Somalina awoow the topic is not about Al shabaab it's about Xassan daahir aweys and how consistent he is in his beliefs. He declared war on the Ethiopian troops and Warlord Cabdilahi yusuf because they made a pact with the enemý's of allah the Ethiopian Christian invaders and he also declared a war on the current foreign mercenaries in the country Amisom. He is just doing the same eventhough his clan cousin is leading the TFG at the moment. Most people have respect for that.

Well said. Unlike Sheikh Dalxis who was screaming for jihaad on Ethiopians yesterday and today AMISOM & The same Ethiopia is helping him.

Somalina you can hate on Mr daahir aweys for his beliefs and his political stand on the current situation in Somalia. We all know Sh daahir aweys was one of the elite in the short lived ICU Administration while sharif was merely a spokesmen . Aweys always believed in a Somali islamic state even in the 90s. If you ask the residents of Mogadisho who will you trust Aweys or sharif people will say Aweys because sharif betrayed them when he joined the TFG Govt the same Govt he used to hate so much under cabdilahi yusuf From 2005 till 2008 ,the same govt he declared jihad on in 2006 some people say for clan reasons who knows. Now if we ask what is good for the people what's good for the people is peace and stability and no more wars.And that can only be reached through dialogue between the various groups.
