Marriage . We are talking about PAINNN here. KKKKK J/K Well, I guess it's kinda embarrassing to record such thing on a video tape. Besmellahi raxmani raxeem  (screams, pain, tears, blood,,, that's a Horror movie). I guess the husband should be aware about his wife's pain without tapes. Not only during the delivery time, but also b4 that, during her pregnancy (da whole 9 months). I mean if my husband didn't feel or care about my pregnancy pain (Vomitting, hating foods, da Weswes, nausea, headaches bla bla bla) then what is the use of the recording tapes anyway. It's only Almighty Allah who help and support the mothers during delivery. May Allah help all the mothers and reward them. Amin
