as you know, there are two parallel conferences in Baidoa. one group is advocating for 6 states including Lower Juba, Gedo and Middle jubba. The other conference is to unite three states (Bay, Bakool, Shabelaha Hoose) and make that a federal state. these two conferences are competing and the two groups are against each other. one group is funded by RRA nationalists, the other group (3 states) is funded by qoslaye and spearheaded by Shariif xasan. essentially he is telling them to be realistic because 6 states will not work and is just a waste of conference time. so nicholas Kay who doesn't want Jubaland to be disturbed sent a warning to them through his UN press release website. we will see if they will listen.
