  1. Salaf_online please understand what i am about to say. You have no power on you hidaayah. If All chooses to drive you away you will. Stop scrutinzing brothers as you do as when you make statements which are general you make your broothers angry eg: how you speak baout sufis. I agree some are totally off, however there are some that are on the straight path. Instead of scrutinizing the organization try and scrutinize the objective. Like i alluded in another message if Saudi is the Host of the minhaj us Salaaf us Salih and there is no change for the establishment of khilafah upon the sunnah then the claim of these salafs is also baatil because they have become "comfortable" living under kufaar ruling systems. So brother stop the scrutiny because everyone has to answer for himself. Allah is most forgiving and if your intention is to help islam by supporting the hizb then your actions will be judged by your intentions- Agreed Upon So how can you help the establishment of the khilafah?
  2. Does anyone know of a resource with VIABLE complaints against the warlords for rights abuse?
  3. salaam khayr i agree with you that the HT offers baseless alternative only if you believe that they are an organization who is pushing for the establishment of the khilafah, which is not exactly true. the HT is an organization that is dedicated in the EDUCATION of muslims baout the khilafah. When it comes to the actual establishment there are no organizations out there at present that is why i have tried to start such an organization where we have already put together step by step process of establishing an islamic state ruled by the khilafah system. All we need now is cash which is estimated at 55 Million USD which is easy to get if lets say over the next year if 110,000 muslims donate 500.00 each over the year the funds can be allocated. So you see it is not a Messiah like dream it is just that you are not up to date with the developments.
  4. Sorry for posting consecutively however Ngonge i must agree with you there in the point that the words of the hizb or somewhat vague in the actual establishment of the khilafah, however i look at them as a block in the wall. I also look at the brothers of Murabitun as another block and the reason is that many organizations have perfected various sciences in islam. I am working on meeting the elders of the Hizb to incourage them to move to the next step of implementation and i think Somalia is the best place for the emergence of the khilafah in this time. Just think of it... if Somalia is united under the khilafah system just imagine the ummah.
  5. Salaam Khayr Imam Hussein's struggle was because he had claim to the khilafah and he went on Journey to baghdad to position himself for that claim. you all really need to go further indept to the history of islam to fully understand. The ikhwaan fought as Allah says in the quran as peacemakers but all they do is create mischief. The ikhwaan fought for nationalism which NAbi said was rotten. They fought saying that they were cleansing islam from the bida'ah and to acheive this they sided with the kuffar against muslims. I believe personally all this happened because muslims at that time started to disembark from the system that nabi fought for and started to accept kuffar beliefs.
  6. Salaam, Ngonge again it does not suprise me that you don not understand as the only salafs that i have met that understands me were the ones with knowledge and they are the ones that our debates always ends with agreeing even if it is to disagree. I have seen too many youths taken up with salafiism, go to madrasa and learn the basic usools and imediately claim understanding. I think you need to be educated on the topic of khilafah as i said before the salaf school does not have a comprehensive view of the khilafah in fact sh. Mawardi believes that the khilafah is a duty on eveyone. meaning that the individual each should live the lives of a khilafah in terms of the attributes of Allah. The saud regime has changed the aqaaid of the salaf to keep themself in position. When his eminence Sh. Abdul Wahaab tried and stopped them he was kicked out, he became a dissident osama, i believe he was the first dissident. please go to http://www-personal.umich.edu/~luqman/ And by the way there are only 4 arkaan for the khilafah and also force is a legitimate way of capturing the khilafah example Salahudeen Raheemullah.
  7. Ngonge let me give you all a little education. IT only takes one person to become Khilafah and as long as he fulfills those requirements to be khalif he will be considered legitimate even if he took office by force. We have already archestrated a constitution for such an islamic state. The Policies for society, education, finance all the tenents of running a state is already there. All what is needed is a few dedicated muslims to accept a leader or a leader takes the poition by force,. Now you talk about education. Even if you go to Medina Munawarra you will not learn from the books of Sh. Mawardi or Tabihani, becuase if you learn about these islamic systems you will see such a grave contrast to the way muslims live now and would want to change it. Basically what i am saying is the possibility of the khilfah emerging is very much possible but what is needed is ordinary muslims coming together to accept it once the khilafah is made known. So let me ask you a personal question, wwould you give baya'ah if a khalifah emerges?
  8. I think the salafs push this idea to the ummah and basically has the ummah sitting and waiting for Imam Mehdi like the christians are waiting for christ on his white horse. The fact is how would the salafs know when someone has imaan? All of a sudden the people who says ilmul kashf is bid'ah and haraam, suddenly posses such knowledge? The fact is the Dowlatul islamiyyah is Fardul Kiffayah and is evident from the hadith that the Sahabah delayed the burial of The Nabi. If you are asking about imaan remember there were a few people saying that islam has died with the prophet. Abu Bakr Siddiq reassured them by saying whoever believe in Mohammad as a God know that he is dead. Allah Knows best however it seems like peoples imaan was very low if they had any at all at that point. Also on the issue of having imaan and Taqwa before giving the Bayah. If i that was the case then acceptance into islam would not be possible for example that of Abu Bakr. Siddiqi HE accepted islam with no knowledge what soever except that Nabi was a Prophet sent by God. so please these things about educating the people and building their imaan and taqwa are baseless and is a hidden deterent to establish the khilafah. So i pose my question again as truth seeker asked many times before what plans do the salaf have for the establishment of the swtate example 1: Go to an uninhabited land and establish it there? 2: wait until king fahd decides to do it? 3: by a land and establish the state.? WHAT IS THE METHOD?
  9. Salaf online i think you are looking at the islamic state as an endowment on the ummah based on their akhlaaq or imaan rather than as fardul kiffayyah. I illustrated how important it is to establish the state and the khalif that the same sahaabah that you follow delayed the burial of the prophet S for three days to ensure that the state is in order. They did not tell people to perfect their imaan and HOPE on Allah, rather they establish abu bakr siddiq after much talk and debate. The reason why we are disunited, i believe solely is because Somalia is in the state that it is- Muslim killing muslim. If a jew killed a muslim it is not worst than a muslim killing a muslim. I propose that the khilafah state should be reborn in somalia. But here is where the problem lies- Muslim have forgotten about supporting leaders, how to elect a leader, and the biggest problem is trust. For example if i say trust me and help me establish the dowlatul islamiyya in somalia how many of you are willing?
  10. Yeah yeah yeah yeah we all know the hadith, but what do you propose to do to change it. Apply the least of faith and hate it in our hearts. Sorry for sounding blunt but it is the same present day Wahhabi group which has the ummah so divided. So all said and done lets talk abotu solutions. How can the ummah become unified and have our honour and dignity restored. And what can we do as individuals.
  11. My point to salaf online is that if Saudi IS the seat forn salafiism today then just look at saudi today> if saudi is corrupt i believe salafiismis as well< like i said it was they who ousted the imam abdulwahaab himself so how can the student be teach the teacher? on another side though i think one of the topics should be the necessity of the dowlatul islamiyyah>
  12. Again may i invite interested bro's and sis's to join us if you trully want to establish an islamic state in Somalia. We have no room in this group for people who thinks it is hard so if you do think so please move on, if you think you can be resourcefull then please contact me.
  13. Salaam, It is a lot of reading and forgive me if i repeat anything. First let me say that i have never met another group in Islam more destructive to the deen and in Particular the brotherhood of Islam than the Salafiyyah. In the caribbean here they have literally drawn lines in the masjids to seperate the kufr and the mumin (Ahlus-Sunnah wal Jamaa'a), in fact pure salfi methodology does not accept the notion that they are Ahlus Sunnah wal jamaa'h- for example their aqaaid is not the same as the ahlus Saunnah which is the aqeedah drawn up by Imam Abu Ja`far al-Tahawi. Quite frankly if the founder, Imam Abdul Wahaab may Allah be pleased with him, was ousted from Arabia by the now home of "Salafiism" the true teachings of "wahabbiism" was ousted with him as well. So in point i have no beef with the salaf usuul, rather i have beef with the present day salaf who distorts the teachings to their own punitive way of thinking.
  14. I think it is fard ul kifayyah and to explain fully woulld take a long time, however simply put. We know there are 3 things one should not procrastinate in 1: Marrying a young man, 2: burying the Dead and 3: Salaat. However we see at the death of Nabi S, the apointment of ONE leader over the muslims at that time was more important to the sahabah than the burying of the nabi. Today we are 80 years without a Khalif and i personally think it is absurd when people try to emanate the sahabah and call themselves Salaf when they have no intention of whole heartedly following the sahabah, rather it is based on their own ijtihad. It is funny when muslims today think that their ijtihaad is more sound than our predecessors to when you compare the sayings of nabi S " al khairu ummati qarnii, thumma ladheena yaluunahum, thumma ladheena yaluunahum"
  15. Salaam what does the salaf aqeedah say about the Khilafah and the necessity of the Islamic State?
  16. Sorry Waaq it is clear that you don't know much about the islamic governance system. Please don't compare the system to the vatican. The clergy in The islamic government do not run the state infact there should be no such things under the islamic state. The laws of the land are decided in the majlis and the hukm shariah is adopted which the Amir is the only one who can give this, any other way would be a dalaala. I am sure if you studied it a bit more you too would agree that the islamic system is the best for Somalia. I always say," If Somalia is united under Islam, imagin what it can do for the ummah and the world!"
  17. if i can add my 2cents. did not Allah said among the kuffars you will find no helper? Why muslims don't adhere to the nasihat? Wallahi i am amazed as to how much Somaliland is complying with western concepts and traditions and still they don't accept them internationally. Muslims wake up, or at least make up our minds. we can't have our cake and eat it too, so we are either somalis or muslims, we can't be both.
  18. Well i am sure you are aware of my position on Somalia, Unless all lied in the Quran i don't think the Kuffar would everlike to see muslims united. Somali's problem is that the call themselves somalis same as the palestinians, kashmiris and the chechens. Nabi said As-sabiyyah is rotten and to keep away from it. it is like biting on the genitals of your father.
  19. after reding this news update on all africa about the debt the talks in kenya has 1bn Ssh. well it all made sense to me now why kenya really are pushing on for these talks on reconciliation. i think it is because the need someone to pay them back, and if somalia gets united then it would be one more debt for the country. what do you guys think?
  20. Salaam, The prophet S said that nationalism (As-Sabiyyah) is rotten and that one should stay far from it. i think that this is enough evidence and a transgression for those seeking it.
  21. As the turmoil continues it would not be suprising if the UN declares that the provisional line become the internationally recognized border. What Border?

  23. LOL @ Ogun. hey bachelor gimme a link for that report please.
  24. Entrepenuer how can i get that book? and to me it is not logical that accents can be used to distinguish tribes, it seems that the militia's has no choice because they have no other choice but to fight and get resources to survive, do you all agree?
  25. how does the militia men know who is who because to me all somali's look alike? how do they know especially that they even divide into subclans?
