I do have a business plan actually and it will work. Its 5 a side football. Grass pitches are for larger games and are more expensive to maintain.

^^ You can get an entire (Chinese made) stadium with seats, astro turf and the whole thing for $20,000, saaxib. You don't even have to do any maintenance. I know of a few Burcaawi Londoners who were working on it.
