  1. In other words cajuus baan ahay baad leedahay O well for the love of the cunsuri invested reds, I will part with my hard earned hagbad.
  2. Thiery: I am willing to invest all my 'hagbab' earnings (I pay £50 a month so surely I am expecting a lot come my turn) in exchange for one thing, to wear the red shirt and captain the team. Deal?

  5. Poor you! It now looks set that you will be stuck in some airport for another day, but look at it from the bright side, at least you can get out of the airport to a hotel and/or even see around the city, whereas I hear from the news this morning that there hundreds of people stuck on the airport because they do not have a transit visa on the country their airplane landed in. Insha Allah khayr xaaji.

  10. Originally posted by B: it doesn't matter if your neighbour is Muslim or not. You have an obligation to attend. You should go to the funeral. Why do you need the consent of some breaded man in Mecca or Lahore to go, use your own intuition. Do you ask them to intercede on your behalf when you pray? The answer is No! so therefore use your own intellect and pay your respect to the deceased neighbour. Sxb, do you have to respond to every thread just for the sake of responding? The brother has every reason to ask this legitimate question to those who are on the know. Those “breaded men in Mecca or Lahore” are the ones Allah (swt) said ”wa maa arsalnaa min qablika il-laa rijaalan nuuHiy ilayhim fas-aluu ahladh dhikri in kuntum laa ta'Ålamuun (And We did not send before you except men, towards whom We sent divine revelations - so O people, ask the people of knowledge if you do not know) “ Quran 16:43 Raalina noqo in advance haduu hadalkaygu kula qallafsannaado.

  15. Still no Somali president, aaway kuwii bootaynayay? His Excellency, President BS Kanyusi of Tanzania: I would like to thank those who ensured my victory by whatever means necessary over my much more qualified opponents. Rest assured that your efforts on my behalf will soon be rewarded. In the name of transparency, I put forward my presidential agenda to one and all: By executive order, I hereby extend my term of office (one or two terms is barely enough time to open a number of Swiss bank accounts) Having been warned by environmental experts of dangerous levels of hot air and toxic gases over the capital, I am dissolving parliament forthwith I also forfeit my own presidential pay check - instead the nation will pay me a 10% commission on GDP and as the country develops, so will my Swiss bank account (this is a win win) It is a waste of time to try to eradicate corruption or even reduce it; therefore we will no longer refer to the practice by that name. It will now be called "facilitation" which is perfectly acceptable and can be used by everyone. When the policeman demands a "facilitation fee" from a doctor, that doctor can, in turn, demand a facilitation fee to treat the policeman or his children when they fall ill. This is known in economics as the "multiplier effect" Violence will no longer be tolerated - I have instructed the security forces that anyone disturbing the peace should be shot on sight Finally, I wish to invite the Resident Presidents Olushambles and Kibarkingmad to visit us. I have much to learn in how to ruin... I mean... run a country.
  16. This president has spoken like a true African leader His Excellency, President Oloche Okwori of Nigeria: Congratulations fellow Nigerians for electing a healthy president for the first time in the history of our great but infamous nation. To celebrate this momentous occasion I hereby declare a four-day national holiday with effect from tomorrow. This administration has change as its prime priority. Nigeria's problem is not corruption as widely postulated - it is rather the name Nigeria. The name is meaningless, a joke and bad luck. I believe once we get the right name everything else will naturally fall in place. For this reason the first four years of my administration will be dedicated to finding a new name. I will appoint a committee of 37 wise men to represent each of our 36 states and the federal capital to research and find a new name for us. Still on change, I hereby rename our darling national football team from Super Eagles to Good-luck Eagles. I will also change the name of all failed and failing state parastatals. Finally, since organising elections is always a logistical nightmare hence forth getting a new president will be done my selection. I alone will elect the next president. God bless Nigeria and thank you for listening.

  19. Originally posted by Kashafa: quote: This clan mentality of saying our boys will not die in Muqdisho is not a good move. Heh. This clan mentality is all you have, poor fool. It's all you got. It's the one thing keeping this goverment together. Who do you think is manning the frontlines of North Mogadisho for the Tigray Founded Government ? It's exclusively made up of the moooriyaan milita of Muuse Suudi, Bashiir Raage, and the other warlords of North Mogadisho. And so on and so forth: Doolow = Hiraale milita. Bay/Bakool = RRA milita. Hiiraan = haraadiga Baqtigii Cumar Xaashi. So why should the ONLF boys plucked from the refugee camps of Dadaab and Ifo fight and die in Mogadisho for Sharif's clan ? Ansar me dat kuweeshan, abti. Wait a sec, wait a sec. I get it now. You're actually trying to give a sembalance of 'dawladnimo' to this comical charade. Ok. If you truly believe that, you're beyond salvation. Kashafa: as one of the few silent readers of SOL, I have always tried my best to support or give a bit of acceptance to your stance and that of Shabaab, however lately your hawkish view is somewhat alienating those who had a soft spot for the boys. Sxb, reason rather than attacking anyone that shows signs of displeasure with the youth or even your political stance, remember cid walbaayi way khaldantaa, Alle (swt) oo qudha mooyee, therefore markuu khalad jiro accept it. Maaddeey taageeradiisaa bal wax yar ka dhugo. Disclaimer:- Hadaad qoraalkayga khalad u aragtana xaal qaado in advance.
