But I can see a new trend of Somali copy cat rush has started by everyone naming his village airport to their clan brethren, its just sad like the jabhado SS names of 1990s and then the lanland names of maamul goboleedyo. Thats not my point, look at the whole pic, I am concerned for all the airports named after their local clan boys, from Egal airport of Hargeysa to A/lahi Yusuf and now Siyad Barre. Siyad Barre deserves the naming of a major airport not a tiny dusty village airstrip. Where is the airport? I only see a plane and a field of sand. Xaaji its a shame, if as you say you are against clan states, then you should oppose clan airport namings, why can't we name Bosaso's airport Siyad Barre, or Kismayo's C/Raxmaan Tuur airport, or Luuq airport C/Rashiid sharmake airport.
