  2. So who can we consider the best? I think three are in the shorlist! Zidane- world cup 1998, euro 2000, 2 scudettos (i think), 1 champ league Baggio- 2 Scuddettos (i think), world cup final, 2 Eufa cup (i think) Platini- Euro 1984, 2 or 3 Scudettos (i think), 1 European Cup
  3. "It is all about the attitude, if you go on STUSH cos U got a little education" looooolz! with ya London twang! Educated or not, if she/he is the one then thats all u need to worry about, if yr gettin on like a house on fire then obviously u have suttin in common ie u have the same interests and can communicate and talk about everything. Thus meaning yr both DUMB , LOL
  4. London is a huge city and has gr8 architecture in some central areas but the previous planners did not think very much of how to build and where. Thats why many roads are small with alot traffic in comparison to other major cities with bigger road and more space. Plus many buildings in London are graded so its very difficult to knock down and demolish. Back to the topic of Ghetto livin, the govnt introduced the urban white paper in 2000 which gave the go ahead to £1.1billion to regenerate inner-city neighbourhoods and improve the quality of life for residents. This money is slow in bearing fruit but improvements are more evident in cities out side london. This is mainly due to the fact that re-housing ppl in London to implement the necessary improvemnts in their neighbourhodds, ie re-furbish estates, re-build whole areas is very difficult to achive in the capital. Area in London set for improvement include lambeth, camden, islington and hackney. So life could be improving soon, whereas up north the evidence is there to see already with huge projects in cities like Sheffield, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and Hull.

  14. A very interesting piece Mujahid! There are always arguments for and against. I have freinds who have married through arrangement and they couldnt be happier. There are also arranged marriages that simply dont work. So it all depends on the person and how they fell at that particular time. Hence, if someone is not fully committed from the start then there is a chance the marriage could fail.
  15. its not about what league u watch and all this fish and chipis talk, Totti is an average plaeyr in my eyes,ok he may have been injured all year, the best things i remeber him doin was that back heel for Pessotto to cross to Delvecio in Euro 2000 final and the two passes he gave to Del Piero who missed both (cos the French were attacking and taking more risks). Zizou to me is up there with the best ever,he could well be the best player i have ever seen live! Totti is just another average, overhyped player just like becks is in England, i think its that hair band. ps was every player wearing a hair band in last nites game (inter vs Milan)
