  1. Honestly speaking that is wy i cannot understand "present day Wahabbism" I agree with you that they went about it the wrong way as it was not the way of Rasulullah S. My idea is differnet and on the line of Sunnah. i have a Summary of the Project Plan that i am willing to foward to your email. email us at Darussalaam@hotmail.com
  2. Salaam, for the sake of Islam i hope that farah does not get the support. He has made it clear that he wants to steer Somalia with democracy. who is he to declare our system as democratic when all said he has completed his favour upon us and made islam our way. That is why democracy confuses me. you have people put into power by foreign people then the populus is told to vote for one or the other, exactly where is the democracy? the principle here: Man made is fallable and unlike God sent.

Salaam, Somali's problem stem from the fact that the tareqa of islam was not followed. what happened and is going on in somalia is the same what happened with Ali R and Muawiyyah R which tantamounted to the battle of siffin. The solution is that we have to realize that we are one body, so if we fight each other we are actually destroying ourselves.
  4. do you think that in Darus salaam if there was a football match that clan fighting would start. i believe that people are united with sports and if they fight they fight because of the sports and no other issues
  5. I agree with you can't and that is why i said that Ethiopia is just a test from Allah, forget about their atrocities etc. they commited, that fact remains that if muslims are being persecuted then they are not following the tariqa of the Rasul. Imam Ahmad narates that rasullah said that the knots of islam each shall be loosed, the first shall be the ruling structure and the last shall be Salaah. Allah says in Maida 49: those who rule by other which allah has revealed verily they are unbelievers. Let us work to re establish the khilafah system the only way out for somalia
  6. May we agree even in our disagreement, i am ignorant about all the atrocities the ethiopians have and are doing in the ogaden, however the point i wish to say is this, no matter how strong the enemy is, s long as we stand firm to our faith and have absolutely nothing infront of our faith allah will always grant us Victory, and with this i hope the state of Darus Salaam can reach its zenith.
  7. Come on man edit or delte this message. that word violent serves no benefit. Muslims or not instigators of Fitnah.
  8. My position on the warlords is such: he is not of us who raises his hand are uses his tongua against his brother. There is to be no mediation with the "warlords" frankly i think they get too much fame. it is not the warlords it is their militia. what if the state of Darus Salaam offers these militia men security with in the state jobs etc. bsically a chance to live a normal life. don't you think that they would grasp at that? do you think the militia men love what they are doing? however for them now it is a survival so they feel compel that they must obey a warlord to survive.
  9. i noticed on the sports forum that somalis don't really argue when talking about sports. why not?
  10. what about cricket and track & field??
  11. Salaam does anyone know anything about the MDP and Mohammad Dheere?
  12. so like do you all speak somali or what?
  13. what sport do you guyz think somali's love most?
  14. Salaam sis Rahima you should edit your post where you said all sufis dislike the sheikh because he stopped the grave worshipping, i'm sorry but this is an ignorant statement and it does not help us to be unified. I am Sufi and grave worship is haraam. i revere sh. Wahab it is just that i feel sorry for him how he was used as a political tool then casted out, which i find not much peoplereally care about now even though they say they love him and follow him. Sayfullah i don't think you are fully aware of how the Shi'a sect started. it did not start when Ali refused bayat in fact if Shi'a started there the fact that he gave bayah to Abu Bakr R after six months would incline that shi'a should join the sunnis however this is not how shia was formed.
  15. Sister Rahiima this is what i am saying. It seems to me and i stand corrected that the animosities between ethiopia and somalia started when garaad launched the jihad. at that time there was the khilafah and the launching of jihad is a duty of the khilafah, even if they are being attacked. i am not talking about sporadic fighting i am talking about mastering up an army and launching an attack. can you tell me when during or after the life of the prophet with in the time of the khulafaa rashiduun that a wali waged jihad? Look at the battle of Mut'a. When the ambassador was killed it was an attack on the muslims and islam, however it was The Amir, Rasullallah that ordered the war. we also learn from this battles that in some cases it is okay to systematically retreat. the palestinians, kashmiris chechen will all be persecuted because they fight as such and not as Muslims. i am not saying that they are void because oppression in islam is not allowed and they must fight however i am saying they all will be defeated and persecuted because they are not fighting as a muslim body rather they are fighting for nation, which is HARAM. In Ogaden the attacks later by Barre was not islamically based and all i am saying is when we do not do for Allah and his deen then whatever efforts we make will not amount to anything, i think as well with the atrocities that ethiopia has done in the ogaden has blinded us and is not allowig us to wake up and return to the islamic form of governance. Allah says in 4:49 They will not believe until they make you judge in all afairs. (read it up and the commentary as well)
  16. I want to correct you there shakur. the US is not the greatest power because it is united, it is the greatest power because the muslims are not doing what they suppose to do. instead of saying they are muslim, they say they are somali, arab, etc. Darus Salaam is not a division of the state as under the constitution the sovereignty of the state is in the people, hence the state considers in principle any land where muslims occupy to be part of Darus Salaam, however to make it official the bayah must be made. I would also like to add that the state will not engage in combat against any other state in Somalia unless attacked first, however Darus Salaam hopes to spread and extend its boarders by offering the Bayah of Agreement to the elders. Once th state is self sufficient with the projects we have in line i expect alot of persons coming to the Mudug for survival, when this happens we shall offer the people to return to their lands in exchange for the Bayah hence making that province into the realm of Darus salaam and in this manner it shall be done for Sudan, Djibouti, Yemen, Nigeria Indonesia Etc. hence creating this one state you are talking about again which is all part of the foreign policy. I Would like to share the constitution of Darus salaam with you all, is there a files section on the forum?
  17. Shakuur i total understand what you are saying, however this division of the land to establish the khilafah form or government is vital. I think you are still looking at it from a nationalistic point of view. S.land has adopted a constitution mixed with democracy to attract inernational attention from the kufr states, hasn't Allah warned us about taking them as friends and protectors? P.land well won't even bother go there, Shataguduud in the south well everyone knows how he hates the establishment of the khilafah state. so non of these fiefdoms actually holds on to the authoritive method of governance under islam. a simple exampleof Sudan's constitution which states eligibility for presidency, that person must be sudanese which is contrary to islam. Is it permissible to do haram then still say you are a muslim? is it permissible to pray watching TV for example and say that you prayed? what i am getting at is that ISlam is COMPLETE and its systems of governance and administrations are also clear and there is no country in the world that does such. Now for the topic of Ethiopia. I know HornAfrique despises their actions a lot, but if it is size you all are worried about just imagine if the Sahaaba were worried about that. I will not disclose the foreign policy of Darus Salaam on a chat forum however i can say this. If Ethiopia attacks Darus Salaam in any fasion, Ethiopia insha-Allah will be divided and shared, that is all i can. My only evidence is this my Bro's & Sis's, it is Allah promise that if we work earnestly for his deen he will establish us over our enemies.
  18. How do you say, " Upon Islam, We shall have Peace and Prosperity "
  19. laa hawla wa laa qawata illa billahi aliyyul adheem. that is not even permissible to do even to the worst munaafiq in the world. this guy is in America now? the guy in the shades? does anyone remind him of what he did? why did they do it in the first case? i try to understand why it is one would have hatred for another because of clan.
  20. sorry guys what guy? i can't read somali what is so sad about the picture?
  21. don't know if this is a far reached question but why did ahmad wage jihad and what were the boundaries then?
  22. Well i believe that with the administration in Darus Salaam The lands can become sovereign again without bloodshed, however i do not want to say as, wel you know this is the net and well it is confidential.
  23. salaam jamaal can you tell me what was the first conflict between Ethiopia and Somalia which caused the hatred up until now?
  24. From the isnad of Ahmad Rahimullah he says rasulullah said" the knots of islam each would be loosened firstly with ruling and lastly with Salah" Since the loosened knot of the islamic ruling system (Khilafah) in 1924. muslims all over the world does not have the full protection of the deen as allah says in Maida 49 " They do not believe if they do not rule by that which i sent" this statement by Allah subhanallah in fiqh terms is dhahir. Now in the case of jihad under the laws which allah has revealed no scholar no matter how intelligent or inspired is he has the right to declare jihad, this is a sole privelage of the Amir or the khilafah. If all the ulema gather to declare jihad it would be baatil as i said only the amir has that priveledge. now we at this present time are unfortunate as we have no amir or khilafah for the ummah and i do not want to go into the various hadeeth about this as we should be aware. When i made the statement that Allah would have granted victory i would like to re inforce that Wallahi if it was a jihad in the eyes of Allah victory would have been granted. My daleel for this is the saying of the exalted " Establish our foot holding to be strong against the unbelievers and let make us victorious over the unbelievers" and of the saying of rasullah, "Oh allah let not my ummah be oppressed or defeated by the unbelievers" If one studies tareekhul islamiyyah one would realise that whenever the amir of those time declared jiahd they were victorious, only up until the 17th century when the ottomans started to adopt european ideology for example the creation of the elite janisarry. Before you are somali u r a muslim, somalia would worth nothing if it was a land inhabited by al kuffar. tha point i am trying to make is simple and clear. Islam is the COMPLETE, NATURAL WAY ordained by ALLAH. in every aspect of life islam has an answer and direction for, hence for the revival of the ummah which somalia is just a small part, we have to re-embark upon the ruling system of islam, and further more i am saying somalia has the chance to be the catalyst for such an embarkation.
  25. The project is to redevelop the southern mudug region under a khilafah administration hence changing the name of the country to Darus Salaam. The project would run for 7 years where upon after that the Courts of Mudhalim, with advice fromt the Majlis as-Shura would determine if the Constitution should remain or be abolished. in the first case Daruss Salaam would then inititate various internationl projects and strengthen even more its internal structure and engage in foreign relations( in other words it would declare itself a state. In the second case where the constitution is abolished then all infrastructure would be left for the inhabitants of the cities to do what soeer they wished and the effort would be fii sabeelillahi
