xx is right, its very delicate issue when it comes to clan elders in somali mentality. to humiliate the tribal chief is a dangerous move and soon you'll see the whole clan rallying behind. best thing for khatumo is to respect these Garaads even if they are not inline with the state policies.

XX khaatumo is not your somaliland administration we have no need to arrest him, this particular garaad in question can look for a job within the puntland administration he is a free man. here is what I am talking about, guys don't under estimate the power of clan mentality in somalia, this move seems to be a recipe for un-necessary khatumo internal conflict while its struggling with two powerful external forces. watch the video and see how this BEEL reacted to the move. and Saado is right to denounce it.
