  1. Faroole is purer than the thief you are supporting, who steals millions from a project that could change Somalia's economy?

I'm just using facts, I don't claim superiority but claim only Puntland's rightful place in the signing of the constitution. We have already had several people, secessionists to Oba, admitting that they are questioning it due to Puntland's involvement, so I must illustrate how this is flawed, not one has been able to give an explanation that is valid to oppose the rule of law.

  5. Abwaan's rejection stems from the failed attempt by the central regions to unite, so his neighbourhood Baraxley won't be counted as a state as it won't be able to fulfil the requirements needed by August 2012. Remember, in the Garowe Principles, Puntland supported him (Caalin) so he would get the exemption and time to unite, he knows he will fail so he is against the whole road map and wants to take us all down with him.
  6. Dabrow;825236 wrote: This weak kneed man is the one you praised before. I dont support this draft because it will strenghten the divisions in the country and will lead to ministates with their own constitution without any national sense. I frankly dont believe this is step forward for somalia. Every qabil with their own flag-mentality has gone to far, it will lead to somalia going different paths and will not revive her. We should not even cover their immigration policy........ I praised this man before he went to meet Somalidiid who said that the man in Dire Dawa is closer to him than the one from Mogadishu, he embarrassed himself to an extend no president has ever done. If you knew anything you'd understand that this doesn't lead to "mini states", it leaves federal states with 2 or more gobolo out of the 18 original becoming states. Every state has a flag, it's the same around the world. And now you are using the immigration policy as a reason to be against it? Why not just say it should be amended like a sensible logical person? I am truly saddened that this is what we are dealing with in the year 2012.
  7. Carafaat;825230 wrote: Turkey wants us to have this constitution was the most hilarious argument of Xiin. Reer koonfur ma xoolo bila caqli ayuu mooday, marku waxaas oo kale no la imaniyo. I don't know, you tell us, why deny a set of fundamental principles of governing?
  8. I like how the secessionists and southerners like Oba have admitted that the only reason they question it is because Puntland supports it. Puntland, always the center of attention. I bet Xaaji will come with that decentralized argument next, their moves are so predictable.
  9. Carafaat;825222 wrote: We support the Somali President and denounce Federalism and this constitution. Xiin doesn't belief in Federalism, but still supports his ùncle and this flawd constitution. How do you know it is flawed when you haven't even read it?
  10. oba hiloowlow;825212 wrote: ^^ sxb this is not a qabiil thing but what makes me wonder how come everyone in this forum or in reality who support this dastuur thing is planders why is that? Because the constitution establishes federalism, every man goes back to where he came from. And what is sad is that you now admit that you question it because of Puntland. Puntlanders are the same people who for 21 years tried to introduce a fair government while the Somalidiid you guys love now were the ones that abandoned you, that's what truly makes me sad, not this dastuur thing. Even after all that, still there's talk. Your talk confirms it is a qabiil thing.
  11. xiinfaniin;825191 wrote: The attacks came shortly after the United Nations, African Unionand East Africa's main diplomatic body IGAD warned in a rare joint statement that efforts at establishing peace in Somalia were at risk. The three organisations said they were "greatly concerned" at efforts to undermine a "roadmap" signed by Somalia's disparate leaders, the latest effort to bring peace after more than two decades of war. "The roadmap continues to be jeopardised by the actions of individuals and groups in and out of Somalia, working to undermine the fragile progress we have collectively made in recent months," the statement read. "We have come too far, and too much is at stake, for us to allow the process to backslide at the exact moment Somalia has its best opportunity for peace in decades." They are watching it all unfold. When do those three organizations ever make a joint statement?
  12. That is true. To reject a constitution is to reject a set of fundamental principles governing everyone. Rejecting it means we reject rule of law.. It is sad when AMISOM wants to create stability more than others Somalis.

Sheikh Shariif invited them back.
  16. A draft has ALREADY BEEN RELEASED, what the hell is wrong with people?
  17. Dabrow;825145 wrote: Not all people who are against this draft constitution are warlords and one can argue that some warlords today support this draft. Its more complex then you make it out to be. Most people want to establish peace but differ on the conditions, and there should be compromise instead of labing people anti-peace or spoilers. This can be adressed quite easily imo, but unfortunately some people deciding to handle this the "somali way" It absolutely isn't. If you are against something you point out why, we are dealing with people who say we are against the constitution regardless. Ok, tell me, why are you against it? You did congratulate this weak kneed man after all..
  18. Mukulaalow, you should also look at culumada coming out, where were they the past 21 years?
  19. Yeah, the warlords that pillaged the country for 21 years and Al-Shabaab really represent the interests of the Somali people. Even AMISOM is more Somali since they seem to want to establish peace. It's laughable if it wasn't scary that people have the dumb mentality of "the world wants to rule us".
  20. Another so-called professor not pointing out which part of the constitution is bad. "Destroy" Somalia, come on, 21 years of civil war and it will "destroy"? Hhahahahaha
  21. In the coming week, we will be taking concrete action with reference to the above. This communication should act as both a warning and a final opportunity for those that stand against peace and progress in Somalia to cease immediately and desist any and all actions against the Roadmap process http://unpos.unmissions.org/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=j1ec_QUqE4A%3d&ta It's sad in the 21st century people have to be told by an outside force to accept peace, but what can one expect from people who want to continue living without the rule of law.
  22. To call a man whose history started when a civil war started a 'intellectual' is an insult to the world and real intellectuals.
