  1. From an evidence pool of 10,000 posts - majority of which are out of this world. Crazy and genius go together, hore ma u maqashay? That's our Nuune.
  2. Howdy all I used to suspect it but now I'm sure. Nuune is a bonafide genius.

  4. The articles all seem to have funny titles and I can see why people would be concerned with the images. No amount of Diana will get a Somali woman's thighs that white.
  5. LoL! How about another Arabic/Somali: Madbakh - jiko/kijo
  6. Zack, hand in your resignation ASAP.
  7. ^ Yup, she does come across as funny! LoL...Gheele, guess that's fair. I'm only waiting for what Kool Kat has to say about her.
  8. Any video that has a Somali girl doing the niiko will be popular. Any video that praises/abuses a Somali qabiil will also be popular. A video that features both of these? YouTube gold dust!
  9. I can't explain why these people do what they do. They have to stopped once and for all.
  10. Walaa xawla walaa quwati Ilaah Bilaah. NG, apparently the trick is not to have high (or any) expectations? 2 out of 3 aint bad (the world is still the same shitty place it was in 02). Rampage, no wonder you used to be so annoying! That you were a teenager explains a great deal.
  11. Gabadha waad u kala dhigdhigteen! I can't understand most of the lyrics but I like her expressive face.
  12. Allah Yarxama. That's so sad, Aaliyah. True though, geeridu waa xaq.
  13. Allah Yarxama. She was lovely, may Allah bless her and grant her paradise.
  14. I'm not an Apple fan but even I have an iPod. The man was certainly a genius. RIP Steve Jobs. NGONGE;750065 wrote: iMourn... So dark.
  15. TV - Game of Thrones was really good, although the first episode threw me off. Intrigue and betrayal I expected but the nudity and incest was a bit too much. Luckily my Skyplus was set to record and I ended up watching the whole ten episodes in one weekend. Truly awesome. Can't wait for the next series. Spooks & Downton Abbey are my current TV intake. Movies - too many to list. Documentaries - don't really watch any (escapism rather than reality is my objective!)
  16. C'mon guys. Many of the contributors to this section have a specific obssession, be it SL, PL, TFG, DDF, or JC.

Ciyalka Xafada..I knew them little niggers running around back when i lived in A-town...He raps with Southern Swagger....He is Somali Far from original, but he doesn't sound bad at all.
  18. That doesn't make sense. Yes, gender-specific (for the purpose of this thread) comparative advantages can and do feed into all aspects and stages of professional and personal lives. But how can a whole gender not have a comparative advantage in management? It's too broad, too general a statement. If we look at one type of comparative advantage that can be attributed to women, say good people skills, could this not actually help women become better managers, as relationship management and the ability to organise people play big roles in good leadership? And even if we say women are better at this, does that consequently mean men are therefore bad at people management? It's a stubidh extrapolation. Gender doesn't determine whether or not you are or can become a good manager. Your personality, knowledge, skills and the necessary tools and techniques are what mainly determine success in a role. If your female manager is terrible, maybe she should be sent for leadership/management training to improve her skills rather than used as an example to prove that women suck at leadership positions. Aah...past my bedtime.
  19. Could leadership style be more reflective of personality than gender? I ask because all my managers have been women. Some were great, some were OK and some were horrendous. What determines a good manager or leader is most likely characteristics such as intuitiveness, integrity, fairness, capability, decisiveness and motivational skill. Are any of these attributes gender-specific? Didn't want to get involved in another battle of the sexes but your last post did it. Check yourself before you wreck yourself.
