The idea is very good. I got one of my young brother returned home after what we thought he was slipping out from of our hands. Now he is enjoying the experience, although he found the place so different and strange. But it is sad that some of the things which worry us here in the west are now easily obtainble back home. I recently read an article in of the somaliwebsites that children returned from the west get their hands on all kind of drugs and they indulge native children the habit. I think it is good idea for the authorities if there is one to make a rehabilitation projects fot these kids instead of them thrown away in to new enviroment which they dont understand nothing about it.

Fisrt of all i have not been following this case but responding from how the poster put the question, under islamic shariah, any married man or women should be stoned if evidence that she/he guilty of adultery is found. But there are alot of things should be considered before any one takes the law on their own hands. There should be be an islamic goverment not a corrupt rulers which i doubt we have in our world today. Second there should be strong case against the accusee like the presence of four men when the two people were commiting the adultery. If all those conditions are passed, i have no worry that the shariah should be implemented as it is. Coming to your other question should somalia be under the islamic shria, i say BIG yes there is no better laws than the one of the almighty. People be careful about this issue of stoning wallahi is very dangerous and if you ponder it alot shaitan will take the opportunity to sway and misguide. May allah guide and show us his straight path, Amiin.

If i could turn the clock and rewrite the history i would go back the times in the life of our prophet Mohamed sallahu alaihi wassalam and explore the live they were in and the one which are many millions of moslems are in today, However i would find it so different.
