checkmate Posted August 23, 2004 aaaaaaaaaah it's monday....it's the day thats always after sunday and before tuesday...well woke this morning with a lil migraine as usual, took my daily dose of vitamins and a light braekfast and left for the YMCA. started my session with the trenmil worked my way to wieghts and ended my hour and half work-out session with long and relaxing time in the pool (aint nothing betta than a swin after a good work-out).....
