  3. That is true Carafaat. A lot of small Somali clans have already lost their identity and Oromised. It is a sad state of affair in that occupied region.

As long as the gallas are pushed back. Balayada oromada breed like rabbits . Ala Soomaalida way u dhamaatay. Actually Jinacsani is already included in the Oromia region and is now called Chinhahsan:(

Alpha Blondy;926870 wrote: XX, you should see Dire Dawa and how the somali galbeedi's have annexed the jesusits and other somalis from this city. its shocking. i was there not too long away and abdi iley doesn't care for somalis or somaliweyne affairs. he's only interested in benefiting somali galbeedis. Waar that is a good news. Somalis of any tribe should move to the frontier areas and protect our land from the 30 million strong invaders. I learned Jinacsani is also under threat.
  6. Haatu;926867 wrote: And I don't trust reer Mandera to rule my affairs, hence the decentralised system. Don't let cuqdad fog your vision. The only things that'll probably change for your region in this sytem is the flag, other minor things and hopefully that terrible name that you can't pronounce. Xaaji, there was no Somali State, but their was a Somali Nation that shared somalinimo. Nationhood =/= politics. It can be linguistic, ethnic and cultural. I'm waiting for the day you tell us you're not Somali. Waar I said I won't trust Koonfuria to look after my rubbish and you are telling me to change my flag and name!!
  7. ^ You got a point NN. That is the problem I also thought would make it impossible for us to have a single caliph. Moreover, given the Muslim people's lust for power, the caliph would never stay apolitical or neutral and would in no time transform into another political despot.

Ictiraaf is coming Unfortunately tragedies sometimes happen in civilised societies. But lessons are learned from such infrequent occurrences of sad incidents in order to avoid a repeat of the same mistakes made. Here is an incident which took place in London and which served as a lesson for Great Britain. http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2012/sep/17/simon-harwood-sacked-gross-misconduct Somaliland like Great Britain and the rest of the progressive civilised world also learns lessons from such regrettable tragedies like the death of young Jimcaale in Boorame. Here is a news article about the steps the Somaliland parliament took to address the problems we have with the use of live ammunition by our police forces. http://www.midnimo.com/2013/01/07/golaha-wakiillada-soomaaliland-oo-laalay-xeerka-ciidanka-booliiska/

  11. Xaaji Xunjuf;926716 wrote: Yes very civilized u will never hear such stories coming from Somaliland but desecrating dead bodies is very normal in Somalia. Back in the days warlords used to behave like this but now the troops of Somalia behave like this. I Think its now really part of the culture. Waryaa embrace the culture:D Hyena meat is also now a staple food in Koonfuria.
  12. Following the election of a new pope for the 1.2 billion strong Roman Catholics in the world, give your opinion of what the Muslim world would look like if we also had a hierarchy and a caliph like our Christian counterparts.
  13. Haatu;926546 wrote: lol Xaaji taas ha inoo dambeyso I've come a long way in my view of Somali unity. Before I used to believe in a strong central state as the sole 'real' government of the land but not anymore. That view is impractical, only existed for a short while with drastic results and unnatural to the Somali whose pure existence is based on his autonomy and independence cemented by his refusal to be dictated to by any man. In other words, we have been since time imemoral very independent people that dislike interference. The position I now hold is that I am willing to share a country, a flag, an economy, an army, an education system (broadly) and a faraway government in Xamar with limited powers. Then let every region form a regional council to deal with their own affairs like we're currently doing in Kenya (Garissa county/region has it's own governor and assembly, same with Wajir and Mandhera counties). In essence it's a very decentralised form of government where the most power is in the local authority's hands. I'm sure even fellow secessionists will agree to this. I would love to see all Somalis united in peace and justice one day, but right now I can not trust Xamar to look after my garbage let alone my affairs saaxiib.

On a recent trip to Hargeisa I tried to take a long walk to Nasahablood to retrace the path I took as a child with my family when we fled Siyaad's murder squad and also take some good pictures of the wildlife and the environment of the area. But when I heard the roar of a hyena I had to flee back for my dear life.

Mooge;926533 wrote: somaliland's shell was exposed by the killing of sheikh abdulqadir and the silanyo goverment had no choice but to cooperate because they knew the consequences of harboring terrorists. there are more guys somaliland government should capture and handover. the main leadership of alshabab is today based in Burco. these leaders ordered killing of hundreds of civiliand in Laascaandood, garoowe, galkacyo and boosaaso. everyone knows this. Well Puntland too should stop harbouring dangerous fadhikudirir like you and hand you over to the HAG nation for the unforgivable keyboard crimes you keep committing against them.

It goes from a mega clan to a sub-sub-sub clan to the family level and then again goes back to the level of the mega clan. It flip-flobs every now and then as circumstances change.
  19. Xaglatoosiye is a Somaliland nationalist and of course he will wear the pin anywhere.
  20. ;) She is the best Somali actress I have seen in a very long time. She should make a riwaayad.
