Are you denying the vast unity among HAG Nation led by Unukastan faction according to Xaaji. Khaatumo is not succeeding because too many people from the region are in different camps. Those people have enough support to remain relevant and evidently there has been little the state has been able to do about it. i was talking about the HAG unity he is speaking of saxiib.

Secessionists so much interest these days in the country they so claim they departed two decades ago, or did they? Nope only in Kismayu. There hasn't been a charcoal export in banaadir, shabelle hoose and galgaduud since 2006

Cannot buy surface-to-air missiles, guns, howitzers and cannons and related ammunition and components ', Has to give at least five days notice of deliveries, and purchases . Will be subjected by UN expert monitory regime I don't think its necessary for the FG to use those weapons to fight al shabaab when Al shabaab themselves doesn't have sophistic weapons. There is still a lot of different weapons the FG can use now, Hassan sheikh and his government must focus now on how to create a dicipline program for the SNA soldiers since many of the SNA soldiers are former Moory,an's so the embargo can be totally lifted in the future.

  16. (Reuters) - The U.N. Security Council agreed on Wednesday to lift a decades-old arms embargo on Somalia's government for one year, allowing the country to buy light weapons in a bid to strengthen its security forces to combat al Qaeda-linked Islamist fighters. The resolution, unanimously adopted by the 15-member council, leaves in place a ban on surface-to-air missiles, larger-caliber guns, howitzers, cannons and mortars, anti-tank guided weapons, mines and night vision weapon sights.
