Alshabaab is a problem in the region but its in particular a problem to Somalia and Kenya, so its their task to fight it. Somaliland coordination and cooperating with Puntland on such issues is a no go zone and there is a reason for that. But than again Alshabaab is a reactive force to the Amisom troops in Somalia take away the Foreign troops and Alshabaab has no legal claim to fight or Kill others.
