^^ Have you ever kissed (or offered to kiss) someone's head in apology? Nothing gay about it. Sometimes, poeple miss the spot, that's all. Norf, Did you ever own one of those? I have to confess that I did. I shall not mention what colour or the neck kissing brigade will be on my back again.
-
Get back to the topic please, people. I do not drive taxis. Norf, I'll have you know that I was fully clad in designer La Coast way before the trendy kids knew what it was.

^^ I daaya dee. Ayoub, dee adiga way ku dili jireen , marka waliga apology maad arkin. Annaga gacanta naga horeen jirtay (since I could never keep an argument going in Somali). That's when the patronising kissing started. Norf, don't act like you didn't, chips waaxid.
-
Juxa, it is the Somali way. Ayoub, I have not encountered any bosom kissing. (it's actually very patronising).
-
^^ poor Norf accidently walked into the classroom. Ha ka saarto.

I think people are jumping the gun here. Somalis would kiss you at the first opportunity they get. I don't know about the girls, but guys, have you not had a bit of an altercation with a total stranger (Somali) in a maqaaxi and as you jumped around promising to kick his head in, he would apologise and try to kiss your head (and neck) to prove it? Our Taxi driver friend sounds like one of those. I mean it's not like he tried to squeeze her bottom or anything (a pervert's first goal).

^^ Anigu ma meeshaan jooga dee? War sawiraha inoo qaad.

^^ I saw what you posted about the Burco folks warya. Still, it would be interesting if you started a thread that shows all the awareness tricks each party is using to get their name across. Any balloons with UDUB on them? How about a camel clad in the Kulmiye logo? Waraabe is missing a trick by not painting his stick with his party's colours...etc..etc..

Someone was supposed to give me a rough figure of what their budget for next year will be. They ask for a print out of all their expenses this year. I give it to them. Two weeks later and still no reply. I phone to ask and they tell me that they're struggling to agree two figures. One is called "brought forward balance" and the other "cancelled payment". Arrrrgggggh!

^^ North Korea's first game?

I am never attending anything organised by Ibti again (if it is her who is giving the directions. THAT'S A PROMISE). She sent me back and forth on the same road three times! Every part of my body aches.

^^ Norf gives as good as he gets. Plus he's very stubborn. I resent the fact that I am being compared to A&T here. That man (though my dear friend) makes it up as he goes along (I still prefer him to Tuujiye when it comes to football).

^^ The more you write the more you show yourself up, saaxib. (Lucio is the John Terry of Brazil, their Rio is Juan). Kubbada barta ya naas.
-
England are actually weaker with King. Rio was the only proper defender in that team. King, Carraghar and Terry are all reactionary defenders who deal with the danger when it comes rather than anticapate it. It is why all three are always throwing their bodies in front of shots and basically spend most of their time on the floor. Worse still, now that it is King and Terry, the England central defence has no pace at all. Kubbada barta ya badow.

Guru, fair enough. However, should the K Party win is there a set procedure for the change of power (like the American or British systmes) or will they make it up as they go along? Stop talking sideways..You really want the old man to win, but for obvious reasons, you're going to act like you're not cheering for him, okay, we get it. That's what adolescents like you do, adeer. Now if you have a question, act like a grown up and ask it straight. Don't give me the written equivalent of a pulled face, adeer.

^^ I shall take great pleasure in bringing back this thread in a couple of months time. Stiffen your jaw, adeer.

Guru, you make it sound like a close race even though Kulmiye seems to have lots of support that it did not have in the last election when the difference was only 80 votes. What gives, saaxib? P.S. Because Clan Is Everything I pray and hope that Kulmiye does not win.

Was on Question Time last night. As usual, he was defending Israel. Still, he's not that important really. He does not even edit The Sun anymore. Norf, and you call yourself a Liverpool fan? You know pool fans dont read the Sun, right?

(I took the day off in protest).

Bob, Don't listen to the excited Duke, saaxib. Turkey is a secular state that is a member of NATO and is one of the first nations to recognise Israel. It is making waves now but the only result to come out of this is likely to be that the secularists Turks turn against their government and take it back to the old days of military coups and what not. I am personally happy with any and everything that makes Israel uncomfortable (even for mere seconds), however, we've all been here before (well, not all, the young ones have not) and have seen how such stories end. The jarring thing of course, is that while countries like Saudi Arabia, Syria, Lebanon or Kuwait still do not recognise Israel, Turkey (after all the noise had died down) will remain an ally and carry on having those war excercises tha were only cancelled due to this incident like they were cancelled the last couple of times the two countries had a bit of a confrontation. When Erdogan calms down, he'll start looking closer to home and start hunting supposed 'internal' threats. Reading Duke and others comment on such stories makes one wonder if they've been paying attention in the past at all.

Hmm! He says it's a full time job but how? Does he do shop signs on the side? Not an art critic but I like what I see.

^^ War answer my question, how are awliyo made?

That's the club down the drain now. The owners can not afford to pay a big name manager and the new guy can't afford any good players. We're well and truly stuffed.
