  1. When the hordes of shameless MPs sprinted to the exit before the foreign digniteries left, all the foreigners were confused and terrified thinking there was a bomb in the building. There was a visible fear in the eyes of the Qatari foreign minister. Shame on the Somali MPs, they behaved like wild baboons.

  4. There is total chaos now!! People were told to let the foreign leaders & other digniteries leave first but decided to stampede to the exit leaving all the foreign leaders terrified.
  5. The Somali translator for the Ethiopian PM did a terrible job. If the Ethiopians come to know about it, it could become a diplomatic disaster for the new government.

Forget about Silaanyo, I don't think any senior politician in Somaliland would accept any political post in Somalia be it the presidency or pm. Just to remind you, Somaliland is not about personalities or fat cat jobs, its about the future of our children and the generations after them.
  7. Abtigiis makes a crime against Somaliland an amusing thing to witness.
  8. Quebec had a referendum to separate from Canada and the international community was willing to accept them. Scotland will hold a referendum in about two years to decide whether they still want to be part of the UK or be independent and again the international community will accept whichever decision the Scots make. So Mr Abtigiis, what makes you think the international community will act any differently when it comes to the break up of a poor African country? The international community bows to the demands of only strong countries not an entity on a life support system in an intensive care unit.
  9. Ridiculous article and not fit for publication. @ Somalia; for your information the Oromos look like the Somalis.
  10. ^ Your enclave was more of an obstacle to peace in Somalia but thankfully the people of Galmudug & Banadir rose to the challenge and sorted out your menace.
  11. Mr Abtigiis ****** are only excited about the progress their brothers in Somalia are making but don't need to tell you where their bread and future lie; which is if you did not already know in their land and in their hands, Alle ka sokow.
  12. This is news to me!! Mr Abtigiis, please tell the people of Gaashaamo their big-footed neighbours are the most patriotic Somalis.
  13. @Duke May Almighty Allah help your leaders bring peace and good governance to your country Somalia but please stop using the misleading map of the erswhile republic and discuss only about the issues which concern your country. Your neighbour's affairs is non of your business.
  14. ^ Yes I am sitting on a watchtower with my binoculars but the pirates are no where to be seen. That is why I am using my MOD supplied smartphone to browse SOL and pass the time.
  15. Some of the campaign promises: "I will build affordable homes all over the country" "I will create jobs for everyone" "I will manufacture cars and high tech electronics in Somalia" "I will make education free for every Somali" "I will enshrine the right to carry guns in the constitution" "I will unite all the Somali people" "I will build highways, airports, seaports, and other expensive infrastructures" Etc, etc, etc Feel free to add to this ridiculous list folks.

I was so innocent and joyful then now I cringe at this thread lol. Does that mean you don't watch Hollywood movies too anymore? Any sort of entertainment regardless of language and culture is a departure from reality if you want to look at it in that way.
  17. Oh the usual articles. And the author forgot to mention that the government of Somaliland uses your blue flag when travelling abroad.

  20. What fadeexad?? These Puntlanders are deluded lol. Somaliland is not yet recognised by the international community and the Ethiopian government is just following the international protocol. Silaanyo not being part of the recognised heads of states neither changes Somaliland's status as an independent state nor alters our relationship with Ethiopia.

  22. Aaliyyah;862673 wrote: Lol@ few villages. ma abaha baa casharkan ku dhigey? LOL shame marlabaad bal ku dheh cashar sax ah isii. Khaatumo State is much more than few villages it is probably slightly larger than waqooyi galbeed province. As for the population horta no one counted precisely the population of your clan or mine but walahi no one cares if your clan is more in numbers than reer khaatumo or reer Awdal. So this whole idea of you are 90% or 50% of the population doesn't mean anything. No one gives even if that was even true, athough it is not even a fact and you are exaggerating. Somalis can also apply the same argument as you that other clans are much more than your one clan and therefore your clan should be forced to be part of Somalia. But, that wouldn't settle well with you would it. xoga caqliga ka shaqeesi. Bottom line, everyone has their rightful territories. One that they are entitled to. Yaan la isku xadgudbin As for your argument that if your clan reunites with the rest of Somalis there will be a civil war? let me point out that your claim of independent nation have also caused a civil war and havoc in your neighbors' territories a fact that a lot of you are aware of but simply chose to never discuss. Seriously, this continuous argument of "oh we are waiting for the south to get their s** together" won't sell and has no ground. Waqooyi galbeed province also needs to get its s*** together as well and leave its neighbors alone. People from Khaatumo and Awdal want nothing to do with your secession and support unity. Dulmi diidow dulmi doon ha noqon. Your self-appointed role as the spokeswoman for the people of Awdal makes me laugh. You are truly a comedian. I suggest you talk only for those legendary revellers .i.e., the VIPs of the dance floors in Western cities, the good customers of the land lords who rent out function halls, the notorious arsonists who ruined London's and Toronto's parks by cutting all the branches and leaves off their trees to “honour” countless shady cyber state politicians. Talk for those folks and NOT the Awdalites. That said, it is not us who run around claiming other's territories. The letters SSC are not used by my clan although they live in that area. In Somaliland every village, and town is controlled by its people. Do yourself a favour and go back home for a fact-finding mission. Such a trip might dispel your grand delusions.
  23. ^^ Just because you started to fancy Xamar nowadays does not mean others hate it. It is you who is confused Mr Alpha.
  24. The hunt should start for Al Shabaab's leaders now. They should be brought to justice for their barbaric actions during the great famine last year when they blocked aid agencies from helping the dying people.
