  2. To be a a politcian you have to be a lier, crafty and dishonest. So it is a good thing that there are very few women out there who are into it. It sayz alot about men though, doesnt it:D

  12. malika...ammiin walal.and thnx luv.. Layzie G..u still read my 'when i' post didnt you? thnx..i appreciate it.. ...and trust me i have an idea of raising kids..i helped raise my nieces and nephews for almost 10 years.. and am still doing it..i also have friends who have kids and have seen the way some are trying to juggle it....and ofcourse only Allah subhana watacala knowz if am gon get married and have kids..waan duceysta ..but in life you have to have hopes and dreams and everyone has preferance of how they hope to run there lives....and dont get me wrong luv, i have a great job alhamdulilah..so yh i have already come to 'grasp' with having a career as u put it.. I would also never say that the working mother is unfit.. ...this is just my opinion...am sure the way u run your life differs from the next woman.. Curly..am not againt working. and i know that the father has to play his part.. i definately dont favour the man over the woman...you are right that mayb i didnt write the topic in full as i should have...thats why i am having to explain myself now .. I have seen some of my brothers who are married with kids az well az some people that i know who live on one income..and if the one income doesnt work for me like i have already said before i have no problem working from home when they are very young and go out to work when they go school. Common sense ....am not judging you nor any other working mother i am sure you are doing your best...i dont know how it feels like to be in your shoez walal..this is my opinion and you can beg to differ..and you are right some stay at home mums talk on the phone all day and hardly get anything done..i find that sad too.. and yes the farah can do a runner on me and leave me with kids (allahu manajeyna)..if that happens.. inshallah i will have to try my best to cope..alhamdulilah i have alot of family whom i can count on az well i started saving for a rainy day..hopefully it wont be tht rainy day!..and yh i know not everyone is as blessed..so i say goodluck to you sis and may Allah make it easy for all of us in this dunya and akhira..amiin. abaay haylay..i support working too!..i guess i should have said this in ma post. blessed ..am already exhausted explaining maself lol..i get your point tho..and i never said men are retards..i hope they dont come on here and skew me like a kebab..am already getn it from some women lef right and centre!!
  13. its all about goooonnerz ..and yh leave arshavin alone!
  14. tiny lill snow and we are complaining....saw this old lady walking the other day and she looked like she was busting some michael jackson moves!..too funny..snow is beautiful to look at tho
  15. Cara..wet nurses?....am not surprised cynical agrees with you..life is all about breasts not sagging at the end of day huh..lemmie guess.. its all in the 1955 Good Wife's Guide book huh .....taan kale wexeey ba kaa hadhleysaa tabaar..subhanallah.. anywhoozeee Malika..i was bored and since i havent logged on here for few years i thought why not see what my fellow somali sisters think of my idea.. Hayam..am not against education ..nor am i against working either ...its all about being there for your children and husband ..thats why we can now have a choice of working from home.. evenings is my preferance when my kids are young and when they start going to school i have no problems going out to work but leave early so when they come home am there...i dont see anything wrong with tht.. you have a point tho when u say there are some family members that molest kids.. allahu manajeynaa..this is why i have to be home when they go school and be home when they come back so they are under my supervision at all the times...the rest of it i leave it to Allah subahanhu watacallah
  16. Khadija (radhiya lahu anha).. waz a very pious woman..she was on no comparison to us..nor can we compare that time and now.
  17. jazakah lah kheer ..thnx for the reminder
  18. malika u make alot of sense ..i'll give you that...dont get me wrong tho ..education iz key..na asante dada for enlightening me on the islamic history of women..but you know very well that life back then was compelety different from now..most of those women used to follow what the religion says about the rights of a husband and vise versa nowadays all that is out of the window .. its all about choice..best of luck in yours too sis
  19. hayam am not young nor am i faking anything.. read carefully what i said in the biginning to see why i used 'but' chubaka ..good for you.. oh and dont forget of all those stories about these child minders molesting kids..allahu manajeynaa....
  20. wow..seems like i touched a raw nerve or 2.. Rahima..u are right about us having choices and this is mine...about fincancial problems.. there are alot of ways of getting around that..like working from home in the evening when your children are young and when they go to school you can work too az long az u leave work early to cook for them and go pick them up if need be..... ms cynical..am trying to advertise myself? ookk  ..u can say its nonesense or watever.. bottom line iz not raising your kids yourself iz a negative in my book...not being there and having food ready when your husband and children come home iz a negative too..lots of marriages have ended because of this...dont delude yourself luv..az for what i think of a man who hits a woman..how about u figure it 4 yourself and come up with more assumptions.. thts all u seem to be good at
  21. ok here goes..education is key to evryone but when i get married inshallah i want to stay home and raise my children and use the education i have recieved to better them..i dont believe in this crap of a woman throwing her kids in creche' and going to work...i mean first off some other woman is raising your child with her morals..all you are doing is puting them to sleep and when your husband comes home, most likely there will be no food on the table....ahem...oh and b4 i forget i think to be taught deenta is more important..
  22. seeker...you made me laugh so much pple think i'v gone mad...wonder where u got these jokes from..
  23. Most bleaching creams contains 4% hydroquinone, a harsh bleaching agent that can destroy the outer layer of the skin, and for this reason it was banned in the uk in 2001.Some people say 2% of hydroquinone can be safely used locally for people who want gradual lightening of hyperpigmented skin conditions such as acne spots, freckles, age spots and other unwanted areas of hyperpigmentation. Adverse reaction to this is normally, erythema (redness), stinging, dryness, fissuring of paranasal and infra orbital areas, hypersensitivity. As a beauty therapist i have seen firsthand how it messes up women's skin, so my advice is DO NOT use it, if u do u will be sorry..
