Nice improvements yes but the airport was closed not for the refurbishment of the terminal (which was going on when the airport was operating normally). It was closed to extend the runway in order for larger planes to land. Please confirm if that will happen, inaar.
  6. Such news is only expected Nuune. New roads and buildings alone are too boring to report on. Good news though.

  10. David Miranda, schedule 7 and the danger that all reporters now face As the events in a Heathrow transit lounge – and the Guardian offices – have shown, the threat to journalism is real and growing http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2013/aug/19/david-miranda-schedule7-danger-reporters V for Vendetta anyone??
  11. Chelsea got some big decisions last night. A weak ref who was afraid of the big club and Jose. Terrible.
  12. So the acceptance of aid (which will go to the poor) is considered as a bad political move compromising Somaliland position. Welcome back Xiin. I expected watermelons but you brought peanuts

The runway was too short so it only handled smaller craft. I'm quite sure the runway was to be extended to accomodate the larger craft but that requires more than just the tarmac we see on the pics. The airport didn't need to be closed for the completion of the terminal as it was functioning during construction. They closed it to extend the runway so it could handle larger planes. Still no confirmation this is possible.
  14. To be honest the main reason for the closure was to expand the runway so airbus a320 and boen 737 could land. Now the question has this been done?
  15. ^^You can't pick and choose what to consider in your analysis. Democracy was hijacked by a well planned and coordinated military coup which had outside help. What you're saying is that if a government doesn't agree with it's opposition it should be removed in the same way.
  16. Missed it. Well done to him again. Great achievement which should be recognised by all.
  17. The article has some holes in it but there are problems yes. Things are improving with more and more going to university and holding down good jobs. I think if comparisons were made with other communities for age ranges 20-30 we would be doing relatively ok. The problem is where they lump in 50 somethings who are raising those kids who are doing well into the stats.
