If you were stuck and couldn't find another job, then it would be best to stay at that job and make up the salat when you get home insha Allah, because while Allah SWT told us to pray on time, we do live in a kafir country and sometimes it may be tough to find an accomodating job. Basically what I'm saying is to stay at that job and pray after work, while at the same time look for another job, and do not quit that job until you have found a job where you can pray at work. Allah SWT would most likely frown upon someone who would just quit suddenly without having a means of income, because you would be putting yourself and your family in danger, and possibly running out of money, and then possibly having to turn to welfare. I would guess(I'm no Islamic scholar) that Allah SWT would increase the employer's punishment in the hereafter for refusing to let you pray in the first place.

Game 6 2004 Stanley Cup Quarterfinals Calgary Flames vs. Vancouver Canucks. Vancouver quickly got up 4-0 and I was ready to change the channel until finally the Flames scored. I thought "well, maybe they might get back into it" so I kept watching. It's a good thing because all of a sudden Calgary scored again! And again! And again!!!! Ho hoooooooooo now it's 4-4 and we got ourselves a game!!!! They went into triple OT, the longest game in Flames history, I think. But then Brendan Morrison came out front and buried it behing Kipper!!!! Oh man, the heartbreak(the game was in Calgary) You could feel the energy inside the Saddledome just die. We cam so far only to be dropped like a used tampon. But I ain't mad, the Flames won game 7!!!! And then proceeded to almost win the whole bloody thing!!

I was listening to the Colts/Steelers game on the radio and that was hairy last 3 or 4 minutes....Pittsburgh was up 21-10 until the Colts got a TD and a 2 point conversion, apparently after they had a bad call by the refs go their way. They said Pittsburgh intercepted the ball, but the refs called it in the Colts' favour, so they kept the ball and then got the TD. So anyways, then the Steelers fumbled and Indianapolis got the ball again and got close enough to kick a field goal from 48 yards away, but Vanderjagt kicked the ball wide right. So now it's Denver and Pittsburgh for the AFC title. Last I saw of the Bears/Panthers game, it was early in the 1st and 7-0 for Carolina.
