The second man who murdered another traditional Somali leader was no other than Warlord Col. Yey. Sure he did, did Abdullahi Yusuf write a poem about that too? LOL Top 3 Secessionist obsessions 1. Sayidka 2. Siad Barre 3. Abdullahi Yusuf This is undisputed. All three defeated them multiple times and installed fear in their spines.
  2. Sorry man, we are just not on the same level, you are changing stories and probably going to turn this into a clan thing. I must point out to everyone that you have failed to point out what Addis Ababa did for Faroole, we all know the international contacts he's gained, what use Ethiopia had during his term is unbeknown to me. He has a brigade size force, so how he lost I don't know, they are the most advanced forced after AMISOM even according to your fired concubine lover Matt Bryden. Farmaajo simply is not a good option, if the president wants to sideline the only functioning administration outside Mogadishu, then he should go ahead cause Farmaajo has proven himself to not be viable in nation building, maybe he can govern when the institutions are build for him inshallah.
  3. You along with others have been saying Faroole is losing since 2009 sxb, we both know this is true, what makes you think this is any different? What did Meles Zenawi help him with, if anything the ties between Ethiopia and Puntland were weaker given his alignment with greater forces, especially United Nations. Just give me 1 time Zenawi helped him in the political arena during this road map.
  4. I must say there's an unhealthy obsession with Sayidka on the part of Somalilanders, a very unhealthy one, he stole a few camels, he killed a few people, we all move on you know, some sub-clans in Nugaal, he halved them but you don't see anyone complaining there.
  5. If Farmaajo is selected, I welcome any necessary action by Mudane Faroole, any.
  6. Duufaan;873185 wrote: though!. General duke could not come another way this guy to look good. He was part of a failed adminisrations both puntland and TFG. Somalia needs Institutions how another incompetent will understand it. Yes, Puntland which is thriving and the last TFG administration which was the most productive government in 21 years and paved away for a federal Somalia, indeed he was part of incompetent administrations. The only incompetent administration is the one living in a village and can't go back to his "state capital".

Also since 2009 there were talks about how Kenya is interested in the territorial waters of Somalia and possible oil drilling off shore there are multiple reports about that. The Ethiopians are not liked either since 2006 they were in Somalia and committed heinous crimes they left end 2008 came back begin 2011 but the thing with the Xabashis is they come in they fight alshabaab and go out they are not liked in beledweyne they were replaced by the Djiboutian forces. Ever since Alshabaab fled from Mogadishu the killing of innocent civilians stopped in Xamar by the Amisom no more shelling from the Amisom forces that's why u hardly hear negativity coming from the Ugandan troops. All in All Foreign troops are Foreign troops some with a mission some with other purposes. Ethiopians haven't been replaced in Beledweyne, beenta jooji. 100 troops from Djibouti arrived, you think the Ethiopians won't protect them as well? Ethiopians are still in control of Beledweyne and this time they have public support in Hiiraan, that is a fact.
  9. I'm kidding, but this is nothing to kid about my friends! A lone soldier shot dead 6 civilians even BBC confirms. There's no excuse for this and he will be prosecuted with the full extent of the law! Kenyan Amisom soldier kills six Somali civilians The soldier has been detained pending an investigation, it said, noting the incident followed a militant attack. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-19698348
  10. True, he is a royal descendant, he is born to rule, I hope he wins inshallah.
  11. This is propaganda against Azania State of Somalia.
  12. AUN, samiir iyo imaan ilaahi ha ka siiyo
  13. Faysal Waraabe would be a good president of Republic of Somaliland.
  14. Ras Casayr & Goldogob fiction is not even pushed by those people but by secessionists and the few Khaatumite movement members that want the disintegration of Puntland. I checked various sources, and I am 100% certain, I repeat 100%? That we are a federal country now  omg
  15. Get Androids, this stuff is too expensive and not worth the money!
  16. No Jaamac1975, you gun f'd up mate, now you are saying he fought against them for greater Somalia, thus contradicting yourself. This is too much for me, I gotta bounce mate.

The important thing is that the people of Somaliland realized what this charachter in actuality was, Guri-Barwaaqo isn`t trying to convince the D- clan of anything new these people will worship him regardless to them its all about tribal loyalty. So the book of Guri-Barwaaqo isn`t for that particular clan , the book is for all non-D somalis who were been fed crap by the old regim. This book will be taught in Somaliland schools , kids in somaliland will compare the old `facts`taught in old Somali republic and the new book and argument of Guri-Barwaqo. What the author collected and analysed are the Mullah`s vulgar poems and how the D-clan during their rule of Somali republic `sexied-up`the Mullah`s career of murder and and looting . Maadeeys, Ironically where as the so called `Sayid`of yours son was pro-Ethopian and sided with ethopia during the struggle for great somalia , the grand son of Sheekh Awees Al-Barawaani namely Abdulqadir Saqawdiin Shaikh Aweys one among the founders and the first president of the SYL. In my opinion the father of southern Somalia should have been that grandson of Awees , who died in 1947, not the fat gluttonous libertine. The man who liberated you and you should celebrate is Sheekh Awees al-Barawaani and his decendant , not the camel theifs known as the Maxamed Cabdulle Xasan. But then what a branwashed little kids know. During the struggle against the Italian colonialists.
  18. Her announcement in the media that she left $1 million was sort of a jab I think, meaning the funds now can't be used unbeknown to the public while a transition is taking place.
  19. NO ONE from Puntland is saying that they SHOULD get the PM seat, everyone here is defending Puntland's RIGHT to get the seat not that it is RIGHTFULLY its. Puntland politicians, nor Faroole have spoken out against anyone, people are just afraid that if Puntland doesn't get it, they will make the new government's ability to work swiftly more difficult, that's not the case. The person who gets this seat should not have the interests of one group over another like Farmaajo did, which was why he got what he deserved. Puntland doesn't need another Farmaajo who works from a bunker in Mogadishu to undermine a region whom he doesn't even control WHILE his own area of governance (the capital) was getting bombarded by Al-Shabaab daily. Abdiweli managed to further NO ONES interests in his term and he managed to achieve more than all of his predecessors combined. If Gedo can get a fair candidate who won't intervene in regional affairs but national ones, we are all for him.
  20. I call upon the new federal parliament to pass a law in regards to how a national census will be carried out as prescribed in the new constitution, I also call upon mudane president Xasan Sheikh Maxamuud to set up a fact finding committee which will act as a precursor to a permanent institution that will carry out a national census. A national census will allow full civic engagement. A census should be carried out immediately in all liberated areas to further inclusion, participation and harmony on the part of society. The last credible census was carried out during the Italian trusteeship. Demographic data are scanty and incomplete for Somalia, although two censuses have been carried out during the prewar period. The first census carried out in 1975 was not published, and only an analytical report based on the census results was brought out in 1984. A national demographic survey was carried out in 1980-81, but the data were not processed, barring a few hand-tabulations. Another census was carried out in 1985-86, and once again the census got bogged down in doubts about its accuracy, and was not published. There are varying accounts of the census count of population, one giving a figure of 5.8 million and another 8.5 million. The only published set of demographic data comes from the 1980-81 POPLAB survey of three regions – Banadir, Bay and Lower Shabelle – carried out in collaboration with the University of North Carolina. https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&q=cache:LWG0Zmv0oZEJ:www.somali-jna.org/downloads/ACFA9.pdf+&hl=en&gl=uk&pid=bl&srcid=ADGEESgKpE0FI62yirWJlbGCOg9Oi1Z-Gb46aL-6-9-aqrhv4yZ3rytMP4gX51xwHA4xMxUXI59hHDfvITxFT9ftudeLmCnzdIuicJaHjc89OMwsgyiEPpz5f3gqwb87TyuPADt5FQ5d&sig=AHIEtbS-RAHptzm4F8SJrIAT393fxKo67w Schedules 12. A law in terms of Article XX, prescribing rules for the national census. - Constitution of Somalia Every country needs basic information on its residents for purposes of planning, development and improvement of the residents' quality of life. Good planning is based on reliable, up-to-date, accurate and detailed information on the state of the society in the country. This information makes it possible to plan better services, improve the quality of life and solve existing problems. Statistical information, which serves as the basis for constructing planning forecasts, is essential for the democratic process since it enables the citizens to examine the decisions made by the government and local authorities, and decide whether they serve the public they are meant to help. For these reasons official statistics are collected and published in all countries, world-wide. Thus, for example, while planning a road system, the planners use information regarding the quantity of people and number of vehicles who are likely to use the road; for if not, the advantages of constructing the road may not justify its cost. Similarly, when planning a school system, there is a need for a forecast of the number of pupils who are likely to need schools, in order to ensure that they will be built in locations with an appropriate number of pupils.

  23. But it's true, Somaliland benefits from his presidency cause he is sympathetic to their cause, we need certain people that are ready and made for this kind of politics, people who will lay down the law for Somalilanders, we know these people exist, but they are just not very popular at the moment, maybe in the future
  24. He has support in both of them, in fact his upcoming party is likely to win election in the new multi-party system, he's popular on the ground and if Bari and Mudug were against him, he wouldn't even be able to hold office.
