Excitable people worry about child soldiers in a dysfunctional and war ravaged country. I worry about the mounting "Qaladad" of Al Shabab. This has become the stock reply of all their supporters and it is starting to grate, saaxib. What will it take for your blind support to waver and for you to realise that these guys lack the wisdom, pragmatism and actual ability to rule a country, saaxib?

Make it up as you go along, Ibti.

Slovakia 1 New Zealand 0. One of the most thrilling world cup games ever.
-
^^ The second axmaq cancels out the first. Wax fahan.
-
^^ Only CH, Sayid or Malika can mark my song. P.S. Axmaq = fool. That's rude. Say sorry now.
-
^^ I saw that and decided to wisely stay clear of it. If I should ever have a mistress, I don't want some xaasid to later come and say "we knew about this man all along, he was even boasting about it on SOL".
-
^^ It can happen you know. The one in A&T's story has moved out with his seven kids.
-
^^ Is he there for the elections? Warya, tacbaan bad tahay dee. Bal send me a PM on what's going on there and I'll write the threads myself, lazy waaxid.

Look at Mrs India pointing fingers.

Heh@A&T Last Saturday, I was with a friend who feels exactly the way you feel. We were in his house and as we left to go meet up with a third friend, his wife called out to him "Don't forget the milk". It was a natural, last minute nonsense that all wives ask their men just as they're about to leave the house (and especially if they have a friend in tow). But the look on my friend's face and the comment he made had me in stitches. He first shouted back "Ok. Ok" then sighed deeply and, finally, with a determined and defiant look on his face he beckoned me closer and whispered "I am moving to Scotland". (He's not moving anywhere by the way). P.S. Ma nin cad ba kaa caqli ween? Akhas caleek, as Marx would say.

^^ The difference here, of course, is that the ONLF is fighting a 'different' people while SL is trying to break away from Somalis. A&T has a point.

^^ Actually, Ghana (depending on some luck) might make it all the way to the Qtr Finals. If they win their group or England come second in their own group, Ghana will avoid Germany (as things stand). After that, it's either the USA, Algeria or Slovenia they'll have to face in the second round. AND, if they're really lucky, they'll avoid Argentina in the quarters and may even make it to the semis. Bal lets see.

Oz, looks like times when you're not at work. We get to miss two games every day, saaxib (well, I say miss but what I really mean is watch on mute). Italy did ok against a very defensive team. Montolivo looks like he's going to be one of the players of this world cup (they play New Zealand next and he's sure to shine).

^^ April fools was three months ago warya.
-
^^ Which one is yet to play and what colour do they wear? (girls and bloody football..arrrggh).
-
^^ Poulsen must be a popular name in Denmark, they have three of the buggers.
-
^^ Waa markaan murmi jirnay. Barca didn't create many chances against Inter but you never called them a waste of space. Kubbada baro warya.
-
^^ Not a chance. They have Germie playing for them and Rigbort Song (who is styling himself after the sphinx these days it seems).
-
^^ Japan are defending with ten behind the ball at all times. Whenever the poor Cameroon midfielders have the ball and are trying to pass it forward they find their way blocked by a Honda, Toyota and bloody Nissan. I still think Cameroon may sneak a goal if they would only up their work rate for five minutes.
-
^^ Yes you are not clear. Go an ask an American, you moody suitcase.
-
Japan v Cameroon is a very dull game. I'd be surprised if either gets past the group stage (having said that, I have not watched Holland & Denmark). Heh.

Serenity, go to somewhere in Europe. Barcelona is supposed to be nice this time of year. Plus, how far can one go if they only have five days? Failing that. Go somewhere 'near' NY (what other countries are not that far from the US and the plane journey would not last for two days to get you to NY?).
-
Juxa, did you miss the part about the five day holiday?
