i understand Yusuf, but nationalism isn't all that bad. Of course it depends on the country and the leader in which its being " practised". Nationalism has so many good sides to it. In many places its what units them. Take for example the Italians back when they were mere city- states. They were able to put aside their difference, for the sake of uniting and protecting themselves and flourishing economically and socially. The French Revolution, Canadian Confederation ( although i don't believe in Canadian Nationalism), and many others. Nationalism also can cause many issues for countries and nations. Nationalism has been a very strong driving force for many ethnic groups to establish their own nations. My question is, although nationalism has done a lot for many countries (positive and nagetive) it is not as strong. So, do u guys think nationalism is going to die out soon or is it still alive and kicking? :confused:

Hmmmmmm...thats a tough one!!! Well, to me what makes a real women would have to be self- worth. A women how knows her worth ( that ALicia Keys song..women's worth coming in to my head) is what makes a real women, someone that doesn't go around doing anything for a man. What makes a real man a man is when he can admit he's wrong,and is willing to fix it. He needs to learn how to ask for help ( especially directions), and needs to know that tis ok to cry ( sometimes, not always!). So, yeah, thats what i think makes a real women and a men!!!

I felt soo embrassed not just for me, but for me mom.There was my mom sitting across the table with me going so, " umm, you know the man's thing goes in your.."Ewwwwww, freag, that was soo gross!!!! True say Sister in Islam, i fully agree with you! As i said before love is needed in the relationship, i didn't necessarily say love was neeeded before a relationship can start. I mean before someone enters a relationship whether it is marriage ( or god forbid, boy/girl friend)they don't know they are in love with me. Love, to me is something that evolves over time, and love is something that can grow in to a beautiful thing or something very rotten. I think many people here would agree with me that love is something that evolve over time, and that there really isn't any love before it ( and i'm talking about marriage here). And about the whole deen thing. You are right Sis, there really isn't any guarantee that he will be nice, caring, smart, etc, there really isn't!!! But, most of the guys i know that are really into their religion are well educated, are kind, and are caring!! SO, i'm just saying marrying someone for their deen is a good thing, at least ur gonna benefit in the long run!! Anyways...cheers!!!

Love wouldn't be the first reason why i would marry a guy, nor would it be second, or even third. However, tis important to note that love is something that is needed in a relation , i mean u don't want to always be fighting over little shitty things like " why don't u wear ur yellow tie?". Ok maybe thats a bit off but u guys know what i mean. For me it would have to be deen, because deen alone has soo many things in it. If the guy knows his deen he is surely smart, kind, caring, and loving..ahhhhhhhhh. And i'm not trying to be a bigget here, but i would never marry a guy that was physically disable..i hope i'm not sounding shallow here, but thats just how i feel. Anywho..cheers!!!

True say y'all..moms are the best. I LOVE U MUM.. i can't count the numerous things my mom has done for me and still is!!! I love her to death and then some. I don't know what i can do for my mom to repay her for all that she has done for me, but i swear if i knew i would got to the ends of the world to accomplish it. MOMMIES RULE!!!!!!
