I will give you an example, a truck travelling from Bosaso to Mogadishu has at least five drivers, why? they are all from different clans who live along the road, and each tribal section like at Galkaio, they have to switch the drivers...so you see clanism is so enclaved within the Somali system,and is like insurance.
