Your honour, as I have previous mentioned there is NO real evidence indicating that my client is guilty! However, I would like to cross-exam Darman’s exhibits if I may: Exhibit A: The plaintiff says “Yo *** is busted again.. You thought I would never find out huh lol..”. This is not real EVIDENCE! We don’t know what my client has been busted for. Judging by the use of lol indicates that my client and the accuser were in good terms with each other and have had previous conversations, so this “e-mail” could be pertaining to another issue (the issue of the unexplained and mysterious sujui girl perhaps?). Exhibit B: The plaintiff claims “Waraa Lakkad, You ma boy” which further supports my previous claim. Exhibit C: here we see the Plaintiff threatening my client for whatever he was “busted” for: “Your saju azz don’t know what your messing with. Just wait and see”. Obviously Darman has personal vendetta against my client. He goes on to say “Watch what’s coming for you”…. This cross-examination of the evidence suggests that Mr.Darman was mad about a particular issue (Mind you, nothing here MILDLY indicating the crime of plagiarism) and had threatened my client! The Plaintiff’s motive to sensationalize the jury opinion will not be tolerated by the defense! I move to throw out this “Evidence” as it is not relevant to this case! **Turning to the prosecutor** Let’s recap rule #6 of the SOL Golden Rules : “6 - Privacy: respect the privacy of others. Do not post other's phone numbers, addresses, pictures, etc., without their permission.” Pay particular attention “etc.” IP addresses would fall into that category.** Looking to the jury** Also, one would have to think how can a regular NOMAD get access to one’s IP address if one does not have moderator or administrative capabilities?

*approaches the court* First of all, I'm glad to see that our new prosecutor has been quick on her feet *looking at her K-mart shoes*. I would like to repudiate her proclamations towards my client's: - Admission of guilt - The fact that both sites in question (Kenyan and SOL) are in fact, Public. *looking to the jury* I would like to revoke SOL's Golden rules (which replaces the state laws, since this is a boundriless case). Under Rule #7, which states, "respect the privacy of Others. Do not post their phone numbers, ...., without their permission". Any person with common sense would understand WHY the evidence is dismissable, as we can not examine the ONLY evidence, for it violates this very rule! Also, one must understand that IP addresses are ambiguous in nature. I will give you a personal example: Me and a friend of mine were posting from the same library (different computers) and the admins thought were the same users because we had the library IP address! Also, It is to my understanding that people with the same local internet provider will have similar IP addresses. This can not place my client in the scene of the crime! As for my client's admission of guilty, he does not have to directly or indirectly admit or refute his guilt under law. This is protected by the 5th amendment, the right not to incriminate one's self. As you can see there is NO evidence that suggests my client is guilty of ANY crime **looking over to Mrembo** Besides, it seems to me that my client never met yours. So I ask now the Jury, why did the PLAINTIFF lie to the COURT? I would like to call on DARMAN to the stand for further questioning of this particular issue, and how exactly he got a hold of Nomad's IP address (or from who did he get it). **Looks over to Mrembo, and waves with her carefully manicured hands**

Honey D, Alot of people don't workout to lose weight but to build endurance (like being able to run 5K), gain strength (by weight training) and toning their already normal bodies. Its healthy to exercise EVEN when you are the ideal weight because you are still susceptible to heart disease, high blood pressure, cholestral, diabetes, cancer, etc etc. Raxmah, There is no fitness usa in my area. I use the uni gym which is free to us.
