  2. ^^ I thought guys didn't watch Soaps
  3. MashaAllah, JZK bro for this wonderful piece, makes one wish for this life to end with it's trouble so that we can go to that; may Allah make us among those blessed inhabitants
  4. ^^^ Ameen for you and may Allah make it productive for us all. I truly love the month of Ramadan. The prayers, Taraweh and Tahajud being my most favorite. It's ironic that when I was in Africa I took Ramadhan less seriously than I do now. Maybe coming to "dhul-gaalo" isn't all bad after all.
  5. I think Blue's picture is awesome
  6. Originally posted by Modesty: Yes, I was in a wedding last night, and every gangsta wannabe somali girl and guy came. The place was crowded with "uninviteds", there was a place to sit and eat. The music was super loud, and the dance floor was jammed "clubbers", even the family of the people getting married couldn't dance. Why can't somalis have normal formal weddings like everyone else? Sounds like the classic MPLS wedding
  7. Interesting, but isn't the capital of Islam Makkah?
  8. I am glad that you're okay sis. A family I knew lost four ppl the other day because the cooker exploded. Good point xiin about how soon we forget such sobering moments.
  9. AAAAAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh the pleasure of watching Azzuri win Finally Iam free of my nightmares from the 1994 final and Wouldn't ever support France just for Wiltord
  10. How odd that we never think of the sheer number of seconds and minutes we have in every 24 hrs! They seem to fly so fast that it's time for bed each day before we know it. Thank you for the reminder bro. Maybe now that we look at it this way we will invest in a wiser manner.

First you take sabayat chop it up into pieces, then you take ground beef, onions, green peppers and you cook them together with oil – then you take eggs and you cook them separately, not scrambled, then you chop them up like the sabayat into pieces. Then get fresh lime and black pepper and mayo into a cup and mix’m together. Take banana and cut it into pieces. Now that you’ve got everything – you mix them together in a large frying pan – mix’m the sabayat, the beef mix, the eggs, the banana and the sauce. It will look disgusting in terms of presentation, but the taste is out of this world – enjoy. ^^I ate that in Hargeisa, can't remember the name but it sure tastes great. Didn't know it was from Djibouti. I like cooking but lately am too busy to cook. I like taking my time and making it good so I don't bother when I'm rushing.

Now, Where do you get the idea that I am not having good time? once I get my hands on the keyboard and log on on Somaliaonline, I feel a joy I cant describe, people around me wonder why I am smiling as i write my eNuri posts, I am literally pulled to an unseen world of Nomads. Nur [/QB] I like that idea of making effort in proportion to time. That sets priorities straight. Nur the unseen world of Nomads thank Allah for letting you take the time to enlighten us.
  17. Sad Wallahi how gang behavior among Somali youth in the Twin Cities is rising. May Allah give him His mercy. I shudder to think at how sudden death is. No one leaves home for a party expecting something like this.
  18. Worst job I had was working as a teller in a check-cashing place. The rude customers in a regular bank sound like heaven if you ever had the misfortune to serve a bunch of bad credit ppl with a huge chip on their shoulder and an attitude from hell. Remembering it is giving me a headache
  19. Nur walaalo I can start now so where is the HR?

But they have to work hard for it. Mind you, eNuri Marketeers are now looking for young sales agents, let me know if you want to earn a house for every house you sell. Nur [/QB] I am looking for employment sheikh Nur. Any good positions still open? p.s. Can u be a sales agent and still own one or more of the houses?
