  1. poor arsenal fans must think its le "conspiracy" against ze club!
  2. Nafta, sis u dont know ish about footy, go play with your dolls
  3. Good game, end to end stuff, fair result,,,,,,,
  4. But when it comes to pressure cooker performers, then Goofey and the Ukranian have more impressive records. true Warya Baaneyal, welcome back saxib, where u been, u cant just come back after a year and not let us know where u been, that’s disrespectful (innit sujui?) give us the lowdown mate?
  5. You guys had only one player that I realy liked his game and is Yaasin from Liverpool. I also Like Ahmeds D and your striker was realy fast but we didn't have hard time with him. Yasin gave us Realy hard time.... I was playing midfield for Ottawa.. number 10... Y'all should come back because we realy wanna play against you guys.. ps. y'all won 1:0..scored in early first half and played Defence the intire game...We couldn't score on your short us goaly..lol.. Lool, if I remember rightly we won 3-1, then yr boy Hassan tried to fight me, as I was so good in defence, plus your goal was lucky. Anyway, I don’t play for them anymore due to differences in opinion, I’m in the middle of starting a new team in London, they will be much better than North Star trust me. North star was weak in midfield but we compensated for in speed and counter attacks. I’m sure u noticed most of goals were counter attacks due to fast strikers. I will not be able to make it this year though due to ‘other’ commitments. Sujui and QL, u like my analysis? Sujui is an undercover scouser, QL u know that was a screamer, I find myself still celebrating when I see the newspapers ,lol
  6. I know saxib, it was a gr8 night for Liverpool FC, after nearly walking out at half time, I just had a gut feeling that we would come back if we got an early goal in the 2nd half and we did. I was actually frustrated with Gerrard he crossing to the back post all the time instead of wipping it into the goal where many a deflection could have lead to a goal. Alonso is the best passer in the prem I have no doubts about that. Sinama and Mellor were awesome, so was hyppia and caragher. Harry Kewell is finally finding his form and the fans played there part. Rafael Benitez was absolutely brilliant in his decision making bringing on Pongo, then mellow changes the game. Man I was extatic, over the moon, I jumped on everyone in the room. It was a gr8 night to be a Liverpool fan and I’m proud to be a member. Bring on Bayer Leverkusan, they deserve a beating from us after beating us in the 1/4trs in 2002. But I don’t care who we get now,,,,,,,,,,,bring on the world baby, do you have a passport NGONGE? We shall be going to crush AC Milan in the semis

    Dream 11

Ok its taken me all day to think of this team, 4-3-1-2 formation with Henry dropping deep like he does at arsenal, Schevie is on hand to finish what Henry cant, with the wonder wizard Ronnie just behind, this team cant fail. Buffon Cafu Campbell Canavaro Cole Robben Viera Nedved Ronaldhino Schevcenko Henry
  9. I would give a week Bee
  10. A mirror of my view i hate to insult people anonymously on an internet message board, but if you think ronaldinho has accheived nothing besides "a bit of showboating" then you are either ****** or you have had your head in the sand for the last 12 months. ronaldinho has performed brilliantly for club and country this year (the only reason he didn't shine in an international tournament was because brazil send a mainly under-23 side to the copa america). henry was never the most influential player on the pitch in the games that matterered (and if someone brings up that win over inter milan i will scream - one great game doesn't FIFA world player of the year you make). if deco had've played a more influential role in his country's progression to the euro finals i would've gone for him to win it, but for all his exquisite play in the portugese league and the CL, he did not produce what he was capable of in the euros. and shevchenko well what can you say? the guy is a legend, i am a man utd fan and even i would be hard pressed to choose between him and RVN. ac milan are lucky he never got itchy feet as the wily ukranian has often carried them single handed with his intelligent forward play and lethal finishing. i reckon this year's contest should be between ronaldinho and sheva, and while my head tells me that ronaldinho shades it on the basis of sheer talent and entertainment, my heart wants it to go to sheva because i think ronaldinho is going to win it again possibly two or three times in the future and sheva is not getting any younger. i may be generalising but it seems to me that the only folks voting for henry are gooners. most other football fans seem to see it as between the buck toothed one and andriy shevchenko. Check this typical english view Henry has consistantly been class for years. I'm not an Arsenal fan. He has been a MASSIVE influence on Arsenal acheiving what they have in recent seasons. Golden Boot winner last year. I just can't see how a striker who Henry beat to the Golden Boot award can win it. Ronaldinho is class, but again he hasn't done it for as many years as Henry has. I know its judged on last year but I just feel overall Henry deserves it for his performances of the last few years. Ronaldinho does showboat! people love it but is he as effective as other players? Lampard has been awesome in midfield, scoring double figures and creating loads. Who is more effective? Frank Lampard?????????????????/
  11. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/3717770.stm I've been routing for Ronnie since day one, he has been amazing since he went to Barca. The french one just doesnt do it in the big games and at internationla level. Schevcemko does it in the toughest league of all where the defending is a notch or 2 or 3 (in premiership terms) above the rest. Read these comments before you make ya mind up http://www.bbc.co.uk/cgi-perl/h2cluster2/h2.cgi?x=y&thread=%3C1101735421-16124.4%40forum5.thdo.bbc.co.uk%3E&board=sixosix.european&state=view&sort=Te
  12. ^^^So why did Arsene Wenger admit that Liverpool were more physical then Arsenal? You saw it for yourself, arsenal a bunch of charlies with Reyes and Piraz in the team, fabregas was scared to tackle Gerrard before he laid it off for Alonso to score that cracker, Viera was muscled out of it by little Mellor who then battered the ball from 30 yards into the bottom corner at the kop end in injury time. So who was lacking abit of hardness? Cockney monkies
  13. Hard environment for hard men,,,,,,lol You need to take visit up norf to the former collieries and steelworks if you wanna see harsh working condition for men back in the day. Southerners are fairies mate, we walk around in T shirts in freezing conditions,,,,,, I just asked a gooner if he say the game, lol, his face went red when everyone looked serves him for talking about beating Real Madrid in the CL final last year when they hadnt event played Chelsea yet! A beautiful day is about to come to an end,,,,,
  14. Myself Sujui and Winger went to a game last summer, Martin Keown's testimonial, players like Becks, Gazza, Viera, Henry, Pirez, Ian Wright, J Loyd Samual, Reyes (scored a hat trick), John Solako were all present, decent entertainment but what a cr*p stadium, man that is an eye-sore, you should be pleased they are moving
  15. Viking in London? I live between White Hart Lane and Highbury, so its either the yahuuds or the cocky cokcneys, i vacate the area on a Sat afternoon and head east,,,,, When did you land man?

  17. The first Somalia Online Sponsored (LST dig deep mate, dig deep) Somali Charity Dinner getting carried away
  18. 1. Book a place for end of may/June – end of year. 2. Pay up front and recoup the cost by selling tickets + a price for the food, entertainment, service etc. 3. Really market the dinner well and emphasise on charity, quality, fun and games. 4. Totally differentiate the dinner from a ‘regular’ get together, ppl need to know of its importance and opportunities. 5. Book quality speakers and entertainment. These do have to be Somali but a mixture would be more appreciated. 6. 2-3 speakers max, you don’t want to bore ppl with speech after speech as is usually the case. Quality and quantity is the key. 7. SOL members have good contacts so use those contacts and I hope all will chip in with their bit. 8. I will take care of the food, gulp, literally.
  19. ^^^sour grapes Chelsea will beat you by 3 goals to 0!
  20. ^^^lol so did every **** supporter, all the prematch talking was dominated by the arsenal fans, i just sat there, not saying a word, but all madness broke loose at the end
  21. Mahamut Issa Abdi I am 18 years old. I am married with three children. I live in a displaced person's camp not far from here. I spend all day smashing the foundations of the wall around what was the United States embassy in Mogadishu in order to retrieve the steel rods used to reinforce the concrete. This hammer is very heavy. If I had a choice, I would do something else I sell the rods to people who are building new houses. It's really hard work - and very hot - but it's the only way I can support my family at the moment. Abdullahi Abuker Mahamud I am taking these 220 cows to new pastures, along with some colleagues. Only some of them belong to my family. People pay me to look after their cattle for them. Sometimes freelance gunmen come and steal my money or some of my cows and I can't do anything I have heard about the new government and I fully support it. Life is very hard for us cattle herders. At the moment, I am always afraid that I could be killed in revenge after some members of my clan killed someone from another clan. That's how my brother was killed These comments put our lives in perspective
  22. I would propose final year students and last year's graduate are invited with a few tickets for friends, if you invite anyone whos anyone then it will be boring and you will not achieve what you set out to do. A nice hall, open atmosphere with 50ppl max and me as the speeker. Dalinyaro, waxan idin yidhi,,,,,,,
