The one who says “I rule by these man-made laws” yet believes that it is not permissible to rule by other than what Allaah has revealed and says “Ruling by the Divine Legislation of Islaam is better and it is not permissible to rule by other than it” yet is weak or does this out of what his rulers have originated before him, such a person is a disbeliever who has committed minor kufr which does not expel him from the religion and the action is considered to be from the major sins. Xiin before moving on, you have to give the reasons why you think the TFG is a "category 4 Kufr" entity - as you seem to imply . What actions or deeds condemn them into this "category" and how does TFG justify them? I think you’re mistaken there Ayoub. Note the following by Xiin [see the first quote above]: “but please at least try to ponder on scenario number 4 and see to it if the leaders of TFG fall in there or not”? He did not say that the TFG is a ‘category 4 kufr entity’. It was a question directed at LX. Xiin highlighted the methodology that should be adopted if making such an assessment/judgement and then asked, after determining what the TFG might be guilty of if scrutinised in such a manner, if category 4 was the most appropriate for the TFG. This still makes it (the TFG) a Muslim leader/entity contrary to what LX believes. I believe it was a case of ruling out the other categories and being left with one rather than any specific actions on the TFG's part. I doubt he himself believes the TFG to be in any of the categories.

Who Will You Vote For In The 2010 General Election Poll
N.O.R.F replied to cynical lady's topic in General
Labour has done more for the urban centres since they were voted in (1997) than the Tories did in the previous 18 years. By urban centres I mean inner city redevelopment, job opportunities, local schemes and initiatives etc. If the Tories get in then a lot of that will most probably be scrapped (over time). With regard to immigration/religious issues I just get the feeling the Tories will cave into the Daily Mail / Telegraph line and start appease the populace through discreet means i.e. make it harder on those non-Brits (non-Brit born / naturalised) who are on social benefits etc. This will inevitably mean many unfair decisions being taken just to appease (headlines of the same will follow suit). Foreign Policy is Foreign Policy. It will continue to be formulated in Washington rather than London. Where there is a marked difference is in EU policy / constitution. Having said that, since Blair left office, it’s been the Germans and French steering things in that regard. I wasted a vote on the green party the last time out (protest vote, I’m not a tree hugger) but this year it will be Labour. Better the devil you know and all that (even if they shoot themselves in the foot after a week long campaign against Tory spending plans followed by a good PMQs where the Tories were left wanting). -
^The govnt needs to stop telling the same aid agencies who are busy educating the Hargaisa populace that Burco is dangerous and that they should avoid it. When I asked one of the district council, why the city doesn’t make use of donkeys, replied me “we don’t drink donkey’s water it farts on” Typically undiplomatic

I got flashed doing 37 in a 30 zone. Sent back the form but nothing ever came back. Next time I got flashed I received the paper I filled it in and sent it back before telling the DVLA I have changed address. So car and license is addressed A and they keep sending stuff to B. Didn't hear anything from them after a while. So no snow in London?

Never been much of a reader and fiction just isn't for me. Best reads: The Autobiography of Malcolm X (by Alex Hailey). Hurricane: The Life of Rubin Carter, Fighter (Paperback) The man carried weapons to South Africa (he had a fight there) and gave them to Steve Biko  ps The Alchemist is over-rated.

^Chelsea should be able to cope. Lampard will score the goals Drogba would have. You also have a youngster on loan at Blackburn (can't remember his name) but he is a very good striker. Ruud Van Nistelroy to Anfield?? Blimey.
