Backaches

Recommended Posts

I was reading a gossip magazine the other day while waiting in line at the grocery store. There was a story about women and back pain. The article I was reading was specifically mentioning that Queen Latifa had a back pain since she was young, they said that her doctor has done a surgery on her chest to reduce the size of her xabad. ...So my question to Ibti is .....any similarities? ....I am not saying you should done operation on your xabad before you get married because that will be unfair to your future husband. but at least you will know the cause of the back pain.

Get xabad soda oil, warm it up in the microwave for 20-30sec. Rub on sore area. It helps immensely. Take plenty of steamy hot baths too.

go see a doctor

how extensive were the exercises you did? and how long before you discontinued? i ask because

strenghtening your core muscles, and doing flexibility exercises should help at the very least minimize the reoccurence of pain.

Still waiting for Ibti reply on Ibti,

When you marry my brother, I'll teach him a massage trick that will make your back crack away like a rattle. Simple, easy and very good.

Ibti, have you been having back problems for a long time, or is this something that started recently? Also, have you ever been in a car accident? I'm wondering if you don't have osteoarthritis. May Allah SWT relieve you of your pain and also grant you jannah as well as the rest of us, amiin.

Some women do get breast reductions due to back pain. What’s weird is Ducaysane reading gossip magazine’s and covering it up waiting in the que, and the absurd logic that the hypothetical surgery will some how be a disadvantage to the hypothetical husband.

Anyway, Ibti, google a local Chiropractioner, I only know of this one in Hampstead but it may be quiet out from your end of London. Good luck.

^^Apparently the benefits outweigh the side effects. There is nothing shocking about such a procedure and it's usually as a last resort. I'm no expert, read it up if you're interested enough.

Err no thank you smile.gif .

Just concerned with the 'natural' being seen as a disadvantage.

It's odd and distasteful. But I speak unknowing of the patient's pain.
