The dynamics of Galmudug politics is in my interest as a citizen of Galkacyo Puntland, it is also in my interest that it expands and becomes a fully fledged state and I believe a man like Qeybdiid has the experience to make it happen. He also stole in the 1980s, he's stolen his whole life. He's one of a kind. Puntland hasn't gained any money from the TFG illicitly, but Khalif Galaydh has, because again, he is a certified thief.
