  1. ^Absolutely. Do you have a problem with that? I guess, in the damn so-called free world that we're in I'm entitled to my opinion, right?
  2. ^^Are you thinking what I am thinking! Lol!
  3. There is something un-islamic about it. I can't bear seeing a woman riding a ****** bike, let along a muslim girl. Nah! Bad. Do not do it! It is also said that when the female equality movement was sorta its infancy in the West, the sight of a woman riding a bike was a SIGN - kind of saying to the fellas....look at me, I too can do it! There is something un-modest about it! That is, as they say, my personalment gut-feeling.

    Dilemma

Tix yar baan ku tuuri Faarax-a wareersan: War Faaraxow faduusha jooji oo Fikir, Ha fududeysan ficilka aad fali oo Fikir, Fanaxleey (xaaska) faceed ha ka reebin ee fac-facleynta jooji oo Fikir, Firaashka Faduul-badan (ta uu jecel yahay) fiq-fiq baa ka danbeyne ee Fikir. ...Ragga yaqaan baa yaqaane, FA-leydu gabay uguma fududa! Nin nin dhalay baa intaa ka soo tuuri kara...hahahah!
  5. Good ideas, Nur. The biz section should be called "Enterpreneurship/ial section"....just a thought.

    Dilemma

"How do we know Faarax's wife does not weigh 800 lbs and they have not been intimate for 4 years? Huh? What if the new woman is 5' 9", (36-24-36), is 10 years younger and loves him to death as well? Now what?" ...You are one damn provocative Cast. btw, it still not good enough to lose his galgacal for his lady...intimacy is not the only glue that holds couples together, don't get me wrong though, I am not saying it is not important. For the sake of it, since you have used what if scenario....'what if miss 'bac' makes him lose his kids and wife and dumps him afterwards? Is she worth the risk? No. There is more to the story than we know, so let us giving the good advice, after all, this is a muslim/somali family and keeping it together is our duty as muslims. Fi amaani Laah
  8. Well, the brother/sis has a point. I wonder if the people living in what seems beautiful, calm and picturesque town have tranquility in their minds.....It is still only Adduunya with its damn ups and downs, which only reminds me days back home - Africa - seen Western cities photos thinking, damn! How must it feel to live such a beautiful place, it is only Jannah brought forward...of course, we all know how it feels! SO, NOTHING COMPARES TO AL-JANNAH ON THIS PLANET! PERIOD! Though, i understand, the point made was figurative. Fi amaani Laah.
  9. ummmm...I think you have too much time on your hands Dhagihii Alle hanuuniyaa, hanuunsama!

    Dilemma

Maansha Allah, some of you have given the bro some good advices and pointed him things to ponder before he makes the leap. It is nothing bizarre we are only human and are weak, but as many said you DO need to consider your responsibilities, ie, kids and family. Look for a solution, dont do anything in haste, I would suggest walaal. And whatever you do, do not for a sec consider HARAM! Period. Well, that was my small-never-enough piece of advice and will sit down and take my seat right at the front to listen to the wonderful ways of lightening which I am sure Sh. Nur will bring to the discussion since he introduced. Fi amaani Laah.
  11. ^you might as well since they make a diff in this bloody world than most. Besides, the gaffes of Prince Philip is known all over UK if not the damn wide world! So, where have you been? In Tora-Bora? No offence.
  12. ^^btw, i did not mean to offend anybody, just clearing me throat, ok? No bad feelings, I hope.
  13. That is 'cos you don't know Prince Philip - the Husband of Queen Elizabeth 11. This is the background to the story, you morons! Prince Philip is really loose man. He is always off the mark, abusing and insulting people whilst on official visits! Got that! Charles, on the other hand, is his son, the heir to the damn British throne. Now, Prince Charles is not known to be like Daddy. This time he turns out to insult the Chinese leaders...........that is why they say, why is he doing this? And it turns out, jokingly, that his Daddy was busy!....hahahahahah! Laughing nyt? Au revoir! P.S. it is more of a high intellectually calibre joke. Not easy for easy people.....damn, i sound like Ngonge.....Nooooooooooooooo!
  14. Prince Charles, at the hand-over ceremony of Hong Kong, has called the Chinese leaders, "Wax-works" referring to their look. why? BECAUSE PRINCE PHILIP WAS BUSY!
  15. Thanks to the originator of the topic. I particularly liked the Black Doc's story.... Amazing what a creative human mind can do! P.s. the heck with your MURAN! Soomaali wax ku heshiisaanba waaya. wali!
  16. I still applaud the sheikhs, no matter what! Some munaafaq's are bound to be found in their midst who are exploiting events for their own invested interest, but anyone who stands up to raise kalimati-laahil culyaa deserves support. They are only humans and things sometimes fall apart. We should see them as people like us who can get things sometimes wrong. But the motive behind their actions is worth everything. Besides, why are we so worked up about the infrequent mistakes of the 'ulama and not the damn daily and frequent slaughter of innocent somalis by ********ta and their gangster-leaders?
  17. Bless Allah's Moral Warriors! Allah-u-akbar!
  18. walaaca iska dhaafa. Mid lee iskaga habso (not directed to anyone, generally speaking). Either way, you are a winner. It is all win-win situation. "CALOOL ADAYG WAA ILLAAHAY WEHELKI" - Geeljire-haa ku maahmaaha. Nabad gelyo.
  19. Me think reality is totally the opposite of what this thread was started for...... Reality is majority, but not necessarily all, girls of the diaspora wanna have a wedding to impress everyone and anyone - the heck with the cost. He - the unfortunate Faarax - can deal with it. But hey, surely, anyone who nets a Xalimo that demands less in wedding etc is really damn lucky fella, financially. Of course, personality of the girl and how valuable she is as a wife is a wholly different thing altogether. Can I say this, honestly, OUR GIRLS ARE THE BEST OF THE LOT, AND THAT IS NO EXAGGERATION - COS MY MOM IS ONE OF THEM! LOL!
  20. ^ Any system is better than none. You do not have to ask for an evidence. Your good intellect is good enough to arrive at that. ^^^ Aamiin, walaal. Aamiin.
  21. ...Sorry, let me add this to my point. Riyaale Kaahin, as the head of what was North-East Somalia, runs an area with an official annual budget of 3$30m to run a system that is in place.....education, hospitals, transport, etc. People benefit from this system. Can you say the same of the others? I doubt it.
  22. Soomaalidu waxay tiraa dhalinyarow, "Gaal dil, gartiisana sii" - which basically how fair our people use to be. My point here is, how on earth do we put together someone who, one way or another, elicited the killing of the innocents to someone who hasn't been, with evidence, blamed for killing innocent people. Of course, I am trying to point out the inclusion of this list of murderers Riyaale Kaahin. Was Mr Kaahin a head of malitia of his own? was he behind any killing of any group of innocent people? The man has been elected, at least, to run a part of Somalia - or Somalialand - by the electrate or the elders of the area. If we include him in this list, then I do not know what the reasoning is, and I would like to know. Btw, I do not have such feeling for Mr Qaasim, because I do not believe that he fulfilled what he was elected for at Arteh. In my thinking, he is more or less in the same group and would probably come in the end of the list. That is my thought. N.B: I have to declare this. I am NOT from the North, I stand with justice and truth. And that is how we should be thinking.
  23. ^^Eid Mubaarak to you guys, but in UK it is not Eid tomorrow as far as I am aware.
  24. Castro, bro you have said it! It is not about the quitting that matters, it is what you wanna work on to quit. If it ain't worth it, then do not leave studying.
