  1. Omg, what will happen to their phones and music players?
  2. He had 2 prime ministers and he failed, when Abdiweli Mohamed Harvard-graduate came in, he ran the smoothest most productive government in recent history. The role of a president is to be the head of state, not head and run the government. So yes, lets give credit where credit is due.

  4. Aaliyyah;862818 wrote: Well, the Khaaatumo clan also lives from ceerigaabo to wardheer as well. Both Ceerigaabo and Wardheer are shared cities. Inaalilaahi waa inaa ilaahi raajicuun, Wardheer town yaa ku keenay? I bet next you will say magaalada Bokh anaa dega, yaa allah, also why you fighting over Ethiopian controlled towns, I don't understand this. Too much fadhi ku dirir with you guys, lets all just be friends.

Loooooool, "the SNM would ask reer baadiyo did you hear Fa/qash" looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool, that's so funny.
  6. The rig is being moved to Nugaal and we are moving offshore, Reer Bari failed us all. More drilling should take place in Dharoor in the future.
  7. You are the one who started changing the subject by going to Laascaanood and current politics, wax isku fal, we just took your road, it's your topic man, continue.
  8. Farmaajo paid the soldiers, that's a lot of work and it was needed.
  9. Macallinka is realising Farmaajo never had a chance, no need to drag down the name of the good professor. Even if D&M block vote for Abdiweli, who will care, I mean look at who they voted for this last election during the Speaker, no one seemed to care then. They both support federal states, I see nothing wrong with that, and Mooge is right, who signed off our sea in the first place, and who stopped it? (Omar Abdirashid)

However Janaqoow and Shariifs group where daacad about their cause, janaqoow sent 3 of his sons to Daynuunay and Iidaale front and later on one of his sons got killed in Gubta, Mogadishu. Marka these guys where daacad would they let their family and children die for malaa yacni? Yes, I believe Sheikh Shariif was very sincere in his case and this fringe group did lead them astray, however the group was the most powerful one, it was the elite fighting entity of the whole ICU, but you can indeed make the argument that it was Al-Shabaab however it happened while they were fighting alongside and under ICU.
  12. Oba, ICU were the ones that brought suicide bombings to our country in 2006 and now he is chilling with Ethiopians, these warlords build the TFG, what did Sheikh Shariif do? He took the place of the people he declared jihad on, I have no problem with it as he is doing a good job, but lets call a spade a spade. These warlords have done their bit, and are not needed anymore. And responding to MMA and Daqane, given that people who have shown consistency and predicted the Somali political landscape bit for bit, whether it be foreign troops are needed, to Al-Shabaab is the real enemy, I think I am comfortable with saying along with others, that the warlords' time is over.

When Mohamed Dheere gave up his seat as an M.P so that the presidents choice could become the Prime Minister. When Mohamed Dheere provided Jowhar as the Temporary capital for the Goverment. When Adan Saransoor was doging bullets in Baidoa and using his militia to protect the parliamentarians. When Barre Hiraale was fighting for Kismayu as TFG defence minister. What where they then? Please may the hypocrites that supported this men when it aligned with the intreasts of their paramount warlord Yeey cease and desist from filling this forums with their hypocritical shidh? The only reason you hate shariff is because he replaced Yeey in the same way you will hate who ever might defeat Abdiweli in the election be it farmajo, baadiyow, or a cute full of energy fur ball called bambi. All of those warlords had power in 2004-2006 and those they were needed to set up the Transitional Federal Government, the same government that still exists today. Today they have no power, so they are no longer needed. Maybe if you rubbed two brain cells together you'd understand this. As for Sheikh Shariif, Sheikh Shariif is a hypocrite, he sent kids to their death in the name of Islam, only to take the seat of the man he was fighting against, waa munafiq, but we still don't hate him as he is doing the exact same thing as his predecessor. See when it is in the interest of the nation, something the majority of Somalis suddenly agree on when it's Sheikh Shariif supporting invasions, then we won't stand in the way like he and the likes of you would in the name of qabiil.

  18. Oba oba oba , let me get home, I will give you Italian sources if you don't like Somali, I'll post them later. I will show you he controlled El Dheere.
  19. You have a valid point, I just hope people realise they won't be needed after the elections and shouldn't even be needed now.
  20. Yes, Aaliyyah, lets keep the warlords in because they are voting for a given person, they should be out nor matter what, this is a new era, why don't you come join us up here?

He was a joke, your awoowe killed him? WTF! LOL, woow. He controlled Hobyo to Ceeldheere to Dhuusamareeb to Geladi to Gaalkacyo up to Jariibaan and down to Hobyo. If the Italians came, there's no doubt he would have expanded as he was looking to go to Warsheikh next, so I guess colonialism was good for some? In precolonial times the only states worthy of the name in the Somali peninsula had been the Migiurtin Sultanate of Boqor, or king, 'Ismaan Mohamuud in the Baargaal-Boosaaso region on the extreme eastern coast and the kingdom of Obbia (Hobyo) belonging to 'Ismaan's nephew, the dour Yuusuf Ali Keenadiid. These were both highly centralized states with all the organs and accoutrements of an integrated modern state--a hereditary nobility, titled aristocrats, a functioning bureaucracy, a flag, an army and a not insignificant network of foreign relations with embassies abroad. Nowhere else in Somalia did anything even remotely comparable ever arise, except perhaps the Ujuuraan on the Shabeelle valley and Adal on the northwestern coast, both states having reached the apogee of power in the sixteenth century. In modern times theMigiurtin stand alone, absolutely alone, in having created a centralized state. This means that the Migiurtin clan in general, and the Migiurtin elite in particular, have a seasoned, unique experience in the nature and processes of statecraft that no other Somali group possesses. - Said Samatar of Rutgers University http://wardheernews.com/articles/April/19_the%20******teen_embrassment_Said%20Samatar.htm
  22. Sultan of Hobyo or Migiurtinia, I can't remember which one wanted to take Socotra but opted for Hobyo instead, shame.
