Nasal Cleanse

@Bluelicious said: I use the neti pot only when I get the flu as I don't got any allergies or sinus problems. Although I must mention that in the past I did suffer from sinusitis but ever since I started taking probiotics I was cured. It completely disappeared and never returned again along with my cumin sensitivity. The Neti Pot is not quite good as the this squirt bottle, i have found out. In a week i use it twice to clean my nasal cavity, LOVE it, you get that clean sensation and freshness as i said.

Nasal Cleanse

@Mooge said: never heard of stinky sneeze. those people must have lots of duuf build-up. San-boor along with infection causes some people's sneezes to have quite malodorous funk, its very common.
3. @Miyir said: The problem is much more complex, water management? I dont know if anyone travelled inside Somalia. Somalia extermly under populated . Its not about the SIZE of the land, but the about ability of said land to sustain a given population, the empty quarter of Saudi Arabia or the Great Sahara Desert for example can't sustain anything despite their massive area. Their underpopulated too. Somalia is a semi arid country rapidly turning into arid.

Nasal Cleanse

^ No stinky sneezes anymore, great for sinus and allergy issues too. The sachets contain salt and baking soda premixed. You can also prepare you own using nothing more than baking soda and salt in equal parts, use any spray bottle to squirt the solution into your nose and you will experience unbelievable freshness and cleanness in your nasal cavity.

Depression

@Che -Guevara said: Hehe, you beat me. I was about to ask that. In any case, are we talking about depression in general terms or in some context? Both
6. Mass sterilization campaigns like those undertaken in India during the 70's and 80's would be good start. Voluntary of course, no coercion.

Depression

Why is everyone assuming I have depression ?? :D I opened this thread to discuss this important topic, nothing more.
8. PL'ers are very few in AS. They are surprising large of number of Reer waqooyi in their ranks as Somalee has attested, but the largest is the Dayniile clan along with Rahanweyn.

11. El Nino dried up the rainfall and the horn of Africa once again faces the specter of famine. Ethiopia qaylo daan ayey sii hormarisay, what about somalia ? The same old bullshit, malnourished kids with distended bellies and big heads, skinny mothers and the UN appeals for urgent food aid. Calool xanuun iyo cringe miiran. What kind of existence is this ? year in year out drought and famines stalk this land. Climate change they say will dry out even more according to predictions, populations is expanding at a serene pace. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-35493008

14. A survivor hidden in a tree says he watched Boko Haram extremists firebomb huts and heard the screams of children burning to death, among 86 people officials say died in the latest attack by Nigeria's homegrown Islamist extremists. Scores of charred corpses and bodies with bullet wounds littered the streets from Saturday night's attack on Dalori village and two nearby camps housing 25,000 refugees, according to survivors and soldiers at the scene just 5 kilometers (3 miles) from Maiduguri, the birthplace of Boko Haram and the biggest city in Nigeria's northeast. http://www.todayszaman.com/world_boko-haram-burns-kids-alive-in-nigeria-86-dead_411204.html
15. Populism and socialism bankrupt countries. Taas la soco, Somalee There is no free lunch in this world, and anyone who promises freebies like Sanders should be laughed out of town. Someone has to pay, when you demand free things someone else has to be forced to pay. Forced charity is wrong. College education is not all that apart from the STEM's, its valueless accreditation and a waste of time. Not to mention the debts.Employers have caught on to the fact College degrees are worthless. Anyway check this article below. http://www.cato-unbound.org/2008/10/06/charles-murray/down-four-year-college-degree

17. @somalee said: This was wealth from other Muslims' zakat and yes if all Muslims were willing to pay their obligatory share, things would have been very different in the Muslim world. Did you get this crap from an anti-muslim website? Zakat is not enough to sustain a whole population that wants to be on the dole, let's be real. Only way to get more wealth is plunder another society's wealth by declaring Jihad on them on some flimsy ground. Let's not turn this into another Deen debate, Somalee watch this clip and get to me.
18. Majority of Maryooley are socially Conservative but fiscally they are socialists, not even liberal. How many times have i been regaled by the glorious Welfare state instituted by khalif Umar. They point to it as the utopia that naturally follows when Islamic rule is applied. Maalka Gaalada laga Ghaniimaysan doono and bayt ul maal will suffice for the needs of all, no believer will work. It has a strong emotional pull as you can imagine.
19. @somalee said: The boqor sired children with some of his Zanzibari slaves. This is common knowledge. I know some folks from the boqor clan who look exactly like that or even more distinctly Bantu-ish. The natives of the region will attest to this. His looks are nothing to frown upon, trust me. Interesting. Boqor clan kulaha and they have Bantu blood, what an irony !
20. ^ is this guy even Faradheer ? He looks full Bantu in that photo.
21. ^ Nomadic society has an aversion to physical or manual work of any sort. Tanners and metal smiths are looked down upon as Midgo and ostracized. My Grandfather almost got disowned by his clan for making his family leather shoes. Tinkerers and mechanics have been weeded out of the gene pool, what remains are mechanically illiterate men with soft ladylike hands who can't figure out the simplest DIY tasks.
