  1. Lool. Adeer first of all I am not a spokesmen for anyone, I am a supporter of the former leader, the point of my topic is to further your understanding of the truth and get you out of the clan ignorance you have imprisoned yourself in. A gift from me to you.
  2. Again that’s your opinion, he is retired and is doing well. As for history who says your version will be the legitimate one, to us he is a hero and the founder of Puntland and a warrior of the age.
  3. Meiji adeer no need to get upset, I am just showing you that Yusuf is not the only man outside the country. Some are waging Jihad on Mogadishu from Christian run Asmara.
  4. ^^^He can go anywhere he pleases, his place of Birth Nugaal region of Puntland is secure and its people are having a great time, but it might not have the theatres and cultural arena's of Sana, this is a personal choice and he has the right to go where ever he wants to go. Remember he oversaw the election of Dr Faroole in Puntland. Anyhow Meiji where is Xasan Dahir, Abdiqasin, Galaal, in their countries of Birth obviously they are not Somali's.
  5. Adeer arresting people is not the point here, I disagree with arresting people even Riyaale I would not arrest or humiliate him. Anyhow its a good move by Shankaroon, again thanks.
  6. ^^^Adeer you can arrest your clansmen all you like that a local issue. This man was important to you because he was selling out his own clan, and this is a great message to the rest who are working for Shankaroon only in Puntland/Somalia can they get thir dignity.
  7. ^^^That sends a nice message to the rest of the secessionist agents in SSC, its best news we unionist had in ages. Now rlease the MP ya crazy goons.
  8. Somaliland imprisons Somalia MP for 'treason' 26 Feb 26, 2009 - 10:55:11 PM HARGEISA, Somalia Feb 27 (Garowe Online) - A lawmaker in Somalia's newly expanded parliament was arrested in the separatist republic of Somaliland after being accused of 'treason,' Radio Garowe reports. Mohamed Mohamud "Indhobur," a lawmaker from Sool region, was arrested after landing at the airport in Hargeisa, Somaliland's regional capital. He was transferred to Mandhera Prison, a notorious jail that was used by ex-Somali dictator Gen. Siad Barre's regime to punish political opponents. Mr. Indhobur was accused of 'treason' by Somaliland authorities, the BBC Somali Service reported Friday. In 2007, Mr. Indhobur took active role in Somaliland's violent annexation of Las Anod, the capital of Sool region, after a day-long battle against Puntland security forces. He was later appointed as Somaliland's deputy governor for Sool region and was notorious for referring to Puntland as '**********,' a historical term used by *****-dominated Somaliland politicians to create a division among the *********, *********** and ********** (collectively, "*****-*****") clans that form the core of Puntland. Last year, Mr. Indhobur reportedly joined the Islamist-led Alliance for the Re-liberation of Somalia (ARS), which merged with the country's weak Transitional Federal Government (TFG) to form the 'unity government' led by President Sheikh Sharif Ahmed. He became an MP when 200 ARS members joined Somalia's expanded 550-seat parliament. Source: Garowe Online

  11. No title She makes one compose verses that the imagination can't hold streamlined and never grow old her stare is plain cold like the deepest winter she unsettles the heart No beginning so why bother with a start Promises made broken these knees have yet to touch ground its been a while since the nomad traveled in circles and have yet to be found I have seen my reflection Its true I am lost without her direction
  12. A strange topic. I think our population is growing, Somali's under 15 probably make up 45-50% of the population at large. As for having kids, I have an abti my mothers oldest brother who has 29 living children masha Allah, still alive Alhamdulilah and is a great grandfather to grown folks. Thus Somali's despite the war are growing strong its just some in the Diaspora play it cool. Have more kids, but make sure to raise them well.

  15. The only individual who made sense here and who's answer was concise and to the point was AAliyah416. If someone gives you a gift then no matter what it is accept it in a warm and welcoming way and remember the kindness in the act. The gift can be a smile and not anything more, the least you can give back is a smile.

  21. President Sharif needs a break. The President and PM of the TFG are facing the same old problems that have crippled every attempt at creating a central government for Somalia since the defeat of the Barre regime. 1. Lack of funds, the government does not have any cash, or controls the important revenue generating centers of the country. 2. Armed militias: it is opposed by the numerous armed clan militia and extremist groups who see a functioning government as a threat. 3. A desperate population of the capital who have high expectations of the Sharif and who want to see dramatic results in a short period of time. Now what should the Sharif do? In my opinion he should not rush into anything nor make any dramatic statements. He should take direct control of the revenue of the port and airport and use it to pay his new armed forces. He should continue to use the Ulema to negotiate with his new rivals, and he should recruit more young men to his side by offering them a salary. A high level team of ministers needs to be dispatched to the AU, and relay to that organization his views that he needs their support to train and equip the new Somali troops rather than send more peace keepers. The President should also concentrate on streamlining his message to the general public and work to reduce the corruption that has so often defeated other Somali governments. He has a difficult task and most of what's happening is not his doing but the realities on the ground. Mr President try to overcome much of these issues with time, give your rivals enough rope to hang themselves, learn from the mistakes of both President Yusuf and Abdiqasin Salad, you do not need to be too hawkish nor a complete dove. Be tough, but fair. Mr President you can not please everyone thus chose carefully who you can do without, who gets the carrot and which ones will end up with the stick.
  22. Abwan, adeer I know you are single man issue and thus find multiple topics confusing. Let me walk you through my son, this is not about an individual but about a simple fact. Who is killing the women and children of Mogadishu today ? The answer is simplethe same clowns who have been doing it for the past 17 years . Do you get it? It’s really easy and simple, I know you got hooked on your own lies about “Ethiopia, Amharo, Yey” and so on, but hey they aren’t there today, nor were they there before 2006. The struggle is still for a stable government, what is happening now happened to everyone its clear the problem is not Yusuf Yey, but the likes of Abwan who thinks it’ great to maim and fight in the city as if they were doing something to Yusuf Yey. No you was just killing the women and kids as you did for Aydeed and they do today.
  23. 'Medicine' Sheikh Aweys, formerly legislative head of the Islamic Courts Union (ICU), told Al Jazeera TV from his base in Eritrea that the fighting will continue until AMISOM troops leave Somalia. "They [AMISOM] are the enemy of the Somali people," Sheikh Aweys said, while urging Islamist insurgents to continue to war. He condemned Somalia's new government, saying that it was established by the West to 'weaken the muqawama,' a reference to the Islamist insurgency. Sheikh Sharif Ahmed, a former ICU executive chief, is now the new president of Somalia's UN-backed 'unity government' and its Islamist-dominated Cabinet. Further Sheikh Aweys distanced his group, Party of Islam, from the recent fatwa issued by the Islamic clerics, saying: "The sheikhs tried but they should not issue a fatwa on the war, which is defensive. Every person will use medicine to fight a disease." What madness
