Spoilers are not realising that Jubbaland/Azania is a reality with Buale as the political capital it will hold the governmental organs of the region and Kismayo as the commerial capital. But Afmadow is better suited for capital as Buale is under water most of the time.

Xaaji Xunjuf;877738 wrote: ^^ Yeah but u have no influence any more Faisal cali waraabe has been telling if you wanna claim land based on Ethnic origin claim parts wardheer but not Somaliland. As for Cabdilahi Yusuf well he was the only President from Puntland since 1991 why would i mention a nobody like Cabdi cawar. We already live in Wardheer, lets not focus on that yet, what I am saying is, the people who live in those regions may switch allegiances any time soon, maybe in the next minute or two, you never know, they are not fully incorporated into the region. Cigaal couldn't. Riyaale couldn't. Siilaanyo definitely will not.

The Sage;877726 wrote: I already said that Puntland has positively contributed to the process and ending the transition. I was not taking that away from the state. However when statements that dismiss the hard work and contributions of key figures and citizens from throughout Somalia are made.....that takes away from the entire nation. It's as if Massachusetts were to say since we had the Boston Tea Party the United States is at the debt of our state and we should take full credit for the revolution. That is true, Puntland did not go it alone, others were there, Galmudug ASWJ, TFG officials, it indeed took the entire nation, and we are enjoying the fruits today.

General Duke;877723 wrote: I fully agree. These lowlives who have contributed nothing and are now full of life because an individual from their clan has been selected. Unlike Puntland State of Somalia, that has developed, secured and brought dignity to 1/3 of Somalia.. We are talking about a State lad. I agree, lowlives should have no say as they contribute nothing.

The Sage;877702 wrote: Taking full credit for the blood sweat and tears that an entire nation has sacrificed to get their country back on track? I don't know if you're simply trying to illciit a response or really that deluded but that simply is not the case. Has Puntland positively contributed to the process? Sure. But don't take the credit for a victory that an entire nation shares. Why don't you come up with your case. Puntland has been the driving force behind federalism, the founding state and during the transitional period pushed through the end of it, while sceptics such as secessionists wanted the prolonging of a miserable dawn. The United Nations has said that without Puntland, none of this would be possible.

From a regional view point, we've single-handedly denied you your very existence and chance of recognition since you proclaimed secession in 1991 and in the year 2012 you two see fit to argue with me about political scores, do you guys not feel embarrassed? You won't see any political moves coming has you haven't since we first sat around a table in 1960, what makes you think recognition is around the corner? If I were you I'd hang my head in shame.

The president said he wanted a 'yes' man, we must give time to the new prime minister who needs to demonstrate independence and flexibility. He has the support of the masses, may he succeed cause people who want him to fail want Somalia to fail. I want a 'yes' man - Mudane Madaxweyne Xasan Sheikh http://salaamanews.com/somali/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/Riix-Halkaan-Si-Aad-U-Dhageysato-Qeybta-Labaad-Ee-Khudbadda-Madaxweynaha-Jamhuuriyadda-Uu-U-Jeediyey-Shacabka-Baydhabo.mp3 No 'yes', we need 'maybe, maybe not'.
-
These should be the priorities for the 'yes' man. Mudane Faarax Shirdoon must; -Appoint effective cabinet like Tayo and Badbaado Qaran -Facilitate a national census -Oppose illegal naming of districts without census -Set the national development plan with his new cabinet -Set up vital governmental agencies such as a housing re-appropriation committee Finally he should show that he is an independent man, no 'yes' man, he should be a 'maybe, maybe not' man.

Abwaan;877562 wrote: Lol@Yunis, cause some of the critics believe that she was an instrumental to pick him as a PM. Let us just move on. I think that Saacid will not stay more than two years because of the dialogue with Somaliland. I predict that sometime in the future Insha Allah there will be an agreement to give the PM in order to reunite the country. Somaliland is gone politically and won't come back, we must allow it to remain in limbo for the next 100 years, a place where they truly belong.

I don't understand the people who think this is bad for Puntland, the Prime Minister is an individual who has shown no hostility towards any region. As Puntlanders the number 1 priority was the establishment of a federal Somalia, it has happened, we will now look to home.

Unless respect is shown, we'll take the rest of you down with us, you hear me! We got what we wanted, we just didn't get the icing on the cake (PM). But there's no reason not support the new PM at the present moment. -
