Secession is not an issue which will be discussed with small timers like yourself. (Soomaaliya) already considers (Waqooyi Galbeed) as regional under its authority whether you agree or not, and even if referendum was to be held you'd still be included in it. And the difference is Somaliland exists with its functioning government and system while yours is still struggling to get out of one premises which is the Madaxtooyada ................ far from comparism.
